So I ve purchased my 2020 dodge Durango today, this is my 3rd car I ve bought from Lima top cars. Let me just say this they never let me down. I went there last week and my fuel pump light came on my car. I went there late, Luciano was able to get his guys fixed my car in no time. Thank you for your service Luciano. You guys are the best. Their customer service is on point and very satisfying. Keep up the good work. If you are looking for a car, please go there and Lima Top Cars will take care of you.The best car dealer that I have ever met. The owner Luciano, is wonderful person., with his sales guy Rafael. Best price in town with excellent quality of cars with very low miles. Outstanding service all around. Including following up visit with your car to ensure nothing is wrong. I should have written this review months ago to give you guys an early warning about this place. Would not recommend doing business there. I bought the car last year, and it only had 34000 miles fairly new but had a salvage title. To start, I had to get my own smoge to register the car. Then, I tried to get buy new tires, and I was coming to find out i don't have matching rims sizes. Had to purchase an extra rim, which was a really hassle. Then, the fuel injectors get and have to bring to dealerships to get serviced . Which due to salvage title dealership will not warranty anything. Lima Top Cars said it would still be under warranty due to mileage so low. 3 months after that, the whole drivers side paint job is cracking all over the place with chunks of body filler. All said and done RIMS $500,FUEL INJECTORS AND FUEL RAIL $4000, PAINT JOB AND BODY WORK $3000. Just buy at a REAL dealership. These guys don't know what they are doing. Money that you think you save your really not and be very unhappy with your purchase

Got a 2014 370z from here and I m very happy with it. Car was in great condition and even came with some after market parts. Had some minor problems that were easily fixed and I can finally say I own one of my dream cars!

Hey everyone! Definitely not recommending to anyone . Purchased 2018 charger R/T ( close to $30k with taxes and everything)It had it almost all lights on the dashboard like Christmas tree we did paper works before the issues get fixed they said will take care about it and come back in couple days it will be ready to pick up .. at due day I have to beg them bc they said they will delivery to my house , Lima keep saying on the phone that he has 4 hours meeting what never was ending so has no time to deliver to my house and hang up phone on me and at last minut who know s how all the coworkers wasn t available to bring my car ( the dealership it s 2 hours away from my house ) anyways I went to pick it up ( Uber another $150 ) then after just starting noticing all of the small , big issues come up another and another interior pieces are falling apart , paint peeling of huge chunks , bumpers not installed correctly, front right side fender liner missing , and just yesterday like randomly 3 lights showed up on dash and message the service required . It s lot more to tell but I think that s enough that you have clue if you wanna buy something there then don t do it !Really disappointed !! Oo and they said they did above beyond on charger to make it as good and nice as is possible try to tell me that I should be great full that they give me almost full tank gas and 2 front tires .. Oo and my fog lights was dirty so instead of clean it or polished they give me brand new Right Think least twices if you feel buying car from them .

It s been 6 weeks since I paid 29K cash for a car off their lot and I haven t received the title for the car. when I tried to trade the car in 38 days after I bought it, they said my car was only worth 19K. Fast forward to a week later, I decided to take the loss and they refused to take the car back as a trade in. Do not to business here. They will rip you off.

I am here to talk about my experience with this dealership and the purchase I made! I purchased a 2016 PORSCHE GT4 the vehicle is absolutely beautiful and drives like a dream. Taking a close look I noticed it was built/repaired very very well with minimal damage. We agreed on a price that was fair the owner and staff was very helpful and friendly! I ran into a small issue and addressed it with the owner he did not hesitate to solve the issue free of charge! Very happy with my purchase Luciano was pleasure to work with!

This is not my first time here at Lima Top Cars and still have no disappointments. Rafael who was amazing with his customer service was the sales rep that helped me thru the whole process. Luciano who is the owner was super helpful with making sure that the process was pleasant and I was fully satisfied before I left with my new Truck. I really appreciate the great customer service from Rafael and also from the owner Luciano who was very attentive and delivered on everything we talked about. I highly recommend Lima Top Cars as an option to buy your next car.

