I had a great experience at Mercedes-Benz of Sacramento, California I am a out-of-state customer That was able to purchase a 430i bmw with the Sportz package for amazing price due to the manager and after I ask one of the sale rep, to send me a video of the vehicle showing the 360� of the car was amazing. But on the corporate side who handles send the titles to the dealership after paying off the loan and the liens on these title are getting a D+ if you pay your shipping you might fall in my situation these guys knowing the law of California you would think they would put a temporary plate on your car knowing that title could take 30 to 60 days.At lease with a tag you could drive your purchases till the title comes with shipping, purchase price, insurance that s paid up for 6 months new key plus taxes my bills comes to 46K no loan or finance this vehicle is paid for all I can do is look out the window at my 46K investment and shake my head in disbelief why sale a vehicle if you can t provide the title at end of purchasing sale you would think somebody in up management would say let s send this customer some tags for is trouble that s not happening find out all the information before making the same mistakes I did.Once corporate got your money nobody cares.

The purchase of my vehicle was smooth, fair, and satisfying. They had a plethora of stock of new cars to select from at a time other dealerships did not. The building and premises itself is very nice and laid out well. The car and Mercedes brand has been phenomenal thus far.Ive dealt with about a dozen employees personally at MB Sacramento and have had zero issues or questions about the quality of person I was dealing with. They have all been very precise, helpful, and to my greatest surprise: very generous. I have had a couple of minor issues/inconveniences in which were taken care of without being nickel and dimed.My first time in the service department was great as I got two new tires cheaper than what I was quoted at large-chain tire shops. The organized manner in which things were handled was impressive.All in all I have had great experiences with this dealership.

It was organized , quick and they even delivered my car to me at my home the next day.Lance was so attentive and answered my questions quickly and thoroughly! Thank you both so very much! My experience a Mercedes Benz of Sacramento was the best buying experience of my whole life. Amara took such good care of me. Everything was totally orgaized and ready to go before I arrived. Nicole was so patient explaining everything with great clarity when I signed all the papers. I was so comfortable. Thank you to everyone there for your excellent service. I ve had approx 20 vehicles in my life and have never experienced a better service advisor as Sounds great as Eric Khachatryan Mercedes-Benz of Sacramento. He took care of me so well and communication was great and the service was second to none! Thanks Mercedes of Sacramento!

Avoid this place. Under new management starting one year ago. I dropped my car off for service. Within thirty minutes they messaged me saying we want to buy your care for $6K to $8K but the offer could be much more generous if I bought a new car. I then two hours later get a service estimate for $6K indicating I have never had the car serviced?! I have been to seven separate Mercedes dealers and every single one reviews my service history and provides a quote based upon other service. I have spoken to both Chris Roth the head of service and also Brian Sheldon the general manager. Chris seemed like a good enough guy who understands the dealership is on the decline. I pointed out to him that I arrived with my car at the time I was told I could drop off and three people including my service agent had called out sick. The next day the person that was supposed to evaluate my car called out with a Migraine. Three days in I get a call to pick up my car. I asked what is the service estimate based upon my service history. They did not calculate anything. The moment I was not going to buy a new car they lost interest. Finally today I reached out to the general manager Brian Sheldon. This guy is one slippery used care sales man type manager. He calls me and leaves his personal cell phone. I call him three times and each time he lets it go to voicemail and no message can be left. I then called Mercedes and at 1:30PM and Daniella went to get him and he refused to come to the phone because he was enjoying his food. This is not service. This is not Mercedes. This is predatory group that should be avoided at all costs. I will certainly never return and will report above experience to corporate so they can better understand the direction of the Sacramento MB branch.

Although my car took over 6 hours to complete, service wasn t bad. My advisor Jack was great. They did provide me with a rental to pick up my son from school. However I couldn t give more than 2 stars because of the treatment at the customer service counter.There was one particular girl at the service counter, who checked me out and had me sign papers when my car was finished, she was incredibly rude and needs some customer service training. She was not friendly. I asked her a question at one point and she had the nastiest attitude, like I was inconveniencing her. She looked and acted like she had a stick shoved way up her but I digress.

I was so mad at this place. I had service done here few months ago on my ML350 in this Mercedes-Benz of Sacramento location.After few days of driving, check engine came on. I checked my receipt to see what was done and noticed the amount of engine oil they put was less than the amount recommended for my ml350. I added the same oil they used on my SUV and drove around. After few hours the check engine went off.I was told about their services here in this location, but didn't listen, until I experienced myself. Their service and mechanic has been slacking. They don't really care not unless you have a brand new car. Maybe.Good luck to those who are willing to waste time and money to this place.

They took my sprinter for warranty repair, after I discovered a lot of oil leak. Brought it back and they trying to charge me $300+ for inspection. Don t take your cars to the dealer shop for repairs, they will take all your money and fix nothing. Find other good mechanicals who can easily fix your car and for reasonable price. That s what I do, and I m always happy with the price and work they do. But dealership is always worse, don t trust them.

