I want to give this store a great review five stars I had amazing customers service from Francisco the store assistant manager. Long story short I came in after not receiving good service from O Reilly they sold me the wrong spark plugs twice.When I came in to here Francisco not only informed me the proper gap the spark plugs were supposed to have but also gapped them for me. Excellent support here I would definitely recommend this store and will do future business here.

Napa it's a good place to visit, I haven't been there in a long time, because it's other Paces with lower prices but don't usually carry everything u need, that I need it right there good quality product, good store, good hospitality, and everything I needed was there, but check it out, I recommend if you can't find what you want think about, Napa!! its a OG store been around many moons!!!

Employees pass through here faster than taco bell the morning after a binge drinking night at the club. Customer service is non-existent. Automotive knowledge level is equivalent to Fred Flintstone. Employee Training must have been developed and is over seen by Mr. Bean. I mean seriously, all joking aside, the place is the worst run parts establishment in the greater Sacramento area. Been going to this particular location pretty regularly for the last 6 years. I watched amazing, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, dedicated employees get run down and ruined. Ruined by horrible management. The place is plagued by sketchy individuals hanging out in the parking lot or loitering in the store looking to steal I'm sure. Inventory is never right. Never. This has to be a corporate store. There is no way it could possibly survive as an independently owned business. Do yourself a favor, take the extra time and go to a different Napa store.

This location has improved greatly !About a year ago I visited this store for some parts , there were some people there that were too busy on there personal phones to help the costumers. This was not a good look but since I made my complaints to the manager low , and the girl up front Shelly I think her name is , it seems like they addressed the problem immediately! Great fast and friendly service if I could give 10 stars I would just for improvement! Keep it up team napa

Always a pleasant experience coming to this store. I do wonder if they had more people working there, the flow would be better for the company and the crew.This Napa has never let us down when we need certain items and the selection is actually not that bad considering the size of the store. They even carry some chemical guys products now which is pretty damn nice considering we use their products alot. Especially waxes. Angel recommended some products and to my surprise, he was right about them all. Kyle was very helpful behind the counter as well.The men that helped us most of the time behind the counter was Angel and Kyle. They seem to have a really good understanding of how to handle customers. A+ Honest review from a Car Lot near you. Keep up the amazing work. Thank you for providing great service when we are in need. This store location is the best one I've been to hands down. Thank you Napa Auto Parts!

Every time I've been here the employees have been extremely friendly and helpful, and I've gotten what I needed quickly. It's usually not too crowded in there, which makes it easier to shop. The only downside side is that their stock seems pretty low - not sure if it's always like that, but it is these days.

I bought a waterpump with a lifetime warranty about 5 years ago and now they will not give me a new one from my warranty even though I bought it at this location. I will never use napa again unless someone can fix this problem

I work for post mates. The gentleman who helped me was kind and took the time to help take the parts out to my car. He was quick on getting the orders together too. So I was able to deliver them in a timely manner.

ALWAYS SLOW!!! If you have time to waste, this is your place. They usually have ONE person on a register at a time. There's always two people there, but the second person is always in the back. Even when there is 10+ people in line. They are kind of knowledgeable, which is why they got any stars. Otherwise, they suck. Stop being cheap and hire more people!

Nice appearance on the outside and been here for years. Sad part is that the employees don't care for the customer. They don't try to go the extra mile in checking things for you and the inside appearance is dusty and expensive along with no real selections to choose from for motor sales or accessories, treatment products, etc., I stayed in line so long without even a look or consideration of "We'll be with you in one moment" they just don't care. The people in front of me as well We're having issues and the employees just seemed like they were out of It and least there job is secure kind of atmosphere. Go to a different auto part store before you come here, you'll thank me.

I ordered ignition coils for my car online and went to pick up at this place around 2:00 p.m., the person who was helping me name Randy had hard time to find the parts and his attitude towards me was very bad. In same visit I ordered spark plugs and went to pick up two hours later and told by same employee that parts are not here and he doesn't know ETA. I went to ORielly and bought same brand spark plugs with exact same price but with better customer service. I wish NAPA teach them a thing call "Customer Service".

