We called first and visited this business and spoke to them about minor work we need done on a 1967 Mustang we are restoring. The work we needed done was a brake fluid fill and bleed, rear drum brakes serviced/changed as needed, a throttle linkage, a distributor install, and just a general inspection of the car to make sure that it is good to drive safely.Based on them stating no problem, we can take care of that for you, we set appointments at a glass shop for all new glass and an appointment for paint thereafter. The only catch was that we had to wait a month before taking the car to them. We said no problem and waited.After waiting for a month, we had the car dropped off at their shop. A whole month went by without them looking at the car. It took 6 phone calls, an in-person visit, and 2 additional phone calls to get them to admit they had done nothing to the car. Per their protocol, they were supposedly going to inspect it and provide an estimate for the work needed.They did not even take a single half-hour over that entire time to provide us a simple estimate. The owner wouldn t even take 5 minutes to talk to us about this poor service.Now, we lost our paint and glass appointments and lost two months of time that could have been spent getting work done on the car.We are nice, paying customers with cash in hand and work to be done. Why jerk us around?I guess some businesses are just inundated with so much work that they can pick and choose who to screw over and for how much. Save yourself a headache and time AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have used them for many years. I have ALWAYS found them to be fair and honest. I own a business that depends on my Technicians getting to our customers, traveling back and forth across town, day in, and day out. The good folks at Markenbill keep them trucks moving.Thank's, and keep up the great work.

This is the Best auto shop in Sacramento! The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. The mechanics are Tip top . If you need work on your car I would and will recommend to everyone that has automotive repair needs . My vehicles check engine light came on and we had took our car here to get it diagnosed and repaired, and was told it would cost us $1,400 to have them do the repair. We took our SUV down the road to another mechanic where it was diagnosed to have a bad oil pressure sending unit to where i was only charged $125. I would not recommend this shop nor will i ever take my vehicle there again.

Took my car in for a repair and I know for a fact that someone stole several items out of my various compartments. A cigarette lighter converter, a radio transmitter for my ipod, and an iphone charger. They claimed it wasn't in my car but they we're! All in all, they stole $100 worth of stuff, not cool!!! I knew my gut was right when I arrived and noticed how everyone seemed to be hyped up on drugs. PLUS my car is still stalling even after i paid them too much money to 'repair' it!!! WARNING: GO ELSEWHERE!!
