After calling around to multiple mobile Mechanics, I spoke with Eric. I let him know that I had a fleet of about 10 trucks that we need normal maintenance on, on a regular basis and I was looking for a new mechanic to help out. He seemed kind enough on the phone and sounded like he knew what he was talking about.I decided to set him up to come out for a couple oil changes to see how he would do. We made the appt on a Friday and he was to come by the shop on Monday at 330pm.Monday rolls around and I had a question for him. I called and texted him at 10am... No return call/text. I tried him again around noon, still nothing. I tried again around 2pm, left another voicemail and text still nothing.I had to leave the shop, so I had an employee stay to meet him at 330. Around 3pm, he called our shop number and spoke to my office manager (I had given him my cell number on Friday to contact me, plus in my voicemails and text messages). He called to say he won't be there until 4pm. So, I had my employee wait until 415pm and still no show or call, so I told my employee to head home and lock up.Eric never called to say he wasn't coming that day, he just ghosted. He called me on my cell the next morning saying he didn't see my messages until 9 at night (who doesn't check their phone when they run a business)? He said he didn't have my number with him the day before, to call me directly, but he didn't ask my office manager for it either, to which he told her I never gave him my number. I was hoping to have found someone with good communication and follow through, but Eric is not the guy for us, unfortunately. He may be a good mechanic, but communication is key and he did not deliver that.

My first time using a mobile service. They got to my house the next morning after my call. The mechanic was friendly and professional. He made the repair very quickly, gave me back the used parts and I feel the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely be using them again

Great Honest Guy. He came through found the problems that another Mechanic Left Behind and Fixed My Car. He Is A Gery Knowledgeable Man and He Wven Taught Me A Few Things While He Fixed My Car. The Prices Were Fair, He Stuck Around Until Nightfall just to make sure everything was working correctly on my vehicle. I d suggest you call him before you try anywhere else. 5 Stars Isn t Enough.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

i broke down coming back to sacramento from stockton and he gave me great service and had my car running amazing in no time, will definitely be calling him if i need any assistance in the future
