I'm impressed one more time from this dealership - the way they treat their customers. Joey, the guy from the parts department is more than knowledgeable and willing to help you, even with the wires parts order. I needed a rear end lift kit for my Sprinter that is not build on my vin number. He found the right parts and here you go! Now my van doesn't look overloaded anymore!Thank you Sir for your help!

The people who worked their where nice. They definitely looked and talked to me like I was a loser because I had a backpack on and couldn t afford to have my car worked on. ($700 diagnostic test) and $1200 - $2500 to replace the EIS system . The service guys are super nice and understanding. Sales thinks their better than you .

I've been taking my ML350 to Mercedes Benz of Sacramento since I bought it in 2003. As many people know, being an owner of Mercedes Benz requires intricate and expensive repairs! Thankfully Jack Manikoth s always honest about what needs to be done, prices, and the amount of time it's going to take. He even went the extra mile to purchase a part (transponder) online since it was backordered from the dealership. He communicates with me through text or calling their inspection with meticulous detail outlining issues needing correction.This place is absolutely professional. Please extend my gratitude to each and every one who worked on my vehicle.Lastly to anyone who has their doubts and thinks a review this good can't be real, don't be fooled Jack Manikoth and his team at Mercedes Benz of Sacramento Service Center are the real deal!!

Horrible ExperienceMy appointment was at 9.30 Am for GLC 300 but my paperwork has not been started till 10 am in two phase. One person came first for taking mileage of the car and putting sticker on on my window and 2nd person came after 45 minutes to complete my paperwork. This is my service A appointment. After that they told me that it will take several hours so better take loaner car. I am not sure why it take so long for the service. They have lack of trained staff or less staff. I live one hours away so I told them to call me one hour before so I can reach in time but they called very late but fortunately I arrive in time before they close. When I bought my car and dealer told me that 1st service will cost $250 but I paid $900 which is really a huge amount for new car. They need to improve staff training. Only one person need to do all paperwork. Why they are using two people which delay the whole process. They need to learn from Toyota dealership.

I'm happy with my recent purchase of an EQS from Von Housen Sacramento, especially with my sales consultant, Miguel Addis, the service advisor, Jimmie Le, and the general manager, Brian Sheldon that they definitely deserve five-star.The only problem, so far, was related to the lack of quality control of the car before delivering to the customer, which caused to return the car back to the service just 3 days after delivering, and staying there for about 10 days!If a dealer knows that a car has a problem, it should not hand it over to the customer and should check and fix everything before delivering. If they don't know about the issues, then there is also a problem in their quality assurance system that needs to be fixed.Again, my sales rep, Miguel, was awesome and delivered on all of his promises, but when you're purchasing a luxury car, all kinds of service has to be exceptional.If my future experience with their service is continuously improving and reliable, I will change my review to 5 stars.

I'm not gonna lie nor sugar code anything,,I'm not happy at all.. I got here at 9:15 am to get my car detailed and my tire fixed ,,so it's 4:45 pm I still haven't gotten my car back nor any word about it..and they call this 100% satisfaction guaranteed...not only think twice please think 3 times before you consider coming here..that's my personal experience

Made an appointment for Wednesday, never heard back from them and no one answered the phones when called. Went in on Friday for update, and my car hadn t even been diagnosed yet. They said they would and get back to me in a hour or two. By Saturday evening I still hadn t heard anything back. They finally checked my car Monday but never told me if it was done. I had to go in and wait for them to finish my car so I could pay and leave. (They just did an oil change) They treated me poorly and I don t advise anyone to go here, horrible staff. Plus no car wash either by the way. If I could, would rate 0 out of 5 stars .

Disappointing Service & False Promises & OverpricingI recently took my car to this service center twice, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. On both occasions, I was told over the phone that I would be provided with a loaner car while my car was being serviced. However, both times, I was told after I had already dropped off my car that there were no loaner cars available.What's worse, when I called the service center to inquire about the loaner car, I was promised that one had been booked for me. But upon arriving at the center, I was told by service advisor alyssa that this was not the case.In addition to these issues, I was also shocked by the overpricing at this service center. They charged me $260 per hour for service, which is far more than what I believe is reasonable or fair. I don't believe that this service is worth such a high price.Overall, I was extremely frustrated by this experience. Not only did I have to find alternative transportation while my car was being serviced, but I also had to deal with false promises and miscommunication from the service center. On top of all of this, I was charged an exorbitant amount for the service that I received.I would not recommend this service center to others. I believe that it is the responsibility of the service center to follow through on their promises, communicate effectively with their customers, and offer fair and reasonable prices. Reading these reviews, I m glad, and sad that it s not just me.I have taken my car in twice for scheduled service. Except for the sales guys, everyone that I have worked with has been rude, and unhelpful. It took my husband going in and speaking to a manager for them to take my complaints seriously. My 2021 car was shutting off on me at stop lights, and not just for fuel efficiency. I was assigned Roger as my service person. Roger s questions were: You know it does that automatically Are you putting the right gas in? It turned out that my car needed serious repairs, that no one bothered to explain to me. I read it all in the report. I was lead on about how long they would have my car, and told a loaner is not available.The service here has been bad for me from day 1. I Will not be going back here. I feel lucky to be leasing, because I can give the car back, and take my business elsewhere.As a black woman, this treatment feels like more than horrible customer service.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine diagnostic

Horrible experience with service man Roger. He told me to get my car back within a day. It s been a week and a half. Had to show up once still can t get a hold of anybody now. Don t do it. Called 3 time and hung up on. Carissa Hung up on me three times finally got a hold of Jason, someone that was helpful now waiting on Roger to call back. What a mess

How do I begin, earlier this year I brought my SL550 in for some service and they kept my car more than two weeks for something that should of only taken a couple of days and blamed it on getting parts ok what ever now here we are almost a year later and I m back for a window issue that led to a thermostat issue to but wait I made an appointment and gave them the car on Dec 5, 2022. It s now Dec 20, 2022 and all I got was a text to tell what them said needed and the amount for each repair. That was Dec 6. Next text I got was after I made numerous calls attempting to contact my service advisor on Dec 16. Only to tell he would contact me after his meeting. So I waited! Next text after 7pm , sorry I contact you Monday. Here it is Wednesday morning, I drive from home to speak with a manager and told sit down and wait so I wait and wait and wait. Hands down, it's a great place. My Mercedes needed service done, and they took care of everything. If your looking for a new car, your not sumthered by the sales staff. They let you look around and when you have a question they are there for you.

