After trying to get a catalytic converter for my vehicle and getting bad service at another shop then getting changing prices due to lack of expertise in this type of thing, I came here and got my catalytic converter replaced and they knew exactly what needed to be fixed. The other shop just couldn t figure things out.I do recommend this place based on my experience.The Napa Certified shops along Fulton are very knowledgeable and capable. I m hoping everyone has the same experiences as I did.

The professionalism at this shop is top notch.Walked in and 2 hours later my old rusted out exhaust system was replaced with a new up graded one. Cost and service were outstanding. If need be I will be back. Thank you Marco Muffler.

"Old School", that's how generation Xers would describe this place. In this case, old school means value for your money. Look, having a catalytic converter or new exhaust installed isn't glamorous. But if you have to have work like this done, go to Marco muffler. You will get an absolutely fair and competitive price, the work will be done quickly and you'll be back on the road! Look no further, this place is it!

Matt at Marco Muffler on Fulton Road was great! He listened to my concerns about a rattle sound driver's side rear under car. He said, "Come on in, we can take care of you." They lifted my 2010 Subaru Outback up on the rack, and Matt showed me what needed to be replaced. Sure enough, he was able to weld and repair tail pipe areas that were corroded, and the mounts. Muffler replaced too. Very reasonably priced. Thoroughly pleased. Did the job while I read my book in waiting area. About 1 1/2 hours later, my happy, quiet blue Outback was back on the road. Matt said the underside stuff was original. Imagine that! 13 years of good service. Matt at Fulton Road Marco Muffler is the BEST! I'm keeping his card on my garage wall, for future reference if my 2018 Outback needs repair, or to refer a friend.

Amazing place and people, treated me very well, and made sure I got what i needed for my car, and at amazing prices, and extremely quick! Had my car in and out within a few hours on a busy and hot day. Highly moral, extremely kind, and will treat you like a person and not just another customer. Definitely will come back in the future, and 100% will recommend to others.

The worst experience I ever had. They drained my battery and were extremely rude about pointing fingers at me because they left my interior light on. Don t bother with them

Marco Muffler is a great place to go for your exhaust repair needs!!!I had a catalytic converter that was almost cut all the way off. I called the next morning and Matt said, bring it right down and they'll take care of it.He gave me options to just repair or to add extra protection. I took the added protection, I asked if I could just bring my truck down for the same protection welded on and he said, bring it over. They took care of both vehicles on the spot with no appointments. Matt was great, even gave a discount on the second vehicle.I highly recommend checking them out!!

The were excellent, and we are grateful for their above and beyond customer service. We had our vehicle at the dealer untouched for 8 days and no good plan for completion. We had it towed to Marco Muffler and it was ready for us the same day. (A few hours), Phil stayed late to accommodate our work hours, and gave me a courtesy call when he noticed I was coming from a distance. Really appreciate how easy they made it. I spoke with Phil and he was honest and upfront with me. I was asking for a quote for a catalyst he informed me unless I have a mechanics work order confirmation that a catalyst is required he will be happy to provide the quote. This is what made me offer a 5 Star and recommend this shop to all my friends and followers. Honesty, customer first and quality. Keep up the great work Marcos Mufflers !!

The staff was very nice and helpful to what to know where your going in how what your wanting bad ass ricer R1. Rrace muffler out of the box 130 .00 and 60 .oo for labor and it has 3 sounds to like low and med. And halla loud!! So good times

Took my Mercedes here for some exhaust work. The staff here was super friendly, put my car up on the rack and inspected it for free first so we could look at it together to make sure we were on the same page about what I wanted to have done. They were very professional, knew the cost of what the job would be up front and did quality but also quick work at a fair price. Would definitely recommend this shopService: Exhaust

I needed an anti-theft device for my catalytic converter that was stolen off my car. There is no manufactured device made for my vehicle. I spoke with Phil and he knew just what to recommend. The guy said it would take a couple hours to put a muffler on my truck. Turns out his couple hours meant like 5-6 hours. He also told me my Chevy might sound like a Honda After it s done?? I went down the street, they did it in 30 minutes and it sounds great.

