Twice now these professionals have assisted me with diagnostic work and hands on. Both times. Exceptional care. Prices will be upfront and nothing is hidden. My suggestion to others seeking a place that will not steal from you or try to play pretend with your vehicle and pocket book. Here is a very decent place to start! Going in for a third time and not regretting my decision.

Was referred to come here from a friend. Got treated like family. Not a lot of hugs and kisses but got the job done right and with a fair price. I prefer this to the run around that happens when us women get going to a lot of mechanics trying to get over on us during desperate needs. This seems to be alot of dishonest shops. I was pleasantly pleased with this place of business. Will refer and return to complete more work. Its my new go to for my Honda with over 250k miles!!

Very bad customer service! Called in for a quote but talked to someone with an attitude. Had to call multiple times as i was unable to hear what he was saying. I asked him if he was the owner as it felt like only an owner can have an attitude like that and he was. Please dont open a business if u dont understand how phones work. There are instances where it has issues!

I came in to see if they could fix some belts on my Mazda CX-5. My needs were a little nebulous, because I didn't know exactly what needed to be done with the car. Nevertheless , the team at Natomas Automotive was super friendly and helpful! They gave me a really reasonable quote on the estimated service, and they gave me a ride back to my house while I waited for my car to get serviced.In the end, the work was done really quickly and only a minimal add-on was included in the order, after they called me about it. Their shop is super clean and easy to access. If I had to wait, it would not be a bad place to do so.Thanks to Red and the team at Natomas Automotive. If I wasn't moving to Folsom, I would make this my primary service center!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Came here around 2-3 months ago. Compared to most natomas shops. They actual care about the customers best interest. I believe a man named Singh helped me. He was/ is an incredible guy and didn t lie to me. He was straight up and told me what my car needed, and although it was still expensive. It was much cheaper than most mechanics. Every single other mechanic in the area told me I needed one thing, and he told me it was otherwise with confidence. He was definitely right. They also keep their garage open during the day which is a great sign because it shows they aren t scared to show the work they are doing. It shows they have nothing to hide, and they would never do anything to purposely make you come back. I am very satisfied with the work done on my car, and although I am moving. I know I can always trust this place if I m ever in the area. Bless this man and the entire business.

Made attempt to use warranty company. The manager/owner Singh did not handle business appropriately. Things became a mess where he turned down moving forward with terms of warranty company request/requirement.He Singh had my vehicle for 8 days and did not do any repairs.Tried talking to him for status on his position to begin communicationt with warranty company. I was disrespected as a customer, as Singh did not prioritize my vehicle. Taking other potential customers first pushing me back until he got these other people done.Herold me I could leave he wasn't going to do any repairs to my car as I told him to give my keys back.He has no understanding with the order of business. Poor customer service skills.I had to have my car towed to another shop after paying $120 for diagnostic.

came for a diagnostic because car had check engine with a rough idle and only code showing was p0101. Was running a bit hot. They charged me a diagnostic fee, to tell me I needed an oem MAF instead of an aftermarket one. Confused because they only charged me half the price listed, and how that might be the issue but I did it anyways. Told me to come back if that wasn t it. Completely trusted these guys and I was so wrong for that. Radiator blew just a day later but One Stop Smog had me covered. Determined my issue for a FRACTION of the diagnostic fee this place charged. Didn t actually look at my car or bother to close the hood when they were done. Wouldn t come here unless you have $$$$ to waste on endless diagnostic fees.

Edit changing previous comment for Natomas Automotive, previous I stated Singh was an awesome honest mechanic but due to a recent trip I would now rate the shop a 2 star because he didn't want to get his hands dirty and help find an oil leak that I currently still have, he wanted me to find a place to hose down the underneath the car and then he would try and help with the work that I needed to get done on my car. Unfortunately I haven't been back to his shop because of this issue.

I came here because my ABS light was on and it was difficult to break. It was closer than my main mechanic in midtown but it was a HUGE mistake. Singh did a diagnostic on my car which I think was nothing less than auto zone and quoted me $4000 to fix the problem and take up to 2 weeks. I decided to take my car to Paul s Automotive where I have been going for 5 years and they found the SMALL problem and fixed it the next morning for $400 bucks. Singhs customer service was horrible and he should have told me he wasn t sure what the problem was and not charge me the diagnostic fee. Go somewhere else to find an honest mechanic. I had such a great experience here. Singh really took care of me and my car. Total transparency, honesty and over all great service! I never felt cheated or taken advantage of and didn't feel pressured to pay for services I didn't really need. My car runs so smooth and I've never been happier. The people were nice but their prices were very high. As I was in a rush and my battery was dead and they were nearby my hotel and opened the earliest I went ahead and paid 700+ to change my battery ! I think that s more than I paid my Audi dealer last time.Service: BatteryService: Battery

