My experience was wonderful. I have an outstanding service consultant named Gus Reynoso. He provided me with a thorough explanation and detail regarding the maintenance and required service for my car. I was not expecting the problems he outlined nor the expense. To my surprise and amazement Gus made wonderful accommodation's for my car and immediate circumstance. My husband and I were very thankful to him for the entire Service experience I received from him. It is the Customer Service I received from Gus that absolutely keeps me and my car in the Lexus family for life!

Lexus service is as outstanding as the vehicle!I worked with rep Christina. She understood my personal situation, illness in the family and went the extra mile to accommodate my needs. Since my husband usually handles our vehicle maintenance I found myself in uncharted waters All the service staff explained in detail the steps needed to complete the necessary service. We have done business with Lexus of Sacramento since the 1990 s and have never been disappointed. If there is a problem or a question this dealership will solve it to satisfaction

Arrived anout 10 min. early for an appointment re: 5k mi. warranty oil change and tire rotation. The service rep. who checked me in advised the service would take from 2 to 2.5 hours. Things could be faster if I waived the car wash.After approx. 2 hours (with an appointment) the wrong car was brought up for me. I tried explaining the key was not mine, but was told the key was separated from the personal key holder it was in, and would be located in the cup holder. It was in fact the wrong car. Was then told it would be a few more minutes. When i asked the Rep. when we could expect our spare key from Lexus (only given one at purchase (12/2023), he advised it may take a year. We were told only a couple months at the time of purchase.Ultimately, when I picked up the car, I was asked to provide all 5 s for my review, because otherwise it would be regarded by Lexus that he had failed.It was my first experience with Lexus. Maybe it was an off day.

My husband and I were immediately acknowledged and helped right when we stepped into the dealership. We had visited another Lexus dealership where it took sometime for someone to help us. Jerod, our sales representative, was very professional and personable. He was attentive to our needs, requests and questions. We were well taken care all the way to the time we drove off the lot. We would definitely come back!

Had multiple warnings and service quickly found problem: rodent chewed wiring! Repair completed quickly with washed car ready to go all within 2 hours. Tracy, my advisor kept me updated throughout the repair with extreme attention to details. All in all a VERY satisfying visit at this dealership!!!

Daren in service has been wonderful to work with. He s very professional, and always has my vehicles best interest in mind. I have a small child and being without a car for even a few hours can be tough. He s offered to provide a loaner car almost every service. I know that will come in handy down the road when I don t have someone to help drop off and pick up my car. I appreciate the wonderful customer service I receive each time I contact the service department. Great job guys!

My car is a Classic 1999 LS 400. I have had the car serviced by Lexus since new. As usual, the service seemed complete, timely and professional. Gus, the service manager (?) was friendly, helpful and very Curtious . Great experience at Lexus Sacramento service department. Greeted immediately upon arrival, met with service consultant who was helpful and worked efficiently to process us. Car was washed and ready in an hour as promised. Excellent service and would highly recommend them.

Tracy was friendly and nice. This is why i updated my review. Gus was suck.The guy helped me today was horrible . I saw multiple cars got help right away, while I had an appointment and he let me stand waiting for him over 20 mins . I saw him chit chat with other people , and I told other guys to remind him that I am waiting there. Also after my car finished, he let other person bring me to pay counter without explaining what were the charges for. I bought a brand new Lexus RX350 few months ago , but I the part in front of the passenger seat felt off, original windshields not working, and car player keep disconnected.

It was a pleasure doing business at Lexus of Sacramento. We had a 5 Star experience here, our service writer, Gus was amazing and took great care of us.We decided to add on an extra service request, at the last minute, which he accommodated no problem.Our vehicle was beautifully detailed and ready to go before the time allotted.A fabulous, well run dealership, with easy access off Fulton Ave near I80 in Sacramento.

The gentleman who checked me in was polite, friendly and gave me an accurate time for completing the job. I do have a problem with the tech who programmed the key. It works, but there is a part missing. Who knows if that will get fixed because it took 5 months to just get a key! Surely, you can do better...

Love my girl here at the Sacramento location, Christina Carlson! She makes sure Lexie is well taken care of! The new setup is very accommodating. Complimentary snacks, coffee, water, tea,.. I've been a customer at the dealership for nine years and initially satisfied with the service. However, my recent experiences were disappointing due to unfriendly service advisors and a decline in service quality. I'm unsure if there's been a change in management or policy, but the way they treat loyal, long-time customers now suggests they want us to explore other options for car maintenance. The service advisor's poor attitude during these recent appointments, coupled with a noticeable decline in overall service quality, has left me reconsidering my loyalty to the dealership.

It was a bit of a wait to be helped. Eventually a service advisor that goes by V was extremely helpful. They provided me with a beautiful loaner although a little dirty. My vehicle was in quickly serviced and returned quickly. 4 instead of 5 stars due to them charging me $16 for fuel while I used less than one gallon for loaner.

Everyone was so accommodating and kind. They even found a few things that we weren t even aware of, plus their quote was much less than a local shop that isn t a certified dealer. We couldn t say enough about the excellent service , pleasant staff, and reasonable prices. They truly value their customers, and it shows.

Oil change done, the only thing that made me pause was I waited for the service advisor for a few minutes longer than what I anticipated. But that is such a small thing. The car was done well before the estimated time. The lounge was really nice and the car returned washed. I asked questions of the service advisor and left. All was really good

I ve worked with Christina Carson for almost 10 years and she has helped me keep my vehicle running in tip top condition. She always explains what the different service types are, helping me understand what it takes to maintain a high-end vehicle. I always get a phone call with updates and if there s anything additional to do, she explains why it s important.I trust Christina to have my better interests in mind and that gives me the confidence that my vehicle will always take me wherever I want to go.
