They're good at covering the majority of your scratches, but I feel like their service is overpriced. I got charged an unreasonable amount for a few scatches. They also keep your cars for days, while a dealership would give you back your car the same day you bring it for service.

It took this place over a month to complete my car s repairs which they estimated would take about a week. During this time, they provided zero updates and modified the pick-up date about 4 times without notifying me or providing any updates. After having called on multiple occasions, the rationale that they provided for not being able to release my car to me ranged from parts not coming in, mechanic quitting, and missing insurance payments. After speaking to my insurance provider, they clarified that this repair shop hadn t sent out the remaining requests for payments until the night before, all of which was after the pick-up date they had identified. Essentially, the auto repair shop would not release my car to me, even though the repairs were completed-due to missing payments from the insurance-though they never submitted the request to the insurance. Once everything was paid, I arrived to the repair shop to pick up my car at which point they stated that they still needed to attach a tire which would take about an hour-this is after stating that my car was ready to be picked up. To add, all communication with the front desk has been utterly unprofessional and unproductive.Services: Tires, Body & Trim

They went above and beyond to restore my car to its previous condition (even better condition with a beautiful detail clean) had a problem with tpms lights being on. I think it's hard to find a car shop to trust, but I have found it and I never go anywhere else now. I've had a few unfortunate reasons to see them- an accident, a metal piece hitting my car on the freeway, a hit and run, and most recently my back bumper started to pull off after the bottom got stuck on something. The damage wasn't bad and I could almost get the pieces to snap back in. Almost. I called for an appointment and they scheduled same day, shortly before closing. I got there and they asked what I was looking for. I just needed it to snap back in and I couldn't make that happen. There was one small piece that was broken that kept it from lining up properly. The person I spoke to asked if I had 10 min for them to look at it. He brought my car back minutes later with the bumper on and didn't charge me! Rather than taking advantage of me, they did a very simple repair that took them a few minutes, and didn't charge. I was and am so grateful. That is how you gain customer loyalty- along with their professionalism, and excellent work!

My vehicle was vandalized and had a wait time for repairs of 3 weeks. Called these guys and got my vehicle in within 3 days and 1 week later I picked up my car just as I did off the lot. Fully detailed (which they didn't have to do I would have been happy.) All in all professional staff, accurate ETA on repairs, and the professional aspects that you expect from a shop is 100% accurate. Highly recommend!

Referred by AAA. Shop was not promising. Told me 3 different pick-up date. Went to the shop 3 different times and was not satisfied with paint job. Paint job had excessive clear coat and was not polished properly. Edges of my bumper paint was crinkled and lifted and cracked when it was removed for repair.Never take It to this place again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I previously had a really good experience with this shop, so I decided to go back to it because I trusted in their work.My second time around with them has been horrible. They ve taken over a month to finish my car. I ve called about 3 times with them saying it ll be ready in a couple of days and they ll call me when it s ready , only for me to call them and they say it s not ready and it ll take longer. I understand they keep finding parts they need to fix, but the lack of communication and initiative to keep me updated has been very frustrating. I ve had to re-plan out of town trips as this is my only snow-capable car. Been nothing but inconvenient coordinating with the shop.

The place may be a bit pricey, but I was rear-ended and my car repairs were being paid for by the other person's insurance. From the initial repair quote, to scheduling a rental car for me, to keeping me updated on every step, Natomas Auto Body & Paint made the whole process easy and painless. My car has never looked better, and actually came back to me cleaner than when I dropped it off. They are very professional, and did amazing work. Definitely recommend this place...

Very professional, helpful, and friendly. I would definitely recommend them.! Although my car didn't end up needing repair since he knew right away what to use to remove the green paint transer off of my silver car.He told me if I wasn't happy to bring my car back . I was totally pleased when I left!!. No waiting, 15-20 minutes spend with the awesome tech. .

This is a good place to get the majority scratches painted over , but I feel like they charge too much. They charged me 2K over a few scratches.

I'm currently homeless and without transportation. I needed to charge my phone and I saw some employees along the side of the building so I walked up and asked them if they could help me out with a charge for my phone. They were all so nice, and let me charge my phone for 2 1/2 hours. This gave me enough time on the phone to set up food assistance. I've been eating very little for the last 25 days and thanks to them and can have a good meal in about an hour..Thank you to everyone who helped me today. If I should ever need their services in the future I will go to that shop without question..William S.......

This place is a joke. If they have the opportunity to take advantage of you, they will. They wanted to charge me $140 for a part GM only charges $54 for. That is a 160% Mark up.Mark up aside, The guy who gave me the quote kept starting my car just to get a picture of my start up message because he thought it was "Funny". All he needed was the odometer reading. No need to start it in the first place let alone....over and over.Unprofessional to say the least.I personally have nearly a decade of Automotive restoration experience however I played dumb and within 15 minutes of my quote, I knew this was no place the average Joe could trust.AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Save yourself the headache. Don't take your car there ever. My car took a month instead of the promised week to repair. Which would have been fine because I do understand schedules do change. After I got the car home to inspect it was missing a bunch of fasteners and clips. I had to do all the rework repairs myself. I'm still having to track down rattles on the car from all their "repairs".