Yes my visit there was very pleasant. Normally they re trying to push a vehicle on you, but this visit was very kind and courteous toward us. My wife and I we purchased this car and we are happy with our decision and with the people that was working with us very informative. The salesman, the manager, and the financial man they were they treat us up most respect like VIP person I felt right at home.

Great service overall. My service manager explained every detail that needs work and attention. While I didn t opt to purchase additional parts and service he assured my car would still be safe to operate in few months or so but I am now aware and plan for the expense next visit. I didn t felt pressured or anything. Picked up my car looking brand new again (thank you cleaning crew!)

I loved my car, and would buy another one in a heartbeat. My only complaint is there is NO sense of urgency for the customer. I live more than an hour away, and EVERY TIME I came in for service or maintenance I would be there from my appt. time usually at 8AM until 5 PM or later! They always knew I was waiting, but didn't care! I know at one time they only had one person certified for Smart cars, but NONE of the other Mercedes dealerships in this area were allowed to work on them at all. More than once I had to rent a car, because they couldn't finish in a day and they don't have loaner vehicles. This does not show any concern or respect for your customers as far as I'm concerned. The employees are always very nice and polite, but that doesn't help with my problems.

Excellent customer service. Their parts department was very helpful and well stocked. When we weren t able to trouble shoot the issue with our sprinter van ourselves, they quickly got us in for a service appointment and got us up and running with great communication the whole time. We normally get our van serviced at a location closer to home but we will be coming back here for sure.

Brought my Mercedes-Benz SL 450 convertible in for routine live oil and filter service. They detected a oil leak with some different issues that would have been $2500 but they got it covered under warranty. I worked with Roger in the service department he was very friendly and very helpful and it understood my situation and did not pressure me into unnecessary items or expenses that were not needed at this time I appreciated that very much. I also had two additional items that I was concerned about on the car that I have felt should be covered under the warranty as the car has less than 50,000 miles one of the items being the cigarette lighter suddenly not working but this is the second time that it is happened since I have purchased the car it was covered the first time but for some reason it s not covered the second time. And a door handle that is flaking off the chrome coloring and actually cut my hand because it s so short I am going to contact the warranty company myself as the technician could not get it covered under warranty but writer appeared to be trying everything that he could and again I appreciated that.

I brought my new MBS 3500 Sprinter/Forest River RV in for some chassis concerns. I was impressed by their dedication to service, their professionalism, their attention to detail, and their consideration to MY schedule, even though the RV was purchased elsewhere. Never buy from Mercedes Sacramento. I paid prepaid maintenance for 4 years. 2nd year they cancelled the maintenance without confirmation and without refund. It s been horrible experience since. No one even bothered to look into the issue to fix it.Just to add, I have reached out multiple times. There are multiple mails to finance manager and finance director and no one is responding

I just bought my car last weekend and had a lovely experience. I knew what car I wanted and yet Lance took his time to explain all the features, drove me around for a test drive before I test drove the car, and navigated me through the financing part wonderfully. Both him and my financial rep.-I forget his name- were super helpful. Lance even dropped the car at my front door so that I didn t have to wait while they detailed the car. Great experience overall and highly recommend.

Sat around a waited for 30 min for my car to be pulled up after they asked me to come pick it up from service when it was done. This is absolutely ridiculous they wouldn t even let me go grab the car myself that s Just sitting across the parking lot until someone has to come grab it for me. Super frustrating!!! I would recommend using a different Mercedes Benz dealership to get your car serviced at because the service experience here is absolutely terrible they only give you attention until they get you to sign for the service then your stranded

I went here for the maintenance of my car. This is my first and last time visit at this dealership.They just want to charge you unnecessarily extra. I know it Mercedes, i can understand it s gonna be expensive than other brands. But when i asked other dealers for the same kind of maintenance cost, they had very less cost.I had no option this time, since i had to go for a long trip next day and i had to get it done so i paid here whatever they wanted to charge me. But that s it. I am not going here again.They did not even wash the car when they said it comes with a wash.Guys try to stay away from this location.

My sister car was delivered to Mercedes off Howe Avenue. We waited for a service tech who was very nice.. We had the most comfortable easy and pleasant time during our wait. The amenities was great.... During our wait we ened up meeting the GM Brian. OMG Brian made us so comfortable. This man was the most pleasant person to meet. I want to thank him for treating us like Royalty. I would recommend everyone to buy a Mercedes Benz. You will not go wrong. Thank for the hospitality.

I purchase my gle six months ago and I have not been able to get a hold of anybody to receive my second pair of keys and after that I have gone in multiple times to get my vehicle service and even in person the finance department avoids me Stephanie mail box is always full and no one has returned my calls this is very upsetting and not good business . They are so unprofessional and imposters. Do not recommend at all.. doing business I feel got scammed . Avoid in-vision motors

Great experience. I put in an inquiry on their website, Elijah contacted me within an hour. He was very professional, not pushy or pressuring. showed me the vehicle I asked about, we did the paperwork, and I was done. The whole experience from start to finish was A+. Highly recommended.