Luciano and his wife did me MORE than solid! They stayed extra late for me given my schedule. Not only that, once I got the car back home, I noticed some things I was not pleased with...I brought it to their attention. WITHOUT HESITATION...They had me bring it back in to see what they can do about it. They resolved EVERYTHING and SO MUCH MORE. I see people complaining about them selling salvage title vehicles. If you don't recognize that...based on price alone?! YOU are the ignorant one...NOT them...Not to mention, they made that fact PERFECTLY clear to me from the start. It's also listed on EVERY...SINGLE...AD...that they put out there. Regardless, Lima is now my GO-TO SHOP and I'm in the process of getting my woman's car from them now!

I have to say I am very impressed with the professionalism/honesty/charisma/ and overall white glove experienced given to me through the purchase procedure at LIMAS. They ve been a blast to do business with. I am now an owner of 2020 ScatPack. The vehicles are all reliable as well as serviced. LIMAS offers GREAT CARS AT A GREAT PRICE with a friendly easy experience REGARDLESS of credit history. THEYRE THE TOO MOPAR GUYS IN 916!!!!!!

I purchased this car about 6 months ago from them and I have no complaints. I put about 5000 miles on this car and it runs great even took it to Sacramento Raceway. I got a great deal and service was great.

Lima Top Cars is an amazing car lot. I had been looking/driving everywhere, in town & outta town. Finally I call Lima speaking to the owner telling him what I was looking for and me asking how could he help me? He check my credit with my permission, told me what I was approved for and when can I come down and he will help me no complications , and let me tell you that's what Luciano did. Bought a car from here 2 months ago. Luciano explained that we had 30 days for them to fix any problems. When we made the purchase, the car was missing a part and had a broken coolant tank. Luciano said he would fix it however, he didn t repair the coolant tank and when he put in the missing part (took him over the 30 days to do so) he damaged one of the car s headlights. He argued that we were pass the 30 days so he wouldn t fix it (even though he admitted on the phone that it was their mistake). Of course we were pass the 30 days because he gave us the runarounds for as long as he could. No point in giving 30 days when you are shady and will avoid fixing your mistakes. Be very careful when purchasing from these people.

My Fiance and I bought a 2019 Chrysler 300s from Lima Top Cars and we are happy with our purchase. Their cars on the lot had low mileage and great prices! We did run into a few minor issues with our vehicle and brought it to the owners attention. He did not hesitate to help solve the issues free of charge! Overall it was a pleasure to work with Luciano and all his staff members! They were all very friendly and helpful! We would definitely recommend Lima Top Cars!

I don't write public reviews ever but I feel like the people of Sacramento need to know about this dealership. I've been a deal hunter all my life so I know a good deal when I see one. The cars Lima Top Cars sells are salvaged titles but in fantastic condition, and unless you plan on re-selling the cars the "title" doesn't matter much as long as the cars run well.The Tesla Model 3 I got from these guys runs absolutely perfect and basically is brand new and we saved thousands off the MSRP, literal thousands. These guys are very honest about how they run their business and will show you the history of the car and let you know exactly why and how it became salvage (in my and most cases the body is usually the issue).As long as they have the model you are looking for I highly suggest checking these guys out, Luciano is a very fair owner (I've bought 5 used vehicles in my lifetime and this is by far the best experience) and Victoria at the front desk makes the entire process smooth and painless. All paperwork for DMV etc is also done at the location.This is the kind of a business I can support and recommend to all my family and friends and the kind of honest small business we should support in Sacramento! A+++

A purchased a used car for my son. Luciano said they needed 30 days to transfer the title and deliver the registration. He charged me $ 500 for registration. I went onto the DMV site and showed him it will only cost $ 285 for this car. He said he will return the money not used. It has been 43 days and we do NOT HAVE the title or the DMV registration. They are clearly in violation of CA Vehicle Code # 5733(c)(1) delivering title with in 15 days and CA Vehicle Code # 4569a)(2) to submit and transfer registration within 30 day of the sale.

Bought a clean, low mileage salvaged car from Luciano and have no complaints. From start to purchase I was treated respectfully by everyone I encountered. I was able to test drive and inspect vehicle, also I got pics of previous damages from them. I would definitely do business with Luciano again. Great people and great staff.