Very good experience, went in and got an estimate, had to order parts and they called me as soon as they came in, was able to have my car fixed up in a very timely manner. Tina was very pleasant and kept me updated as I waited, and the whole process was very smooth. Thank you!

There are many problems with Natomas Auto Body And Paint. 1, they are dishonest, they are bias, and they are working for the insurance company they are not working for the customer. This means that they are not going to repair your car the way it should be done but they repair your car the way the insurance company wants them to repair.2, their estimator and technicians are incompetent. For example, I took my vehicle over there the whole right rear quarter panels was smashed in from the accident they give a quote for the total repair which is about nearly $900 but that was just for repairing the bumper and the two tail light. They totally ignore the damage on the quarter panel. their excuse was that they cannot open the trunk. Guess what, the trunk can be opened by pulling the liver on the left side of the driver seat and I when I got over there I confirmed it by open the trunk easily. Because of their laziness and their incompetent they I gave awrong quote for the insurance company and now the insurance company he's going to decline the proper repair. If there such thing as a rating for 0 start writing I will give them a zero rating. Stay away from this company they are a cheap insurance job nothing more

Needed passenger door on my BLACK Yukon to be repaired after a break in a couple years ago... I was expecting to see a "new door" centered between (slightly hard water/hazed) front door and rear fender. Nope, it was seamless and smooth as glass. Looked like I had just waxed the entire truck when I left their shop. Everyone was polite, friendly, and above all PUNCTUAL! Now I'm returning for work on a silver Mercedes. So far everything is just as smooth.

Horrible experience!!I decided to take my car to this shop after my car got T-boned while it was parked outside my house. I went there because this was one of the preferred shops from the insurance company, however I found out that these guys should not be on anyone's preferred list EVER!!The estimator there promised my car back in 8 days, however I was called and told that it was ready after 4 days. I was excited and surprised that they were done so fast, I should have wondered why though.When I got to the shop to pick it up, I started to look it over and to my surprise parts where falling off and some old broken parts where still on it. There was paint over-spray on my window and front door as well. They have no pride in their work or any attention to detail.

Bad experience would never require their services again. If you ever have to deal with them, make sure you get to talk with the supervisors or managers right away. Front desk people are very impolite and lack of sense of aid. Work took way too long over a month from the date they first told me to. Quality of job was not near the amount of time and price they charge. Not very good communication from their side, might take decisions without consulting the owner of vehicle first. I feel they could careless for my vehicle and left some extra scratches and other paint abnormalities besides not being able to adjust the car to What it should look like after a job is done. Not recommended .

Got rear ended and took my estimate here from insurance. They called me a week later and told me the parts were in and to drop off company truck. They finished in one day. Looks great.

I brought my car to this shop being that it s closer to my home. I have yet to pick up my car but I ve noticed that the staff that greet you aren t very friendly. They are actually pretty rude. The first time I came I wasn t greeted as the young lady had an attitude and wasn t even sure about her job. Just left a bad taste in my mouth. And the older woman seems just as upset of not even worse. I am very big on customer service and I wish I could give them a zero on that. I m a very polite person and I feel these the staff that handle you first should be more nice. And as I left I noted that they weren t very polite, afterwards they decided to hold a conversation about me as I walked back to my car which is even more unprofessional. Just nasty attitudes. Although the man handeling my car (lary I believe) was very kind.

Liers and fraudulent. Dont use them. Horrible horrible company. I had the services included with my insurance and they said they take it and towed my car. Then after the tow they say they don't take insurance and charged 4x more than other companies. So they lied and towed my car only to charge me when I had roadside assistance. And then they'll stick you with debt to your credit.

Bad quality shop. Not happy at all. Why would they hire poor painters. Who the F does a open blend on a hood, just finish it up save time on the buffing.

I had a minor dent on my vehicle. Stopped by and Tony had me taken care of in less than 10 minutes! This is the 2nd vehicle I have brung to Natomas Auto Body & Paint and their customer service, quality of work and sense or urgency are great!!!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Great Auto Body Shop. Fair prices that they stay very close to their estimate. They do all the extras. I live on the other side of town and would have the car towed the distance to get their outstanding setvice

i had a wonderful experience working with natomas auto body. i was rear ended by someone without insurance and found out too late that my own insurance does not cover it (learn from my mistake and check your policy!) so i had to pay out of pocket until i can go to court to recoup the costs. larry, who fixed my car, was able to salvage my bumper, saving me a ton of money when considering the cost to entirely replace it. he did great work! additionally, everyone there was very kind and efficent and made the process as painless as possible. thanks, guys!
