This is by far the best shop in town!!! They fixed my car and was able to get back to me in such a short amount of time, considering it was leading up to the holidays. My new car looks like it was never in an accident after this shop got done with it. First class service, definitely recommend to family and friends!!!

My husband came there to fix my car. Everything seemed fine when he picked up the car and he got home. Today I see some dirty black marks on the car s headliner. This is my car I use and I take very good care of it. I never use my dirty hands to open my car or even the fridge. It looks like his/her oil finger carelessly tossed onto my car s headliner above the driver s seat. The marks are dominant if you take a look the headliner. I rarely write reviews, but this is how bad my feeling is about your customer service. We won t use your service anymore.

I had to return to this place 3 times to get my trunk re-repaired. Even then the trunk was ugly because it doesn't fit 100%. the The final nail in the coffin is when they got my interior headliner all dirty on my last trip. They claimed to be Toyota certified but i am not so sure. I don't recommend this place.

Service was exponential, I was shocked by how well all the repairs came out. The employees were very perfessional and understanding. I would without a doubt recommend.

No appointment from website, no estimate without an appointment, appointment only by phone or in person

They front desk service guys are very rude and their behavior are very brutal with customers I fix my car in that body shop inside of that they too much money but they didn t fix my car the way we try to be I recommend please do not go there otherwise it s up to you

Perpetual waste of time. First they said no appointment needed just come in for an estimate, then it was we will need to do a tear down to see underneath the bumper and that will cost extra. Okay made sure it was okay with guy that hit me if he wanted to pay for that. Came back again and got attitude from the guy I spoke with the first time. Then told I will need an appointment. This was never told to me the first time when I made it clear I want a tear down regardless. So two lunch breaks wasted and I need to come back a third time. I only came because I don't have a trusted body shop in this area and this place was connected to the dealer. This could have all been okay if the guy that "helped" me didn't have such a poor condescending attitude. I felt talked down to and belittled for being concerned that my car may have more than just cosmetic damage

Got the job done quick and they were super responsive. As an added bonus the car was cleaned when I picked it up. Tip- if you need to rent a car, rent it from Maita Toyota. They are a lot cheaper than Hertz/Enterprise.

I've had to use them twice in my life time so far on both experiences they were on time with my estimates, and keeping me apprised with updates I won't take my toyota's anywhere else.