Professionalism. Courtesy AND MORE!Dropped in to get educated on performance mufflers and parts as I just got a new dodge charger. First off, I was greeted with a friendly smile. Now that's A1 customer service lol. Mark really took the time to explain in detail every bit of information I needed to make a decision when buying a new exhaust system. This man has the patience of Job. Reasonable pricing, hell he even educated me on product that I didn't need to buy.... THAT I WAS LOOKING TO BUY. I would recommend this fine establishment to anyone. They even fixed a exhaust leak while my car was lifted. Buying with confidence.

I have always gone to a different shop and now I know why I have never and will never use this guys.I stopped by for a price quote on a bent tail pipe should be a quick and easy job.It was 20min before they closed and their bays where empty. The guy told me they cant look at it because they have kids and need to close on time.Failing to show me compassion for my needs nor showing me they want my walk in business or for me to return in the future.I do not recommend stopping by here for anything.

Terrible! Quoted me over $3,000 for a simple exhaust leak, saying that I had to replace my entire catalytic converter system and exhaust manifold. Took it to another nearby shop and all it needed was the cracked exhaust pipe to be welded back together and they charged under $200.

They seem very professional. My cats were stolen off my Toyota two years ago and they did the installation. I ended up having a leak in exhaust, but before this was known, they appeared totally willing to install news cats if necessary. First called them at 9 am and car fixed by 10 am. Good experience.

I came into Marco because I heard a rattling from my exhaust, and my car was showing the P0420 (catalyst system efficiency below threshold) code. When I told them I thought there might be an issue with my catalyst they started interrogating me. After leaving and coming back an hour later with a diagnosis from my mechanic, they finally scheduled an appointment 4 days out to have a catalytic converter warrantied. At this point my catalytic converter had only 20k miles. I scheduled my appointment at 11am and they said it would be done by 2pm. 3 hours to do a 30 minute job? I know the job only takes 30 minutes because I waited around and watched them do it the previous time. It's possible they were busy so I left and came back around 2:20 to find they had not even started. I would have been more understanding if they would have communicated, but I ended up waiting until around 3pm. The only communication between us was when I had to call them and wait on hold for 10 minutes then call back. After not hearing from them for two and a half hours I called them at around 1:50 p.m. and they said that it was taking a long time because they had just gotten the part in 5 minutes ago. I find this claim questionable because they never mentioned they were waiting for the part to get in and they never reached out to tell me that it might take longer then 3 hours. I think a lot of these issues could have been solved by better communication. Unfortunately, since I bought the catalytic converter from them originally I had no choice but to return to them. I would advise people not to come here until they work out these communication issues.TLDR: Made an appointment showed up on time. Quoted me 3 hours for a 30 minute job it took 4 hours. Little to no communication, very unprofessional.

Great shop. They did a complete exhaust system replacement on my 1967 Datsun Roadster. Not a typical piece of work. The job was done perfectly - on time and within budget. I would recommend Phil and Matt at Marco Muffler Fulton Ave for any exhaust work.

The staff here are awesome! They did a muffler delete and installed a aftermarket resonator for my MK6 GTI and I love the way it turned out. They even gave me a ride back to work while they did the install. Thank You, guys!

I paid for a miffler delete the gentleman at the front desk told me that he knew what he was doing until i realize he put smaller pipes then the OEM size, he said he knew what he was doing obviously he doesn't. I asked him to put 3" inch pipe's on my car he said that they would not fit. But another shop had no problems doing this job for me. They did exactly what I wanted. They said the 3" inch pipes had no problem fitting...Had to go pay another shop to do it right!!!

I own a Diesel shop here is Sacramento and Marco Muffler is the first place I go to for repairs on my customers trucks. They do clean work an they don't cut corners. Ill be bringing more business an spreading the word to my Diesel community!

They are wonderful! They fixed my Chrysler 2005 in a quicky. With great priced pipes, they gave me a discount i saved $100 and their service is outstanding!! Go herer asap. Best place for anyone.