Shout out to Spence for saving my morning & some money! He explained the problem in layman's term, in words I can actually comprehend. His job didn't stop after selling my the correct part, but he also helped replace the hose. Although it took no more than 5 minutes, he didn't have to. He could have sent me on my way, part in hand & let me get ripped off at a mechanic's. But he didn't &it is deeply appreciated!!

I want to commend July, (pronounced like the month) the auto parts clerk at Napa Auto Parts on Power Inn Rd. in Sacramento, CA, for his friendly manner and professional acuity in getting me the exact tool I needed. You'd think a cup-style, oil filter wrench would be a simple thing to hep a customer with and get it right. Especially, when you hand them the filter to see what is needed. But after having been sold the wrong size item at another auto parts, and finding no one at several more stores who couldn't help me, I began to feel like I was entering a Twilight Zone nightmare.So, I get to Napa Auto Parts and hand my filter to the fellow at the counter. He smiles. "Okay. Let's see what size." To my surprise, he whips out a metric caliper and measures the filter's diameter. "Ah, it's 80 millimeters, " he says. He then counts the wrench detents on the closed end of the filter, "Fifteen. Let's see." He checks his computer screen. "We're out of stock, but I can have it here for your by four this afternoon, or if you like, I can call the store at 47th Avenue to verify that they have two in stock as indicated on our web."Wow! I was so relieved to have finally found someone who cared enough to help and knew exactly what I needed and where I could get in the quickest and most convenient way. Thank July. You're the best.

Great service. Francisco helped me out some parts, I called in advance and he talked me through my problem and recommended, I bring in the old part and was able to match it up. While I drove there, he went above and beyond and searched up parts that might be it. All in the last hr before closing.Outstanding service.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a simple valve cover gasket online to pick up in store. They showed they had 3 of them, but could not find it when I got there. They tell me to come back in 2 hours and they'll have it ready. I show up 3 hours later and it's like I never ordered anything. They cant find my order or the parts (which it shows they have 5 now) Finally I just tell them to forget it and go to O'Reilly who had the part in stock, and matched NAPA's price.Don't come here if you need a part right now or today, they won't be able to get it.

I have waited in line for 30 minuets and there are only 3 people in the line, I see multiple other workers walking around with out even trying to help other customers, the phones are ringing without being answered, one customer has walked out because of the long wait. not to mention they gave me the wrong parts and I m just trying to return a part. This isn t the first time all the workers act like they are busy by the way it s happened multiple times to me before I have waited long periods of time.

Had a table with a clearance sign and the item I wanted off the table "wasn't on clearance anymore ", according to the smart-alec clerk at the register. I protested and instead of honoring the sign, he tells me there's no prices right? Therefore we (NAPA) can sell them for anything. I got the manager's card and bought something that WAS on clearance because who has time to deal with that crap?

Nice customer service the person helped me out alot eventhough i was just inquiring about an item and not buying it. He went beyond his call of duties. Keep up the good work. parking situation is a bit crappy. Alot of potholes and homeless people.

The old management and staff was very knowledgeable and had good customer service. The new management and staff didn t know much. They couldn t find my parts when I could find it online. Not very friendly either.

be careful to check the receipt for extra charge for NAPA logo bag the staff claims the bag is free which is $1 plus tax. The bag is small and low quality. Won't shop there again.

Most parts I find is it Napa they have a warehouse that gets are parts in goal is going to wear house and get the parts they have parts they deliver him to your doorstep all you have to do is call find out they have and if they have it and if they don't the check with a where else have they don't the no for a look for the dealer but they will find you the part and will tell you were examined so go to Napa in become a nap of person

I found the sales associate's to be friendly and informative. By first going to NAPA Auto online to register the make & model of my car I now have access to the specifications and repair manuals any time I need them.
