Niello s service department is top tier from the quality of service provided all the way to their service team. I exclusively took my 2009 Audi A5 to Niello over the years that I had it and always had it serviced with Erik Carr. I can t recommend him and his team enough, especially if you re looking for someone who cares about your Audi.I bought a car that had repairs that were far outside of my means at the time but Erik s honest service always kept me on the road safely and I never had an issue with my car outside of needing things replaced through wear and tear. They always expressed what was most important and what could wait and I never once felt like my car was in the wrong hands.I no longer have the Audi, and drive a Subaru now but I want to say thank you Erik, for helping me keep a dream car of mine on the road for a lot longer than it was expected to lolSee you next time!

Cain was a great salesman, and I would recommend him to anyone. The dealership made a very low offer for my trade-in, but I was pleasantly surprised when they accepted my counter offer which I felt was a fair deal. They did charge $895 for a tracking device on a car that already comes with tracking, so that seems like a hidden upcharge that I should have argued against. Highly recommend getting an appointment. I showed up without one and couldn't get any help. I left and came back with an appointment and I was treated right.

Overall Okay experience, but with caveats.There was nothing done amazingly right or wrong. The purchase was from out of state, so the communication was A LOT more strenuous than it needed to be. I had to follow up 4 times and call the main line before they realized I was serious. There wasn't any follow-through by the assigned salesperson.I ended up buying the car. It was delivered. The interior and overall condition of the car was great. They did detail it very well. I ended up getting a low oil warning on day two, which they disregarded until it became more serious. That was pretty disappointing. The fix was to add more oil, but I wish all of that was done prior to receiving the car.The Finance Manager VERY communicative and on his "A" game. Oddly he added the most value to the Niello brand and experience. The sales was the most disappointing. The effort just wasn't there.The overall experience was average. I did get the feeling that onsite customers get priority, so I'd urge you to conduct the deal in person if able.

I want to give a shout out to Cain Carter in Niello Audi sales. I bought a used car from him nearly a year ago, and it was a great experience. A few days ago, he texted me and told me he had found something for my car that I had wanted. Now that is customer service! He didn't write me off after telling me he would keep his eye out for my part. A year later!!! Wow!We live in the Bay Area but we have purchased 3 cars from 3 different Niello dealers. All the experiences have been nothing but good!

I live in Marin, but purchased my car from Niello because they made the buying experience easy and delivered to my door - at a better price than the local Marin dealer.The process was not without hiccups, as I custom ordered a specific vehicle and they delivered the wrong car the first time, but they sorted it out.The primary reason for a five star rating is their service group. After trying the Marin Audi service the first few times and having terrible experiences, I drove all the way to Niello and they resolved all the issues that Marin failed to solve.They are also very pleasant and professional to work with. It's a shame I have to drive so far for that experience.

Hugely disappointed in the level of service. Buying the car was great. Getting my car serviced, fantastic (Erik Carr is the best). However, I have had two separate occasions I called in and needed a callback. Both times I had reached out/call back min of three times, promising a call back and nothing. I ve heard Niello Audi prides itself on the level of service but I guess it s a hit or miss. I get things get missed every now and then (nothing s perfect) but I must have drawn the short straw on the only two occasions when I called them expecting call backs and nothing. Sad, this is a dream car (not a normal purchase) and while the car is fantastic, I can t count on a simple call back to address my needs/questions. 5 stars for Erik and service, 1 star for customer service.

The service department has an issue with listening to their customers when they state what s wrong with their vehicle.When a customer goes into your establishment and states there is a specific object wrong with their car, while having the specific error codes in hand (this case being the ECM), you should listen to them, not charge a $250 diagnostic fee and replace items on the vehicle that were not originally brought to your attention, did not fix the problem and resulted in additional and unnecessary fees. Not to mention the $250 diagnostic that was charged didn t even include checking the object that needed to be replaced at all. If you re charging $250 to diagnose a vehicle, you d assume it would include everything to go wrong with said vehicle when it comes to the check engine light being displayed.I am highly disappointed by the level of service when an expectation is expected yet the check engine light and same issues still persist only 4 days after (incorrect) repairs have been made.

