I have an older model Nissan Xterra and just got my car back today. I am so pleased with their service. They found quite a few things that should/could be addressed (because it s a 2001) other than what I brought it in for. So thorough. Carol, the young woman that runs the front service office, called me and walked me through everything. The estimate was all broken down so I could prioritize what I would get fixed and what to hold off on. So, not only did they tune up and fix a break switch for me they helped to keep my car sustained with some other fixes for years to come. The prices were very reasonable and I got a lot done. I can t thank Carol enough for her communication and professionalism, for even calling me with a $30 difference in the bill to get approved. I trust this location and I plan to bring our other cars there as well now. Thank you Natomas Auto Care.

SCAMMERS!!! While in the waiting area, the workers told MULTIPLE customers that the "part" they needed to fix the issue would cost up to $200 more than they originally quoted them. They would give customers no choice but to pay the price they didn't even inform them about. Then... they did the same thing to me (asked for $400)! I ended up taking my car somewhere else....and it turns out it was just a loose piece in my car that needed to be tightened at no cost! This shop got new owners recently... so do NOT trust all the good reviews. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!

Took my car back to them because when they replaced my brake pads back in July the brakes never stopped squeaking. Unfortunately I had to go months like this because my schedule wouldn t allow me to bring it back sooner. When they did they work on the brake pads, they also replaced my air filter that has also gone bad again since July.After they finished all the work I get a call asking if the service lights on my dash board have always been on; I told them only the tire pressure one was on when I dropped it off. I was then told on the lights came on during the test drive and they have no idea why, so they need to figure out what caused it. I was called a couple hours later saying they needed to keep the car overnight so they could work on it in the morning and get the issue figured out. After not hearing back from them all day today, I called and they said their master tech is out on his day off and none of the other techs can figure out what s wrong, so they have to keep my car ANOTHER day. And now they are offering a free diagnostic to see what s wrong and IF they find out the lights are messed up because of their work, they will reimburse me for a rental if I have to get one.

Was 140 for them to "look" at my car and send me somewhere else. It took them all of 30 min and they didn't even reset the low tire pressure sensor on my civics dash. Bummer dude

I took my car here to get inspected for a possible suspension failure told by another shop and the nice lady at the front let me know that nothing is wrong and I won t be charged for the inspection! Honesty is a stellar point and I plan to become a loyal customer here soon with my car check ups.

I confirmed with them TWICE if they do emissions testing before my appt and even when I got there they said yes. Like about 45 mins later when they finished my "car inspection" the girl at the front desk said they don't do the rest of the out-of-state inspection form thing like checking the emissions and whatever the form said but the total still ended up being $145. I have to go somewhere else to get the SMOG test (it's what's she said) done. I'm like I gotta pay another $145 somewhere else is ABSURD!

Horrible rip off, I had to pay $140 for then to tell me they don't fix my issues, and $350 to fix 2 door locks, then called me back 20 minutes later to tell me they made a mistake and the 2 door locks would cost me $470, I told them No way , so they charged me $140 for looking at my vehicle and did no work on it! A total waste of my time and $140 of my money ! Beware this small unprofessional shop, in a nice location!

Best quality service in town! I called with a car starter that wouldn't turned over, and within minutes, the tow truck came and picked it up and delivered my baby. Before long, someone called after carefully diagnosing the problem and said they could have it done within 2 hours. They could order the part and have the job done within that time frame. I was ecstatic and couldn't believe the turn around time! I ran into a bit of a problem getting my car picked up because I was carless, but they made it all worked out, and I can't thank you guys enough for going above and beyond offering top-rated service!

The level of service here is pretty terrible. I took my car in twice to get my air conditioning fixed, and twice it stopped working soon after they "fixed" it. While it was in the shop no one called me with updates, and I have to call them after multiple days to get an update on my car. I've spent about $800 and I still don't have air conditioning.

Brought my car in for an oil change and they checked my tire pressure. They said that they let a bit out of the tires because they were a little over filled. Everything was fine until I drove about 1 mile and my tire was COMPLETELY FLAT! They sent a tech out to look at it and had us come back to the shop. After inspecting the tire they said that the air valve was broken and that I needed to go to a tire shop to get it fixed. I said that I thought they should handle it since is was clearly the result of something they did. They flat out refused to even acknowledge that it could be their fault and acted super taken aback and offended that I would get upset that they messed up my tire.I understand that things happen and parts fail. But if an air valve on a tire is working 100% fine and then a mechanic lets pressure out of your tire and its all of the sudden broken, its not unreasonable to assume that it has something to do with the mechanic. The tech team was super rude and refused to even engage in conversation with me about how a part would fail so suddenly.We went directly to a tire shop a couple miles away and explained the situation. They said that the air valve was not broken and that probably what happened was that sometimes when you let air out of a tire the air valve can freeze or get stuck open. So natomas auto care was either lying to cover their butts or didn't know what they were doing. Not a great look.My frustration is mostly that they wouldn't just talk to me and explain their rationale in assuming that the problem had nothing to do with them. As a woman, navigating male dominated industries is sometimes intimidating and I need people who are willing to be open and transparent with me instead of treating me like a hysterical female for questioning them.

