I'm a single mom, clueless when it comes to cars, and hesitant when it comes to mechanics. My car stopped working, they went above and beyond to try to help me. Contacted multiple vendors to try and find me a new engine, provided several updates, and when I turned down the estimate they didn't try to push anything on me. They were awesome. I highly highly recommend. What they told me I would pay in the first estimate is exactly what I was charged. Respectful, honest, and diligent team. Thank u.

I am outstanded by the communication between the shop and I. I had a Toyota Tacoma serviced for an oil leak. I was given a quote for service which the shop is very good at keeping the price with labor. After inspection, the technicians and mechanics provided a clear detail of parts and work necessary to be done. Pictures were also provided! It was a no hassle plan. They are very simple and straight to the point, which I appreciate. Using clear communication through a link on my phone, the process was easy. Signed and confirmed documentations, the work was resolved. After a few weeks of driving the truck. There is no leak seen under the engine. In fact, it s running better than when I brought it in.I like the fact that I know what to expect and the service gets done to the way I approve of. Thank you for the hard work and honesty. I definitely can rely on Natomas Smog Shop. Hidden gem of Natomas.

Customer service was AMAZING!!! The young lady at the front desk was very kind and accommodating to my self and my wife. She gave us the options of receiving notifications through text messages so that we could get recommendations for repairs and we could respond quickly to get the work started. We loved that feature. The car we took in for repairs runs so smooth and is now safe to drive and transport our kiddos. Thank you Natomas Smog Shop!

I have been going to Natomas Smog Shop for many years. They are always very quick, friendly, and efficient! Out of all the auto shops I have frequented for my smog checks and oil changes, they are by far the best automotive experience that I ve had.Also, I would like to recognize Trinh at the front. She always is responsive via e-mail and very helpful. She is a big reason of why�Natomas�Smog�is so successful and why the�shop�has loyal customers! :) As a long-time patron, I truly value her customer service skills she provides.I highly recommend Natomas Smog Shop for their exceptional service and expertise. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here! Their customer service is amazing and they are honest. I have lived in many different states and therefore taken my vehicle to many different shops over the years and have never had anything compare to Natomas Smog Shop and Auto Repair. I will absolutely continue to come here and tell everyone else to do the same!

I can t say enough about the service and my personal experience here! Trinh is friendly and helpful. I come for smog and repairs and am on the third car I trust here. They have taken the time to explain issues where I leave educated about my car. Trinh has also taken the time to look up information to further explains things in cases where the cause has not been clear. I especially like the process of getting the estimate and updates that I can easily review from my phone. There is no reason to to look further than here!

This place has 5star quality with service. They are not out to rip customers off. They have professionalism and integrity which is hard to find in this business. I ve been there plenty of times with all our family cars and am never disappointed in price and treatment.

I recently took my Acura MDX to the Natomas smog shop and auto repair for a smog test and to have some other items inspected. I called the number that I found on Google and it was very easy to schedule the inspections for my vehicle. Once I arrived on site, the receptionist was very helpful and explained the timeframe needed to completely inspect my car. They provided great communication throughout the process. Later I received an update that it was going to take longer than expected to complete the recommended repairs. Instead of receiving my car back Friday evening, I would be receiving it on Monday due to them being closed on the weekend. I expressed the need for me to have my vehicle back before end of business on Friday due to plans for the weekend. The receptionist and the technician accommodated me by staying after business hours to complete the work on my vehicle so that I could have it for the weekend. I can t tell you enough how much I appreciate that gesture because it is hard to find great customer service these days. I will be taking my vehicle to this auto repair shop in the future when needed because of the amazing customer support that I received. Thank you Trin and Henry for going above and beyond with providing great customer service!Raphael

Been coming here for years. Quick, efficient and pleasant service. Clean waiting room but we didn't have to wait that long. Price about average and convenient location. Las visit though as we're now EV.

Honest, fast, and has the technology for your cars health. They even accommodated my request to see if my computer went through a cycle to get a valid smog before the actual smog test

I emailed Trinh on a Friday requesting an appointment for the upcoming Monday. Even though the shop was closed on the weekends, she still was able to help answer all my questions even when she was off and out of the office. I was then able to drop my car off Monday morning and pick up just a few hours later with ice cold A/C. Great team in the office and in the garage. Definitely coming back if I need anything done.

We have used this shop for about 5 years and love how they treat us like family. We have two cars serviced at this location and the prices are always fair, the work is completed in a timely manner and the staff does not try and up sell you on things you don't need. Very trustworthy people who do honest work.FYI - they do way more than just smog stuff. We have them do all our oil changes, alignments, routine maintenance and transmission fluid/filter changes. 100% highly recommend them.Service: Oil change

Went in there because the black plastic thing under my engine was hanging down and scraping on the ground. They pulled it in and fixed it for free!! I will be back here to gwt my oil changed and any other maintenance I need on my 2020 Honda Accord. Thank you for the superior customer service

I had to make a quick appointment and found this place so I called. Amazing customer service. Got an appointment that day, arrived in a hurry and was nicely greeted by a kind receptionist. My smog was done and completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend and I also can t stress how comfortable their waiting lobby is. Everything is comfortable and for the customer.

When it comes to mechanics, I needed to find one that is friendly and has integrity. This shop has all the above and more. From the front desk to the mechanics are genuine and super friendly. When they think that you can get another service more affordable somewhere else they make recommendations. I never get that kind of integrity anymore. I've been going there now for four years for everything and I will continue to go even after I move out of the Natomas area. They are really wonderful!!Services: Smog certification, Oil change

The good, they have a nice waiting area and very friendly front office. They offer a first responder and millatary discounts.The not so good, I had the 2nd appointment of the day, and it still took 20 minutes before they started on my car. That is the only thing that kept this from being a 5-star experience.

Told my girlfriend about this place today. We were thankfully able to schedule a same day appointment. It only took about 20-25 mins to get the car smogged, from the time that we walked in the door, to the time we left the shop. The lady at the desk was very nice, and also very helpful with our DMV paperwork questions.

Fantastic experience as far smog checks go.The entire transaction took under twenty minutes the customer service was great and the price was right.