Been coming here for years but I refuse to go any longer. I went in for service and was met with a very disrespectful advisor. I originally paid $250 for a diagnostic and told him it was a fuel issue and I needed them to figure out what it was. They literally looked at my car for LESS THAN 15 MINUTES ( you can track the service as they go) and tells me it s a fuel issue. Like they literally told me EXACTLY what I told them! This place has gone downhill and they have amateurs with no customer service skills.The time before that, I came in for a top off and paid for additional oil. The guy then hands me the bottle and tells me to do it myself! Like what?!! That s literally why I paid $250 for an oil change. I will no longer come here for service NOR purchase any more vehicles from here.

A wonderful and very friendly experience. The staff was very helpful, kind and informative. My sales agent was Ramez and he helped me weigh all options that were available for me. I came in not sure what I wanted and left with a Certified Pre owned. Grateful to all the helped me and worked from behind the scenes to make the deal. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a car to drop by Audi Neillo and see if they can help you.

My review and rating is for Diane at Niello Audi who assisted me throughout the 4-5 hours I was at the dealership.It was a busy afternoon at Niello Audi last Sunday, but I brought my mom and husband along to check out a pre-owned Audi e-tron I scoped out online. Diane was the middle of assisting at least two other customers but jumped right in to help me and asked for my patience. This was big because there were other salesmen on the floor helping other customers who could have done the same but didn't - much less acknowledge my (our) presence.Diane also spoke directly to me regarding the car versus speaking to my husband - and I say that because the opposite usually happens even after I am identified as the buyer/primary driver. She is very knowledgeable and excited about Audi. She wasn't just a salesperson, she believes and is experienced in the brand.She laid out my options after I had some questions about the original car I was looking at. She provided me several other options that we explored, and she brought them all for me to check out. (They have several lots surrounding their dealership, so she was running around the place, getting her steps in to deliver for me.)Working with Diane, I didn't feel any pressure to buy. I clearly laid out what my budget was, and she was accommodating when I provided guidelines. She also worked hard to make sure that she could get me out as soon as possible - she started whatever she could while waiting for approvals and getting some verbal green lights from her finance colleagues. She even charged my husband's car while we were shopping.Overall, my experience was positive. I worked with Jesse on the financing, and he was able to ask for more information that made it possible to meet my spending limits.The star of the show is Diane! If you buy a car from Niello, ask for her! For a brown woman buying a luxury (albeit, pre-owned) SUV, I felt humanized and seen. I'm excited to be part of the Audi family, but I truly don't think it would have happened so pleasantly without Diane.Niello, if you know what's good for you, you want Diane on your team for a very long time! NO ONE was hustling like her that day.

Absolutely the worst dealership experience I have ever had. I ve been a long time costumer and have bought 5 cars from niello Audi and I ve never been treated so second rate before. No one would return my calls on a timely manner on a car I'm interested in and just left me on the back burner so to speak. This whole dealership has changed for the worse and only care about making money and not taking care of long time costumers that helped make this dealership what it is today. I felt as if they thought I couldn t afford a GT etron even though I ve bought brand new 2x S3, 2X A7s, and an A5 from this dealership. Don t forget it s the loyal customers like me that helped this dealership over the years become great! You won t be getting anymore of my money!

I ll keep this simple, i live in boston and found the specific car I want at Niello Audi across the country. Knowing there was a 3 hour time difference I sent an online request to speak to someone early AM my time, about an hour later (7:00Am Cali time) I got a response from Cain Carter, and from that second forward, he was beyond attentive to my needs, every question and concern or text I sent him was attended to within minutes. In 20+ years of buying cars I have never experienced an easier sale, my favorite part is that after the sale was completed and paperwork was signed, anything I requested of him was taken care of immediately as well if I could give him a 10 star rating I would I hope the dealership where he works knows what an asset he is to the company, he needs to be promoted to management position. Thank you my friend for a wonderful experience !

I took my mom shopping for a new vehicle and Niello Audi made her feel comfortable during the entire journey. We cross-shopped similar vehicles in the area and no one matched the level of customer service that they did. Thank you for taking care of my mom.BTW, salesman William was chill and offered an extended test drive which made all the difference in the world when shopping other vehicles in this class!

I need a key recoded. Very simple procedure, I know a guy who did it himself with YouTube. Instead of just taking the 5-10 minutes and fixing the issue even for a nominal fee they charged me $245 to do a diagnostic, then after 5 hours I checked up and they made me make a second trip because they just realized they needed both keys. When I complained Hector made it a point to tell me to go to Elk Grove or another Audi dealer. I WILL! I don t have to go to Niello since they clearly don t value me as a customer.

