There isn't enough stars in the galaxy to put out there with this review of Erik Martinez and all of his employees; Fernando, Randy, and the father and son who came to my home to pick up my vehicle via tow,(I so apologize I'm not able to remember their names) and to all the other employees who I just saw working non stop each time I came out to make a payment etc. And to Mrs. Martinez, even though I have not met you , I will be doing some ,"retail therapy " with your clothing company! The quality of work done to one of my cars is the best I have ever seen it look and your having to deal with me during a difficult time but you didn't treat me any different than as if I were a normal, reliable to show up on time and then I wouldn't be in contact for a week, and mostly being a girl who usually a lot of shops would have taken advantage but you didn't and I can't hardly wait to see our other car because the Tahoe is perfect! You have my business and anyone I know I will always refer to you! Thank you again Erik!

I was involved in a rear end collision with my Mercedes GLK at 4:30 pm on a Friday. I called Mr. Martinez and asked if he could wait until 5:30, 30 minutes after his normal closing time, to accept my damaged vehicle. AAA usually arrives in about 30 minutes; they did not tow my car, however, until 7:00 pm. Mr. Martinez continued to wait until my car was delivered around 7:30. If I delivered my car at a later date, I would have paid out of pocket for the second towing. The repair was completed quickly and the finished product was perfect. My car was was dented to to a hardhat hitting it. Martinez auto body paint shop not only fixed it to perfection but they are kind and courteous and quick turnaround time. This place is great omg!!! My car is in pristine condition after getting it returned! I had a small dent in my driver s door due to an overnight hit and run :( but once I took it here, everyone was so kind and able to get me a quote ASAPPPP. I happened to be at the right place at the right time ear hustling a conversation about restoring a car which I was I need of a car being restored..so I required within the information about the business of where I can bring my car the guy Randy was so pleasant and cute might I add gave me the information and went about his way.So by the time I was goin to take my car for a estimate BAM" someone puts a dent in my other car and so now that means I have to put my car that I had plans for on the back burner because this car that got banged up is more important..but I'm so glad I met Randy that in the Salon his business was very good at helping me and the team did a wonderful job PERFECT!! I took my car in on a Wednesday morning and it was done the next day by noon WoW I couldn't believe it..!! There was only one thing that I was upset with and that's all the white residue on the black interior and mats in the future it would be kind to clean up after the work is done other than that I will recommend your business to all my family and friends and might I add the price was affordable..Thanks Martinez Auto Care. I am so grateful that I took my Jeep to Martinez Auto Care. My Jeep had been side-swiped all the way down the passenger side & my mirror was busted. Eric Martinez took my car right in just before the Christmas holiday. It was finished beautifully in about two weeks! They even waxed and detailed the interior as a part of the service. They are very friendly, efficient and have excellent pricing, especially for the awesome service! I highly recommend.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Auto detailing

Superb auto care! Chris is knowledgeable, friendly, and readily communicates what is going on with your vehicle. He worked in a reasonable time frame and even put in some hours over the weekend to get my car done. He went above and beyond and gave me a quote at way below what I was expecting. I highly endorse him and will be taking my car to Chris for all my auto care needs! I am very grateful to have found him!

Eric was very upfront with the process on the work that was to be done on my 02 Camaro SS. This was kind of a big project for me because I was getting a whole paint job, paint on my rims, custom graphics and custom hood latching locks on the hood. So this was overwhelming, but Eric made everything smooth and easy from start to finish and keep me up dated through the process. And now my car gets the thumbs up where ever I go now.I will use Eric/ Martinez Auto Care Inc again for my other cars and I will highly recommend to all my friends and family members.Thanks so really appreciate the good work!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing

WORST Body Repair Shop in Sacramento. I got my front bumper & bonnet paint, they did a bad job, paint have dots all over & some parts you can see double layer of paint. Second, they gave me 2 days timeline, but delivered car after 1 week.Service: PaintingService: Painting

This is a large operation. 8 to 10 employees working on dozens of cars. looks like the operation caters to car lots and dealerships doing small fix-ups. I saw three classic cars in there for major overhauls. I spent several hours waiting for an individual to show up and watching the operation. the shop has a high quality paint booth isolated from the body work section. the owner is all over the place checking every job frequently during the day. I don't think much gets by him and it appears he wants things to be right. I was generally impressed with the operation and believe they are capable of very good work.

My experience here was absolutely great. Mr. Martinez helped me directly over the phone, and with servicing my car. My car engine light was on and I have needed it to pass smog.I was helped the moment I arrived. Mr. Martinez checked the codes/quoted me at no charge. The part needed arrived in under an hour, which was an extra plus! I ll be driving my car around some miles to see if that is all I needed to fix before smog.Mr. Martinez was kind, listened to my needs, and executed them in a timely manner. The staff is very friendly, and I was very comfortable. I also was not being sold other miscellaneous services that seemed unreasonable. I am very happy with the service, and am going to continue to come back.Thank you!

Took my Ford Escape to replace the rear bumper cover and fix some paint scratches along the left-hand side. We dropped the car off at 8:30 AM on Monday and they had the car ready by 3:00 PM the next day. Professional, Courteous, and stuck with the original quote.I would recommend them to anyone who needs a paint job, scratch detailing, or rear bumper replacement!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Our car broke down and we were lucky enough to be right by their shop. We were headed out of town and needed a quick repair on a late Friday afternoon. They stopped what they were doing and fixed our car so we could get back on the road. It was the best experience I've ever had at an auto body shop and recommend them to anyone.

