Quick service with picking up an online order. They were about to close for lunch but were able to quickly help us so we didn't have to come back.

I picked up a part that wasn't available at the Carmichael location here today. Isabelle was very professional and helped me get what I needed very fast and with respect. Thank you, I will be a returning customer!!

I will never go back here ever again. 1st issues was my appt was at 9:30am and they told us to pick up at 4pm which was fine but when my husband got their at 4pm they just started working on it. My husband had to wait until 630pm for them to finish. The excuse was that their worker called out. Then when they tires were almost all on they tell us the guy the does the alignment left at12pm, so now we have to come back. This is a 4x4 with a brand new lift and m/t tires, alignment is an extremely important part to keep the tires in good condition. Then I get home and I noticed all this black oil smeared on my driver door inside and outside and on my leather seats. this was beyond unacceptable. The only positive thing was the front desk lady was really nice beside that it was the worse experience I have ever had

They only have blue AC o rings at the distribution center in Northgate was of time to even bother with this store just go to Northgate in natomas

Very good customer service every time I go there. This is the place to go for auto parts. The person at the counter goes over and beyond to help which is the best customer service ever

I needed a part today and wasn't sure of the number. The customer service is first class. The person who helped me knew the parts and was great about explaining different things. No rush complete consideration. I left with the piece I needed and some extra items. Thank you.

I was having a horrible day already when my car decided she was done being a car on top of being in the midst of a break up (just so you know my frame of mind). Its doing some weird push to start thing that was not turning my battery off completely but at the same time preventing it from getting started. My tow took 3 hours to arrive, mind you I'm still parked in my jobs parking lot, in the heat. Global warming... My tow took so long my car completely died. He was having a day as well. We then get to this store where they had been holding a part for me, 7 minutes before they closed! The tow-man (is that a thing?) parks my car IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PARKING LOT! Horizontal to the parking spots at that! I run in to the store broken hearted not ONLY from this necessary breakup but now because my car, that is almost paid off chose violence today. The gentleman working, one African American the other one white working on the date of 8/2/21, I truly apologize for not knowing their names. Both greeted me with a smile and not like the annoying "that customer". They grabbed the brake sensor thingy from the back and even attempted to help me install it. And when they realized how my car was left they even offered to give my car a jump. Unfortunately the part was not correct so they both pushed my dirty car into a parking spot. I was immediately offered not only a refund but he also ordered the right piece I needed on his own accord. Taken more time from his day past closing, with a smile. (Ya know but behind a mask) You just never know how a simple act of kindness can change someone else's day. This was my first time shopping at a NAPA store and after today I will be a customer for life! Autozone who? O'Reilly where??Thank you!

Noligable employees. They will help install wiper blades and break light balbs and other small parts within reason. The prices are a little steep and then again everything is going up. They great you with a smile and hello and have a good day. 4 stars just because of prices on some parts. All n all a good place for your car.

I did not like the one on fulton. the line was really slow and business was terrible there were people standing around in the back while I waited to be served there was one guy in the front helping people but he was alone and doing a lot of work by himself the other three people they just messed around in the back I'm never coming back to this place again

Every time I come here the staff is quick to say hi, ask if I need help finding anything, and are helpful without being condescending if I don't know exactly what I'm looking for.

Nice location ( careful of dangerous delivery drivers). Good customer service. Sits directly side of street as Lexus dealership.

Took a bit of time but was able to convince the manager that the part was still under warranty and they finally honored it's warranty.

The service is very bad. They didn't even look at me for 15minutes. And one of the clerk was very expressive witn his angrier about another customer.

Napa is by far the best auto parts store when compared to oriellys, autozone, etc... The parts are superior, selection more diverse, and employees more knowledgeable and helpful.
