Well an update to this. I can respect a business when they admit an error. So my car is back in their loving arms.Original Post: Can't wait to pick up my baby this week! The whole team there has been amazing throughout the whole process. I get constant updates and they worked with the rental car company to ensure I had a vehicle at all times. Thanks for being the best!Pic is before...let's see what the after is!

Great experience so far. Arriving a little late l was greeted with big smiles and personalized service. I was able to get my Truck dropped off and a rental in mete minutes as opposed to the last time I had to deal with this type of thing. Will have the opportunity to review their ability it repair my Truck after it is completed. Stay tuned 5 Star so far...

Great Service! I have had 2 fender bender in last 3 years. Both of the time used this place. Great service. This time around it took almost a month to get all repairs done. I believe it was Kayla, who kept me updated on everything from beginning to the end. Welcoming environment.

Dropped my Jeep off and it was ready on time. This shop keeps you informed, text, calls and continuous updates right up to the time it was ready. The work looks awesome is guaranteed for life. I m 59 and have never been treated this good by a body shop. They value you as a customer.

This places is now Citi Honda if you call don't be alarmed it's the right place. The customer service is amazing and the advisors always only recommend what's really needed. I used to go to a different Honda dealership but after several horrible experiences , I found these guys and they make all the difference.

I felt like there was a bit of a miscommunication, the rep should have described in detail the results that we wanted before proceeding. It left a bad impression that they may have done too much work.On the positive side, the office is clean and efficient. The culture is friendly and professional. That shows me that everyone there is a great employee. They are knowledge and take pride in their work.

Won t be coming back here for any service because we were treated poorly by pretentious AMBER. Using a polite tone but with sarcasm while arguing felt very disingenuous. It was an uncomfortable situation for myself, and in appearance other staff in office.

Discriminated and implied we were terroristsWe were looking for a honda cr-v 2018 and went to this dealership on 3/10/2018, we were there at around 7:00 PM. The salesman was quite nice in the very beginning. We looked at one vehicle and decided on it. Before we started on the pricing, the salesman asked us to fill up some paperwork, which I found irrelevant. I informed the salesman is he going to run a credit check on us, we already had pre-approved loan, he informed us, it will only be a soft run. We also asked him what is the mileage on the vehicle, he informed us it is less than 12 miles and all their vehicles had less than 12 miles. Then we settled on a price and I signed the paperwork, he gave us one piece of document which was authorization for credit check, my wife was suspicious about it, but as the salesperson told us before I believed it would be a soft check. We also gave a downpayment of $2000 using my credit card and were poised to come back in the morning to get the delivery of the vehicle.When they pulled the vehicle in front of the service center, we found out that the car had 33 miles in it, we asked the salesman Keith why it was more than 12 miles he said the system did not update the milage on this vehicle, this struck odd to me as before he said all their vehicles were 12 miles or under.We went back to the hotel at night and then I received an alert in my email that my credit was run, this came as a huge surprise to me as I was told it would be a soft check.We went back to the dealership in the morning and told them why were we not informed about the credit check. They told us we signed a document, we called our bank and even they confirmed us that since we had pre- approved loan they did not have to run my credit. When i confronted them with this they told us it was to determine my identity, i asked them even with my two forms of ID how does a credit check validate my identity? they then told us that it was to prevent terrorism, this came a terrible surprise to us, we are a muslim family and my wife was wearing a hijab, it was then we realized that they were being discriminatory and prejudiced. It was Keith who helped us initially who told us they would run a soft credit check, however, we were discussing the price with probably "Robert" I can't recall his name properly, and this was the gentleman who made the comment that they need to run credit check to prevent terrorism. I immediately demanded to speak with the manager in charge, however, he said he was the person in charge for the whole site, we asked him if there was anyone above him who could talk to us, he responded he is the highest ranked officer there. I told him that I will not be buying the vehicle from them, then he came back and told me that the vehicle had a ding while they were installing the roof rack and he would reduce the price by $500. I declined his offer.I have waited this time to see if we get any call back from any other member of the management, as we were approached by Larry Reuter who was the service manager and he listened to our worries, however, no one called us to apologize.I don not just jump on the internet and give a bad review, however I have waited and gave them some time to reach out and make things right, they did not and now it is my time share my experience with others.

I don t know much about this place because I came here by accident looking for Mel Rapton Honda. (I learned that the formally known as Mel Rapton Honda dealership is now just the Honda dealership.) Although I walked in here by mistake the ladies inside here were very nice and gave me directions to the Honda dealership.

People here are very nice and friendly but not tech-savvy . My car was sitting here for three months being fixed in bits and pieces. Had to take my car with engine check lights On..Wish you good luck here..

My car only go here. 2001 2014 2017 2019 accord's. Sorry have very little trust in other shops and if something wrong honda cover it. My car in good hands here.

Clear explanation of assessed damage and cost. Follow up call when another item to repair was identified, explaining parts and time for repairs.