Very easy to schedule an appointment. I called and they gave me times that were available for my car to come in. I requested an oil change, tire rotation (if needed), and brake inspection (I would be traveling and wanted to make sure everything was ok). I brought my car in at the designated time and only waited ~1hr. Because I had made an appointment, they prioritized my vehicle inspection which was very nice. Natomas replaced both the front and back brakes and rotors on my vehicle along with a brake fluid flush at a cost of $883.00. When my wife drove the vehicle on the freeway, it started swaying, shaking, and making loud noises. It was so bad that she has to pull over and get the vehicle towed back to Natomas Auto Care.When the tow truck driver arrived he noticed that only 1 of 5 lug nuts were on the left rear tire! As you could imagine, if that tire had come off while driving at freeway speeds the results could have been catastrophic.When I spoke to the owner she did apologize but did not know what occurred because the guy who did the work wasn't there. She was supposed to get back to me about what the excuse was but I have not heard anything. I guess accountability doesn't matter amymore?Anyway, she offered to take 20% off of the bill. I thought it should have been way more or free for the extremely dangerous situation that was created by her employee. That was a huge mistake that they made, that could have ended very badly. Be very wary of this repair shop!Service: Brakes

Googled these guys on a whim, and decided to use them based on their google reviews. They are super good. They did my brake and didn t try to up sell me, they just took care of the job for a fair price. I later came back to them because my car was acting funny after a long road trip. I describe the issue and one of the staff recommend I get new tires( they don t sell tires) he said it s seems like it could be just the tires and not the suspension like I thought it might have been. He was totally right! I appreciate the honesty and transparency.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Got me in on short notice. Conducted a reasonably priced diagnostic and quickly provided results. They gave me the option of having the work performed there or return to my original mechanic. I highly recommend this shop!

Brought my car first thing in the morning and even though they were already crowded at opening, my car was still done when they said it would be. I was quoted a cheaper price than I should have been and when they figured that out, they honored the cheaper price anyway and did not try to upsell. Will definitely go back for any future automotive needs.

Great service, everyone was very professional and courteous. I took my 2013 prius in for diagnostics and found out that water pump has gone bad. Although I could get the water pump from Toyota which should have save me $100 but I decided to let them order parts and replace it. I was guaranteed that it was OEM replacement and comes with 2 year warranty. However autozone sell a water pump with life time warranty and is half the cost than OEM. At the end I would say if you need something done do you homework and make sure to look around for pricing. It happened on new year weekend with rain and storm I decided to get that done and be over with it.

Trying to get an oil change, I got locations mixed up and found myself here without an appointment. They were able to get me in and out right away. Waiting area is clean and spacious, and front office staff is friendly and engaging.

(This few years ago) one car light bulb was out and got there late. They still accommodate me and changed the bulb for me with good rate. Great customer service and worker!!1/2023 - Did not fix my car problem even though mechanic told meit is fine to drive- will not drain battery etc. They just put down on paper what I told them was maybe the problem and will not take responsibility. They replace one part. When I asked for some refund ( battery drain very soon)from the owner, she said the mechanic did not told me it is fine to drive and did not compensate me. Will not go there again

Looking for a trustworthy neighborhood mechanic? This is your place! My wife and I have been taking our vehicles here for 5+ years and they have never let us down. They are honest, upfront, very fair on their pricing and stand behind their work. I wouldn t trust my vehicles anywhere else- these guys have proven to me they go above an beyond to guarantee a good experience. It s a no-frills operation, but what do you expect? It s clean, to the point, and they get the job done and do it well. Do yourself a favor and use them for your automotive needs in Natomas!

The owner diagnosed my electrical problem with my windows and fixed it perfectly in minutes while saving me about $300. over another shop I had an estimate from. Our car had an oil leak. Since Mel Rapton is no more we were looking for new more local car repair shop. We were told last oil change things weren't tightened like they should of been. Their honesty meant everything. They said no charge. This will be our go to place for future work!

Our AC broke 20 miles into a cross country move; not only were anatomy s able to do a diagnostic, but they stayed after hours on a Saturday to repair it for us. Naming my first born Nat.

I was so GLAD to find a good auto repair place so close to home. The people there were friendly and very honest. I heard strange noises and thought I had a serious problem but they said my car was fine. After some horrible car repair experiences in this town, I was thrilled to find a place that I can trust and rely upon. Highly recommended.Service: Steering & suspension repair

They are very professional always kept me informed as to what was going on with my car. Very easy to work with. I had a SMOG check done but will continue going to Natomas Automotive for all of my needs. I highly recommend them if you need your car serviced.

Had been here on a Saturday noon as AC was blowing hot air. Was a refrigerant recharge thing. He said after the fix all is well now its so cold upto 45f. Charged me $133...i just started the car and drove not even a mile and hot air again. Turned it back and asked him to check. Lied it was working earlier. Told him to fix it but said come back Monday AM or Tuesdays Saturday afternoon is closing time aroubd 3 pm. Horrible experience. Had to travel weekend but no fix got scammed $133. Never returning here.
