Found the car I purchased online and contacted Francisco at Mercy Auto Center. Francisco was very relaxed, no pressure an assured me the vehicle was in excellent condition. He also asked if I had a car to trade in. He gave me an offer to trade-in my car and offered financing with online application! So easy! Drove to him in Sacramento and he held the car for me! Very easy transaction and very honest and easygoing service. Will check Mercy inventory when I need my next car!

Been searching for this coupe for three months but couldn t find the perfect thing for such a good price and Audi quality without this place, walked up and already had people walking outside to help. Work was being done in the shop. Not too many cars but there s variety. I was given good advice for questions and things I found wrong with my vehicle (for example my key battery died so I was advised to charge it by inserting into car). Honest direct & helpful, thank you for great service:) reading these reviews, now I ll probably call this place first if there s an issue with my car.My experience was not bad at all, the best and worst cars are in every auto industry so make sure you thoroughly inspect at every auto store guys

DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Was personally interested in a car that was advertised online. They gave me the runaround when it came to the details of financing, when we made the trip to check out the car in person, they were over an hour late in opening the business, the building inside was filthy, and the bathroom there was horrendous. The car itself was in poorer condition than advertised, and even had a flat tire. We were unable to purchase the vehicle that day, and the very next day they raised the asking price by the exact amount of money that we had planned to put down as a down payment.

Recently purchased an older truck from this dealership. Both the owner and his son/partner were great to work with. Although not as cheap as I had hoped, the vehicle was in excellent condition and well worth the trip to Sacramento.

Man just want you to know I drove from marin County 2 hours to see the gx I was going to buy it but after the poor customer service and attitude also looking like a homeless man. Not to mention the disgusting smelly offices you have there I'm glad you just stud there like a dirty electrical post! Bad way to run a business. You are a very accurate representation of that dealership Nasty if you can call that. Good luck.

Appreciated very much the gentleman we dealt with. Straightforward, no pressure. He had a nice array and variety of vehicles in really good to great condition. Will definitely keep them in mind when looking for a used car. Does financing with no credit which is great for first time buyers.

I never take time to write reviews. It has been a little over two years since I bought my used BMW from Mercy. They have been amazing ever since! First, whenever you buy a used car, especially with BMW or Mercedes, you most likely will run into issues along the way. As long as you take good care of your vehicle, your vehicle will do the same! They were able to help me out (went above and beyond) to replace something at a much better cost about a year ago. Also, this last week my car broke down and the autoshop I took it to, told me it was the computer and that it would be $3500. I called Mercy and immediately they told me to bring my car down, not to worry, and they would take a look. Turns out, it was NOT the computer, just a fuel module thing. They haven't even had me pay for it yet, because they want to make sure I drive for a week or so, to know that my car is good to go. I could tell right off the bat, that what they replaced for me was what needed to be done. My car runs amazingly better now! I'm not saying that I've had a bunch of problems with the car either, but I am saying that they have always taken AMAZING care of me, when I needed anything! I wont be buying from anywhere else, and will recommend this place to everyone. This is the 3rd German car I've bought used, and by far, the best car, and experience! Mike, George, and Francisco are awesome! Thanks Mercy!!

We purchased our vehicle here last week, George made us feel welcome and got us into the vehicle we wanted! I discovered it had a small oil leak due to a failed gasket. They had me bring it in the same day I discovered it and to my surprise Mike, the owner ordered the gasket and it is being put in on Monday. I will be recommending this place to all my friends and family. If you have a bad experience with these guys it's only because you also have a bad attitude. They went above and beyond to make our experience the best I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Thanks Mike and George!

I would give 0 stars if i could just write a review. This place seemed too good to be true. My boyfriend bought a 2004 jeep liberty from here the windshield was cracked and the tires were worn and they replaced them for "free" my boyfriend has not even had the car for 30 days and we were about to take our first trip to san Francisco got not even 40 miles from home and the jeep started to sputter so he pulled off and it just died and would not start so had to call for a tow truck $300 later we are at the shop then we get a call that the engine seized and there is nothing they can do..... it's amazing to me that this is ok? So we spent $250 on a hotel room in san Francisco and $300 for a tow to take us back and now need a new engine. Hopefully they make it right because if not court is inevitable. Ripped off.Update:They sent $1000 to help with repairs. At this point it's better than nothing.

Worst behavior have seen in my entire life from a seller! today(11/11/2019) i was there to see a toyota corolla car, during initial check when found out the car is re-painted, I told the seller (named: George) looks repainted so don't like to do a test drive and go further, he started getting nervous and behaved unethically/ bad attitude. ...felt have to let readers know how was my experience here.Atef

Beware! They are scammers.The check engine light came on a few days after I bought a car from them. It was likely reset by them. Three codes came up when my mechanic did a scan. Fifth gear has a whine. Mike at Mercy Auto told me it was due to the small capacity engine. It turns out that there is a problem with the final drive of the transmission. Anyhow, I am stuck with a problem car that will cost thousands of dollars to fix. They told me they would fix it if there was a problem and now refuse to fix it.

The only good thing I can say that the salesman was willing to take the truck to a mechanic I specified for a pre-purchase inspection. Though I wish he would have just told me the truck was junk and saved me the $144 and a trip to Sacramento it took me to find out. All fluids were almost totally empty, leaks everywhere, bad transfer case and differential, bad brakes, rust everywhere that had been sprayed with undercoat to try and hide it. Essentially they took a p.o.s. and did an engine detail to fool people into thinking it had been well taken care of. Caveat Emptor

They sell lemon cars do not buy from them. I recently bought a car from them 2 days after my air intake hose has a big cut in it and after being inspected it was sealed with duct tape and 1 1/2 months later my check engine light goes on and Dealership says my Inverter is going out.

Very helpful salesman who helped me get a great deal on a used Honda fit. Can't say the experience was bad in any way. Definitely would recommend buying from here

The guy I talked to was very nice, he came out see if I needed help, but didn't linger or push me to buy in any way, he was very helpful and understanding, I didn't buy the van but he even was willing to stay after hours to let me look at the van, over all a decent experience

Mike and George took great care of my wife and I. No pressure and they worked to get the loan I needed when other dealerships wouldn't. I was able to drive away with the car I wanted a couple of hours after I got there

Pay close attention to there math, I bought a $5,900 car of them and had a trade in valued at nine hundred, but instead of a credit for my purchase they added it to the total price, I did not catch it until after I signed the paper work.

This dealer is honest with alot of Good options I drove from San Jose to this place to pick up my Lincoln Navigator which is in Immaculate condition I am very knowledgeable about vehicles and know how to look at Vehicles before I purchase it but what surprise me was that they told me that there was no A/C due to a broken A/C line that they said they would repair which they did and added freon on the Spot no more than 30 mins. Alot of dealers are not this nice they just want to sell you the car as it is so I noticed that they are not pushy to take your money neither I was satisfied with the condition of the truck that I wanted to give them my cash immediately and the sales person told me hold on let's finish all the paperwork first and then you can hand me the money that's another thing I noticed was that they give you an option in case you want to change your mind you pay $150 so they do it the right way for customers in case they change their mind but they don't like the vehicle or want the vehicle I noticed a lot of top model vehicles here so they have many options I would recommend this to any person that's looking for a used vehicle that is in great condition very grateful with Mercy Auto Center

Wrong cylinder head wrong cam shaft wrong cam shaft sensor wrong fuel rail ...car kept blowing out injector orings well the dealer told me why today with a 8000 repair bill only owe 7000 on the car...now I'm out a car and 4000 dollars never settle and take it back if the check engine comes on asap