I recently had my van break down suddenly and had it towed to the closest auto repair shop who informed me that I needed a new engine. Learning this information meant I had to fork out around $7500, I decided to receive a second opinion with Singh at Natomas Automotive who I ve been to several times previously. Long story short, he was able to do a second diagnosis and saved me thousands of dollar with an oil change. Natomas Automotive is honest, fair, professional, great communication and excellent customer service. Check engine light. Fuel Vent solenoid not working. Mouse ate wires on top of tank. They kept me informed of damage & costs. Had to drop fuel tank to repair. Asked them to replace fuel pump since the tank was down. They also changed the fuel filter & checked the evap canister. I asked them to change the canister but the mechanic said it's good. Excellent service & finished faster than I thought. Completely surprised when they called & said "all done". My go to vehicle service, Natomas Automotive. Thank you.

I worked with Mavis who is a long time employee of the business. She was extremely knowledgeable and quick. The owner Singh was a very nice man and greets you right away. Highly recommended for service and repairs.

We stayed at a local hotel on a road trip from. Oregon. In the morning, car made noises that no car should make. Made it over and the crew made it happen. Busted coil. They went out of their way to help us and saved the day. I was driving my daughter to college with a loaded car. All is well, purred like kitten and we made it. My wife's 2009 Camry is in excellent condition, except that it had become difficult for her to get the transmission out of Park. Diagnosis by the mechanics at Natomas Automotive indicated the problem was in a brake sensor. The brake pedal needs to be pushed before moving from Park to Drive and the brake sensor was preventing the movement. The car was ready the next day with the transmission drive selector working well. The overall cost, including servicing the engine, was very fair. Singe was very welcoming and explained the repair well to my wife and me. We happily recommend Natomas Automotive!Services: Electrical repair, Oil change

Just left Natomas automotive for the first time. It s always a bit nerve wracking to try a new shop. But the reviews were good, and Singh was professional and friendly. I rounded off a o2 sensor and needed assistance removing it. Since the sensor has been rounded off I was quoted a possible 2 hours labor. Later that day when I got the call that my truck was done-I was only charged for 1 hour. Thanks Singh-my repair was done quickly and at a good price.

My first time with natomas automotive was as pleasant experience. Mr. Singh was very friendly & personable. The office was clean & nice and the prices are reasonable. I would recommend this store shop.

Long story short: Higher prices than competition and customer service is very poor. If I voluntarily pay more, I expect better service, not worse service than a Pep Boys.After experience problems with quality of work at initial service (which included a promised call-back that never happened), Singh did not attempt to resolve or even look at the problem despite safety concern (device installed by Natomas Automotive fell out from under dashboard and got stuck behind brake and gas pedal on multiple occasions) until I voiced my concern more strongly. I was asked to return the next day with a vehicle that was unsafe to operate and which is also my only vehicle. Singh also said that he did not have time to have my problem looked at that day until I again voiced my concern more strongly. He also did not open up a repair order for my car until I specifically requested it, despite a technician working on my car while I waited and despite this being a violation of state law and California BAR policy.After leaving my vehicle with the shop again the next day, Singh called me to pick the car up after not finding any problems, despite multiple problems being duplicated in front of Singh and one of the technicians the previous day. Singh referred me to the equipment provider who then ordered replacement equipment for my car without me even asking for it.At this point, Natomas Automotive (specifically Singh) has not displayed any sense of interest in building new customer relationships or resolving issues with current customers. I knowingly paid more to have my original work performed at Natomas Automotive because the shop is in my neighborhood, but now I would not even want to bring my car in for a simple oil change, nevermind anything more complicated.I am confused by Singh's attitude and reticence, as customer experience is generally regarded the most important factor in today's automotive repair and maintenance industry. Without positive customer experiences there can be no customer retention. As a goodwill customer who knowingly paid more to support a local business, I'm very frustrated and disappointed.

As other posters have mentioned, the shop was clean. Gentleman that helped me seemed to be the owner. Was honest about his schedule, asked me to come back next day. Came back on my appointment the following day and was in and out. Great service.

This is a very trust worthy auto shop. I had to have repairs done on my escalade today and when they called me to inform me that my SUV was complete the owner Singh offered to drive my vehicle to my home so I would not have to look for a ride or walk to the shop. Now that is outstanding service! Thank you!
