Everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly! I'm not sure if I got a deal or if their prices are just that good, but I'll be coming back again very soon for more work! I just got a simple weld job done with my catted downpipe; next is an entire exhaust system!

5/19/22 I had this location put in a catalytic converter with anti theft bars in my car after it got stolen. I had to finance and Marco Muffler tried to pocket an extra fee that was included in my finance pay, which I disputed with the financer (snap finance) and they assisted in me getting the money back from Marco Muffler.A year and a half later, my apparently new converter and O2 sensors are completely clogged and failing, respectively. I'm having to buy a NEW catalytic converter because the one Marco Muffler installed was an OLD one. Also, the O2 sensors they installed were faulty.What kind of a scam are you running here? I'm absolutely appalled at the conduct of this location.Take your business elsewhere. This business/location can not be trusted.Update: Marco Muffler also put a hole in my exhaust when they installed the "new" cat and anti-theft bars. Unless you want to pay 2k+ 1.5yrs later for the same work, DO NOT GO HERE.

After an attempt by thieves to steal my catalytic converter I needed someone to weld the pipes back together and received several recommendations for Marco Muffler. The damage was more extensive than I anticipated, but they were able repair it and install a new oxygen sensor and an anti theft protection bar to prevent it from happening again. They were quick to answer phones and provide an estimate and my car was fixed and ready for pickup in less than 6 hours. I would recommend this shop for anyone in a similar situation!

I took my 2016 charger rt there on a Friday, MY wife did not like the sound of straight pipe anymore, Max was very professional and knowledgeable was honest and did a hell of a job transforming my charger back to stock sound . Thanks Max and staff for being so fast and I highly recommend this place to all customers, this shop will get you right!

They were nice people. Called them for pricing and they had me in their shop w/in 20 min. Needed a catalytic and pipe muffler extension. Treated us fair and had us in & out in about an 1.5 hrs. Definitely would go back to this place!!

The guys here are very very cool. They worked with me on getting a new replacement catilatic comverter that was stolen off my rv. Real gentelmaall up front no hidden cost and got me one that i could afford. I suggest anyone who has any exchuast problems to go to marco muffler on Auburn and Madson, they are great people!

I would like to thank Marco Muffler located at 5181 Auburn Blvd for taking good care of our muffler replacement for our metal family member. The 1963 � Galaxie convertible was purchased by our father from a local Ford dealership on 7/27/63. This very local car has been driven by each family member and has become a memorial for 1st Lt Robert S. Byrnes KIA 1968 Vietnam, who also drove the car many times before deployment to Vietnam. The car has never left the family and when we need work completed such as mufflers we want the best. Marco Muffler 5181 Auburn Blvd. replaced the mufflers with identical mufflers and cared for the car in a respectful manor with outstanding workmanship, not to mention, for a great price.Thank You Marco Muffler 5181 Auburn Blvd, Travis and all who work there, for caring for the memorial to my brother, and metal family member!

These guys are the best. I had to get my Converter's redone & they had me in & out in an hour & a half.Plus I could actually see what they were doing from the waiting area.Very pleasant place also their prices aren't bad.

I had exhausted leaks in two place. They said, they fix the problem to find out it still smell like gas in my car which cost me $156. That was last week. So yesterday, October 6, 2022, I took my Subaru Forrester back. And was free. Marco attempted to do the work they failed to completed. Marco said I needed a filter between my exhausted pipe and my Catalytic which will cost me $80. More money, So I agreed because they said, it will alleviate the gas or stopped the flow of gas leakage but they failed. Also, Marco said, my catalytic near the exhaust has to replaced for over $1000. Of dollars and I m still smelling gas and part of my money wasn t refunded back to me. I asked and they said no. I m very unsatisfied with the outcome. And that s why I rated them low.

So far I'm pretty impressed with them. I went into see about having my catalytic converter secured so no one could steal it as it's been a very popular thing to steal these days. They put it up on the rack took a look at it and brought me over and showed me that where it's located on my Dodge vehicle it would take hours to be able to remove it even if they did it and the risk of theft was minimal and they did not recommend putting any additional secure device on it. That level of honesty is rare and they didn't charge me for any of that.

They were fantastic. Helpful , courteous, knowledgeable; and the best part of all they made my car sound like... Well what can I say it ? Today was a good day. And honest. did I mention honest? That underlying theme, it's so rare that it was most welcome.

Found the shop online and was very pleased. They did an excellent job on my exhaust. They went a step above the rest and recommended something that would increase the longevity of my vehicle and its components. Overall the shop is super clean, with very friendly and knowledgable staff. The quality of the welds and work shows they take pride in all the work they do, no matter how simple the job. Like mine, a simple hanger installation and turn downs. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for any exhaust work.

Travis and his crew are bee's knees! Last night we had our catalytic converter stolen. The tow company picked up the car at noon. By 4pm, we were back on the road. Our insurance company denied our claim, so the shop knocked a bit of money off of our bill. Great work, great service. They really do treat you like they would want to be treated. Thanks guys!

This place is great. Spoke Travis who knows his stuff pretty good. I explained to him what kind of sound I was looking for. He suggested a few and we went for it, and it sounded exactly what I was looking for. Very impressed. If I ever get another car and j need a muffler change I'll 100% go back.
