The best thing about this dealership is the waiting room, coffee shop and pirate play area for children. The people who work in the service center tend to also be nice, but I've had some issues having my vehicle serviced here which has made it kind of a headache for me. I'm hoping that the most recent issue with my vehicle, that was caused by faulty products installed in my vehicle by the dealership, will be resolved and I won't have to deal with it again. It's been ongoing for over a year. At least they're taking care of it. Free of charge. Just a headache nonetheless.

Nice clean place. Complimentary coffee helps, too, while waiting for your car. You always get the best service in Maita Toyota.

The service is good and I trust Val in the service department. I drive from Nevada because of poor service received in that state and I will continue to do so. I have been a loyal Toyota customer for many years and I have been treated well by Maita parts and service. Thank you Nikki Berry

I had my front brakes replaced. I waited for my vehicle. The waiting area is centrally located in the dealership. The chairs were comfortable, and there was complimentary coffee and water available. The woman's restroom was very clean. There is a pirate ship for small children to play on to keep them entertained. There is tables for people to work with their computers with accessible outlets to plug in computers, tablets or phones. The parts department is also easily accessible from the waiting area. Also places to sit outside in the sunshine if that is what you desire.

The service center is really disappointing. I was told I'd have to wait two hours to get my oil changed and my fluids topped off... a pretty simple task that takes most shops 45 minutes max. I ended up waiting 4.5 hours! Every single time I come here to get my car serviced they're always running majorly behind schedule. I am truly baffled as to the purpose of making an appointment if waiting 1/2 the day to get an oil change is the norm here.

I have serviced my vehicle here for the past 7 years. Great service and reasonable wait time. My recent visit was awesome, it took only an hour and a half even without an appointment. They need to add more coverage for their complementary shuttle/ride for service, right now it only covers repairs. Folsom offers for regular service.

Service center is slow. 1.5-3 hour wait for oil change with an appointment. They told me a walk-in oil change will take a day. Jiffy Lube walk-in is done in 20 minutes. I wonder if a different Toyota dealership would be better?

What is the point of an appointment system if it routinely takes 1-2 hours for service to start? You wouldn t go to a restaurant with a reservation and have them say Thank you, we ll seat you in two hours

Waiting for your car to get fixed is not boring at all and customer service is through the roof! You have access to a clean, wide-area space with comfortable seats and big-size TV, various magazines, clean restroom, and free coffee! You could bring your laptop & work while waiting (they have tables) and/or order hot/cold breakfast or snacks, drinks from their mini 'Starbucks' (in my opinion only). You and your car are pampered here!!!!!

The service was lacking as I was not notified my car was completed and even after contacting them to finish up some recommended services, still not call to notify me the car was done. I spoke with two of their receptionists and both were very condescending and rude. Luckily the receptionist that I spoke with the next day to get the recommended services done was nice, but again no call back when my car was done??? Not sure If this would be the place I would go again. Also, I thought it was weird to spend $660 on service and they didn t even both rinsing off my car. I guess service to cars has changed since the last time taking it in.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

I went here to figure out what was wrong with my car since my check engine light was on. They charged me $195 for the diagnostic and told me it was the battery. They changed the battery and a few days later the same codes popped up on my diagnostic machine again. I took it back in and they ran evap tests and saw that there was something wrong but they couldn t confirm exactly what the issue was. They attempted to charge me $195 again and I told them that was not fair as they did not fix the problem the last time I came in. The guys says to me well our employees get paid hourly, they can t work on your car for free. I couldn t believe he said that like I did not pay them the first time to find the issue with my car. After explaining why I should not pay multiple times, he did not charge me but they never fixed the issue so basically I paid $195 for no reason. I attempted to call and speak to a service manager about my concerns twice. They asked me to leave my number and told me the service manager would return my call that day. The service manager never returned my call. At this point, I want my refund. I will not be doing business with this Toyota again.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Update: Went in for my third appointment and things were quite different this time. My advisor (Karina) was very knowledgeable and communicated everything very well. I guess the experience I had for my second appointment was just a fluke.Had an appointment at 10:30. Showed up at 10:15. They told me about 1 1/2 hours. They didn't even touch my car till 1. I was out by 1:40. This was just for an oil change and tire rotation. Not great customer service. This was my 2nd service for my one year old car. The first service was much better and I gave them 5 stars then. People are very friendly though but maybe it makes a difference on which advisor you get. I will give them one more chance but maybe I'll have to try a different dealer next time.