I end up here by accident... thank God I did!!!!Amazing service, everyone very professional and friendly. My car ready right on time like they told me 2! I m very grateful I found this place. Had got into an accident about a year ago, was looking for a place to get a fix . Discovered this shop online. Read through the reviews, saw nothing but good & decided to check the place out myself . So glad that I made that decision with bringing my car to this shop . Have came back on different occasions to keep my car maintenance well. As a matter of fact it's there right now to get my thermostat replaced, they were able to point out the issue quick, explained what to look for & how to determine the problem. Im not car savvy , so with them being knowledgeable & not trying scam it makes a huge difference on settling for a mechanic. Eric & his staff have been nothing but great. Excellent customer service, great prices , quick & excellent work. Whenever people mention anything about car problems or wanting to whip their car out , I recommend them to check out Martinez Auto Shop. Sending a big thank you to this shop & they're good work , keep it up you guys .

Vehicle was taken in for a consultation on 10/10/2020. I discussed with Martinez, the owner of Martinez Auto Care Inc about my restoration expectations for my classic 1980 Mercedes 450SL. I was quoted for $3,800 at the time of consultation for minor dents/scratches repair, a paint job, dash board repair, side molding restore, interior headliner color change, wood veneer trim color change, passenger window repair, and chrome seat hinge caps on both the driver and passenger seats, antenna repair. I picked up the vehicle Thursday November 5th at 5:30pm. I was unable to see the quality of the paint at the time of pickup due to the car being dirty and the sun being down at this time. However I did express concern for the dash board not being completed, there was an unknown black substance over the cracks of the dash that had faded a grayish color and Martinez stated I could bring it back to fix the repair they started on my dash despite him telling me the repair was completed prior to us arranging a time for pickup. I paid him the $3800 and drove my vehicle home in Stockton. Upon further inspection in my garage, I noticed not all of the panels of my car had been repainted, the interior trim had not been changed at all, dust particles in the paint, inside of doors unpainted, swirl marks on hardtop, chipping paint around windshield, and Mercedes emblem put back on crooked. I texted him my concerns and asked him what we can do to rectify the situation and he told me to bring it back in to be looked at, however my vehicle had already been in his shop for a month so arranging another service from him 1 hour away from my home was already an inconvenience. I called him to express the inconvenience this has posed to me and he stated I was just making excuses even though I d already paid him for the services we discussed at the time I picked up my vehicle. I told him I didn t need to make excuses for something I already paid for and that I just want the services I paid for to be finished and that if he didn t agree to sand off the chipping and incomplete paint job, refund me and that I d take my vehicle somewhere else to be serviced. He yelled over me stating that if I brought the car back in he d personally repaint the vehicle to my standards and loan me a shop vehicle to get to work until the service was completed. I agreed, the vehicle was with his shop for one additional week to rectify the concerns we d discussed. When I picked up my vehicle got the second time, he made claims to be out of town and that one of his associates would be there for pickup. When I arrived to pickup my car today, the hood of the car was open, I begin inspecting the problem areas and to my surprise the vehicle still was not complete. Two panels were repainted however the dashboard repair was never completed, the inside of the doors remain unpainted, the scratch on the hardtop seems to have been lightly buffed but I d still very much visible. I am afraid the prep work for the paint was not sufficient enough to not have the paint start chipping again. Upon leaving the shop, my car now is not driving over 55mph without jumping and shaking. 18 miles away from his shop my car begins smoking and I immediately pull over. There is a clamp missing from my coolant overflow hose and I had the vehicle towed to a stockton mechanic shop to be diagnosed. When I called Martinez he did not answer the phone. I sent him videos / photos of the vehicle and he said he has pictures of everything they serviced and that he did nothing to my vehicle despite me driving the vehicle to and from his shop and to and from work (Stockton to Sunnyvale) without any issues prior to him servicing my vehicle. There was nothing to be serviced under my hood so I m not sure why his guys were under my hood upon pickup and I am also not happy with the incomplete service I paid $3800 for with the amount of time I was without a car I expect the service to be completed and the quality to be there.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I brought my Audi to Martinez Auto Care to repair significant collision damage to the body. They were pretty honest and upfront with the repair work. They do a great job for a very reasonable price. I would recommend this auto body shop to anyone.

As someone who's worked with nearly every bodyshop in Sacramento (I worked for Enterprise and bodyshops were our main accounts), I can say without a doubt that this is one of the BEST. They provide EXCELLENT service every time I'm there. Eric (the owner) is always accessible and easy to talk with. Also, their prices are SUPER LOW. I seriously recommend this bodyshop to all my friends and family members. There's really no point in looking anywhere else. The only downside is if you stop by the day of the wait times are long (expect several hours), but this is expected for any busy bodyshop.P.S. I never write reviews for any businesses, but I just had to leave them a review since they've helped me out so much.

I have a 2007 GMC Dinali that lives outside. With the sun beating on it in the summer and the rain in the winter the paint job really starting to fade.... I took it to Martinez Auto Care and they brought it back. Repainted the hood and the top made the paint look good again . I work for the fire department and people say that l m a hero.... well I ll tell you the staff at Martinez are the true heroes.. A very professional business-DocRobI would like to give you guys an UPDATED.. I recently took my 2017 Chevy bolt to the shop to have some work done. When it was complete it was good but I wasn t completely satisfied with it. Randy and the guys keep and worked on it until I was satisfied. These guys are great