I was considering purchasing a used vehicle. They say they are one price and the price on the website is the final price. This is not true. There s obviously the upsell of products such as warranties, however, they REQUIRE you to purchase a RECOVR unit for $1295. This is vaguely stated online with no price listed for this mandatory purchase.I ended up purchasing a vehicle elsewhere because of this dishonest practice.

Niello Audi are the best in sales and service, I have a great experience overall and they makes me adore my new Q8 Etron. My last service was with Eric C and he was just phenomenal, he even provide me with a rental although I did not ask for when I set my appointment it it was very nice to have it specially my wife had change in plans and could not come to pick me up . Thanks Eric and all the team

Zero stars. Seeing Brown skin seems to trigger the most terrible people. My wife and I went to this Audi dealership in 2018 (Edit) to purchase a new TT. The individual that greeted us at the door said Audi didn t make TTs anymore. There was a new one in the front with a window sticker so I asked him about that, and he said it belonged to someone who just bought it. I asked if there were any others, he said no. He said they had used ones that might interest us. I told him no thank you, we re here to buy a NEW car. We asked him about the car (not TT) on the floor, he said without hesitation, You guys probably can t afford that one . For the record, it was in our budget, but the insult hurled at us was much deeper than anything as simple as finances.

Highly recommend. I just bought a used Audi from another dealer. Had some issues with a strange clanking noise from the front suspension. James and Diego found that the previous dealer didn't tighten the brake calipers when they changed to rotors, and the screw's were falling out. Could have been a very dangerous situation if they didn't take the time to diagnose and fix the issues. They went above and beyond what I expected, even though I didn't buy the car from them. Thank you!

Dear Niello Audi:I am writing this review, because I am disheartened at the way that I was treated by your Audi team at your dealership in Sacramento California.I bought a new 2023 Audi Q8 from your dealership in late June of 2023. Everything was handled over the phone. The two sales reps (Cain and Kyle) that assisted me with purchasing the vehicle were kind, professional, and very helpful. I had received the purchase package and signed on the dotted line and paid for the vehicle in full. After I received the vehicle, I realized that In the state of Michigan you cannot register your car without a physical title present. When I called the dealership to ask for my title, they told me it has not been released through Audi and they would get it to me in a week. That week turned into a month and that month turned into two months before I would finally get my title. I begged, and I pleaded with the dealership to assist me with this process. I was ignored by the two sales reps and by the sales manager Andrew, which was very polite at first, and offered to compensate me for my monthly payment for every �month that I was not able to drive my vehicle.Until the second month rolled around, and he started getting very snippy with me over the phone and via text and I didn t receive payment for the second month. They refused to send any more compensation, not really knowing when my title would get here. All the while my brand new car was parked in the garage and I was not able to drive it.I finally got my title after endless amounts of phone calls and texting. The MIchigan �DMV received my title on September 9. Andrew, the sales manager, Rachel that handled the titles and Cain and Kyle sales reps - all ignored my phone calls and some of my text messages. Very unprofessional when it came to follow through and assisting a me.I would like a personal apology and full compensation for the second month payment, and insurance that I paid for while I could not drive my vehicle as promised.Ali

The experience at Niello was phenomenal. First, I had no transportation and they offered to pick me up and bring me to the dealership to test drive. Secondly, everyone was offering to bring food, water, coffee to make sure I was comfortable. Jonathan was thoughtful and assisted with negotiating the best rates for the purchase. He listened as we negotiated. My experience here has been far better than many other auto dealerships. Seek out Jonathan and Cain for your next Audi purchase.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience working with Diane over the weekend. She has terrific brand knowledge, really listens to the customer and was able to guide us to the perfect electric vehicle. Her attention to detail and outstanding customer service should be modeled across the Niello brand.Just days later we re already discussing our next Audi purchase and look forward to working with Diane again.

I have had my Audi since 2014. It's handling ability is amazing! I've always serviced it at Niello Audi. The entire staff is knowledgeable, thorough, and very friendly. They are always patient with my lack of knowledge on the inner workings of cars and make sure I understand what and why they make their recommendations. I've become true friends with my great sales rep Cain Carter. I'm looking forward to seeing him in the not too distant future to get a new Audi. A hybrid perhaps?