Very unreliable time estimates for performing maintenance. 2 hours for installation of one new tire. More than 7 hours for oil change and adjust two windows buttons.

The experience was professional. I enjoyed the complimentary lyft to and from home. I gave three stars bc after paying good money for my maintenance. I made contact with Lisa Brown but she never followed up with me about further repairs. Guess I'll try somewhere else next time. Maybe I'll be able to finish what I started. Lobby was clean and nice. Well my service went well. First time being preoccupied with getting to another appointment and thinking it's just water on my windshield, turned out to be a huge crack in it. Let me save you some heartache, check your car before leaving. They are fixing it after going back and forth with them for a few days.

I took my car in for routine maintenance service. Horrible experience and very disappointed. I took my car in for A service maintenance was told it would take 3-4 hours, I got Lyft ride home waited till 5pm no call from dealership. I called myself around 5:15pm asked for the status of my car and was told it is done and I could come pick up my car. I showed up and was told by cashier oh it s after 6pm and our service garages are locked and I will not be able to pickup my car. She was very rude about it like it is my fault. I showed up the minute I was told to come pickup my car. So I didn t get my car that day. I ended up being two hours late to my work had to get my own Lyft from Elk Grove to Roseville( to and from work) then I had to Uber my son to school next day because I couldn t pickup my car from Mercedes dealership. Especially from dealership such as Mercedes you would expect more . I wanted to give negative zero star only reason it got one star is the service guy who helped me Jack was nice . I thought they would offer a some sort of discount or at least cover additional cost I had to pay for Lyft back and forth to work and missing my work hours. Also the cashier and her attitude maybe the management can talk to her and have her attitude adjusted. I prolly won t be going back to this dealership again.Service: Oil change

Worst experience of my life from the jump, the Asian alrdy mechanic was rude as hell! The lady on the phone booked a week out appointment so I could use a loaner car didn t have it available upon arrival. Had no suggestions for anything extra. Jack M was zero help, didn t offer a free service for waste of time or nothing. I wouldn t suggest this place if it was the last place standing.

Very unprofessional. First time I needed my car towed there cause ABS light was on, stalling, and alot of other problems. After a week of it being there still wasnt diagnosed, still wasn't looked at, and dealing with unprofessional service writer, Mike Gallagher, and all the staff being rude. Second, when my car was towed there it was supposed to be free tow, however I had to pay the tow company cause they lied to me. After all was said and done I picked up my car and still wasn't worked on so I had to do a second drop off at this location and when they checked it out this time they came up with an unreasonable amount to fix it $2500 plus. Needless to say at the end of a bad month dealing with them being rude, unprofessional, and unreliable I took the car to a different place and traded it for something way better. Never again will I ever deal with Mercedes-Benz dealerships and Mercedes-benz vehicles.Main Point is:Never deal with unreliable, unprofessional, and unreasonable Mercedes-benz dealerships and vehicles. Michael Gallagher's a very unprofessional service writer.

This is an headed to the original 2 reviews that I gave the Mercedes Benz. You can see my reviews after this one . I read the other reviews and all the positive reviews that were given for a dealership had a reply from the owner. I have waited a couple of months to see if there was going to be any kind of reply or it would generate a telephone call from the dealership on my template. Now I know why the people at the dealership especially the way that it is . It is the owner who has this kind of an attitude of don't care that it transfers all the way down to the staff. The reason I gave them negative review was for the sake of the owner so that and he might talk to him 2 take care of my particular situation. They lost a hundred percent sale. The old adage that you can't make people care definitely applies to this dealership.......... ..I have owned different Mercedes for the past 35 years. When my wife needed a new vehicle I convinced her to lease one of the Mercedes. Experience was easy and pleasant the people are nice and helpful. The reason I'm giving them a one-star is because I cannot give them no stars. My wife was involved in an accident and the car was totaled. During this time we came in contact with the receptionist sales Finance and service people. I am dumbfounded that none of these people had brains enough to ask us as the lease was going to be over in 8 months if they could show her another car. I guess in their world Mercedes owners go from a totaled car to public transportation. One of the reasons about the price of the cars is millions and millions of dollars that are spent and they had owner whose car was totaled and she was in need off of new car and nobody had the intelligence to try to help her out and sell another car. My wife went and bought a BMW and is very happy. I did tell her that just you wait as her lease is coming to an end they will start sending out brochures about leasing another car. Sure enough as her lease will end shortly on the car that was demolished in March we have started to receiving offers about leasing another Mercedes. The finance department called us trying to get her into a new Mercedes as her lease was expiring. I told her what had happened she was most apologetic and told her not interested in apologies but nobody really has the foresight 2 handle a simple guaranteed sale. As per past experience she was too lazy to contact corporate and let them know. We are still receiving offers for a new lease.

Went in for my regular maintenance. I moved from SF to Davis. SF Mercedes on 8th is really good but glad to see Sacramento just as good on service. I also took my Benz Fairfield but did not have a good exp. Long story short MB of Sacramento is a good place for car service.