I have been going there since 2005. The Service Department was outstanding and we even bought a brand new Avalon hybrid from them in 2018 from Maita. Loved it all!However, my recent experience for a simple oil change was the opposite of good. No service staff came to check me in, and I had to get their attention. Also, they denied the Toyota coupon that was mailed to me from a local competitor (Roseville Toyota). They have always accepted local competitor Toyota coupons before, but it seems not anymore.Also, their service staff quoted me $80 for a simple conventional oil and filter change fora 4 cylinder 2004 Camry. I just cannot pull that one off. So, I went to a AAA Car Care Center in town to get it done. They were fast and followed through everything and completed within 40 minutes.I hate to separate from Maita Toyota (they were like family), but I will give them 1 more attempt to get it right.

It was pleasant enough, though someone needs to remove the sad little yellow fish from the tank before they succeed in eating him alive, which is what was happening when we were hanging out.

The initial interaction I had with the Advisor Jason was not a good one. He was not displaying great or even good customer service and this is at 7a when they opened. I picked up my car 4.5 hours later and he had the same disposition. Not a good first impression and I would rather take my business to another Toyota service center.

Brought my Rav 4 in for 80,000 mile Oil change, tire rotation, and 51 point inspection.I waited on the customer lounge and had Coffee (complimentary) and Danish (paid for this)They also gave sandwiches and chips and breakfast items, with a hostess serving behind the counter.

Great friendly service full smoothie bar and lounge even a play structure with soft floor all the way around I almost felt like I was in an airport without the buzz and racket it has everything to be comfortable while you wait... if not I was amazed how quickly I got a COMPLIMENTARY Uber home within 5min I was omw... great service great environment/energy friendly staff it DEFINATELY relieves the stress of having to come in for repairs

Drop my daughter's car off for maintenance. Everybody was nice and helpful. We've been going here for over 20 years and they've always been nice and helpful

Poor service. Got there 10:50 just for a 6 month check 12:45 was told it would be at least another 40 min nothing was done. Left no work done. They said they were very busy....sorry. had they offered to take me home after1/2 hr I could understand because they knew they were busy. If I had a choice I would not go to Maita at all.

Great Service. Provided a rental car even though they didn't have too. They have Uber now and you don't need to wait for a shuttle. They finished my service faster than expected. I couldn't have ask for a better experience on a 4-6 hour recall.

I am regular customer of this company, but they very rude person in manager position, even he doesn t know how to talk to customer, body language is very rude. I had appointment at 11:00am the technician told me 2. 5 hrs waiting, I went to the manager for clarification he was very rude. His name is joe Valadoc. I advise the high authority to teach him how to talk with customers

I came in without an appointment because my car was making a strange noise and I had just had it serviced at a different dealership. They encouraged me to go to where I had it services last UNTIL they heard the noise. The technician pulled my car in to have it looked at, free of charge, and found that the place where it was serviced last did not tighten the lug nuts, and the sound was my loose wheel. They fixed the issue and didn't charge me a dime. Had he not pulled me in, my wheel likely would have come off my car while I was on my way to the other shop. Such a small action made a huge impact for me, thank you Maida Toyota! I never thought I would have a commitment to any service center, but I certainly do now.

This is a full service center connected to the Maita dealership. And who your service writer is matters! If you want excellent, friendly, knowledge, and prompt service ask for Jason Saephanh. If Jason and his team are not on that day ask for when they are, and you will not be disappointed! Make sure to tell Jason that Hoff sent you!
