Called regarding vehicle inspection that Uber has posted for free because nothing is truly free. The guy was awesome. He was understanding said he had the time. And the vibe walking in was awesome. These dudes are awesome!

Did a walk-in and was immediately greeted by a friendly team member. I told him I needed an inspection for Uber driver app and without a beat, he was out the door to complete the inspection. Very friendly and accommodating!

Fast and easy service. Says inspection free, but was charged $30, I guess I can get a voucher to get reimbursed, but it s not free as advertised through Uber. Customer service was satisfactory.

My boyfriend called last minute to see if we could both bring in our cars and surprisingly they said yes. Customer service was great and I was in and out faster than I expected. Also, the manager Kit was super helpful and nice! :D

I wish I actually read the reviews before coming here. This place legit scams anyone and everyone. I thought it was just because i was a women to be honest but after reading the reviews it seems that the owner just wants to take money from anyone. I payed 1,000 for my breaks and rotors. I was told my breaks were fine but I was still charged to get knew ones. I was desperate and needed my car fixed but I will never be desperate again. The whole experience here was horrible. Go anywhere else if you can. Cameron the manager over charges the customers, and the bigger guy in the front counter legit burped in my face. It was disgusting. I wish I could make this up but when I told the owner he didn t seem to care so it seems they allow this type of nasty behavior there. The bigger man Took a personal call while I was there and then took 20 minutes to tell me about his personal call and how he was so mad he let some lady barrow his car. It s almost 20 minutes into bringing my car and this guy is still talking about his problems with me. A moment later someone calls the actual midas phone and he starts shouting at the phone and bangs it over and over again in the counter yelling. It s now almost 25 minutes and I still wasn t checked in yet because this man was doing all sorts of mess. I wanted to go to another place and he tried his best to get me to stay, and I stayed just to have a bad experience and pay a grand on a job that i was sadly later quoted $300 less then they did. So please avoid this place if you can. I think the man burping in my face was the honestly the worst part because management didn t care so it seems that they are used to having this regular type of behavior. Please go anywhere else if you can. You will be over charged here and have really disgusting customer service burp in your face.

I'm so grateful for the fast same day walk-in service that was so convenient for my busy schedule to get my uber inspection here! The staff and manager are all gentlemen and very kind! You can't put a price on having your car and you being in good hands!

Very friendly, courteous, efficient, and kind. I appreciate their integrity. Being a paramedic I can pick up when people are not being straight with me. These guys are great. Treated me like family.

It was quick and easy. Great customer service! However, there is a fee to get your car inspected. Uber needs to make that correction on their platform.

The parking lot looked busy, the shop looked busy. To be honest, I didn't expect them to have time for me, but the guy at the desk and inspected my car right away. Got me out quick and was friendly the whole time.

Kit (I believe was his name) was outstanding. His energy was awesome and he was very helpful. I needed to get my starter changed and his team was able to do it within an hour! Very nice easy process I was pleased with my service and kits comfortable and welcoming vibes. I highly recommend coming here :)

I came here for the Uber vehicle inspection. It's not free, but the process was really fast. I called and was told they accepted walk-ins. I drove on down and completed it in a flash. Nice and easy.

I brought my Audi A3 in to check my alignment. I had my Alignment done about two weeks back at Midas in West Sac. (Off Jefferson) I had to take a trip to Los Anges from Sac that weekend. I felt my wheels a lil loose. I thought it was probably normal. But after driving it back that way, I was wondering if something was wrong. So I brought my car in to this location to get a second opinion. Sure enough I was assured that the Alignment was not done right. So I drove all the way to LA and back with a bad alignment. Normally I would have to take it back to the same shop for them to fix the problem. But Kit the shop manager said he could take care of my car at no charge, since I didn't feel right taking it back. Kit has so much knowledge in cars and happens to own an Audi himself. Believe me, I will be back for my next check up knowing my car is in good hands. I highly recommend anyone to stop in and talk to Kit for any questions.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment
