I was going to give 5 stars but now forget about it. How do you check a person out and then leave them on the high rise and go help someone else. That is just wrong and the manager didn t even step up to help. Never again

Jay, the manager is an exceptional person and works tirelessly to help out his customers, I came in for an alignment inspection and he worked hard to find the right parts to repair my truck. I highly recommend them.

A few years ago I picked up a nail, this Les Schwab was the first tire shop I came to (I've never bought tires from Les Schwab), I rolled in with my tire almost flat, they fixed it and didn't charge me. About a year ago I picked up a screw, I drove it to this shop, they fixed it and didn't charge me. I picked up a screw again today, I'm going to bring it in to them tomorrow morning. I wonder if they will charge me?

Had a nail in my tire was fixed with no charge, and I didn't even buy my tires there. My next set of tires is going to be bought there due to their great service!

Always great service and quality tires at a fair price! The after sale service is stellar. They have been my "go to" tire shop for many years. Never disappointed.Another great experience with Les Schwab: Rainy day, flat tire, limped into shop on low tire pressure, they repaired flat and rotated tires for free. Found that I needed front brakes replaced (I kinda knew that and was dragging my feet). Despite a busy shop and no appointment, Jay and his team repaired my brakes and paid great attention to precision repair...no slap-dash work here. Jay is a great representative of Les Schwab and I truly appreciate his gracious demeanor, hard work with attention to detail; he also has a great sense of humor. Many thanks!

Love les Schwab as a whole. Always great people there to help. with any questions or problems you may have. Salesperson Jay C was excellent with communication on explaining what was wrong with my vehicle. Only one complaint is to be said about one of the new apprentices. Jay was there to insure. The apprentice everything was ok

To give the sort of reason why I go here:I stopped by because I had a slow leak in one of my tires. The mechanic took the car in and gave it a once-over. He came back and reported that I'd picked up a nail, and that he'd gone ahead and fixed it for free.Then he went on to tell me that I didn't need to buy new tires that day, but that l ought to before the end of summer and the rains start - in a couple months.If that's not an honest mechanic, I don't know what is.

I just want to give a big thanks Justin, Robert and Richard. They've all been a really big help whenever I've came in. They've always been really patient and respectful! There needs to be more employees like them working in your stores. They make me want to always go to this Les Schwab Center. Thank you again Robert, Justin and Robert! Karen is always very polite, when I call and come in, as well as helpful.

My tire pressure light has been on for well over 2 months now. I've gone to Pep Boys on Northgate twice just to determine which tire has an issue, but have never been provided assistance.Well, today if felt like my brakes were iffy, so basically I just wanted my tires & brakes checked, so I could make a future appointment to get them replaced if necessary.I was out running errands (my schedule is extremely tight, which is why the tire light had been on for as long as it has) and I had 40 minutes to spare during appointments. I stopped by this Les Schwab location (Fulton). I walked in and there was an associate sitting with a customer, but no other associates were in the lobby. I stood for a few minutes, the associate never acknowledged my presence with a customary, "Someone will be with you soon", nor did he request that anyone come into the lobby to assist me. I walked out of the door. As I was getting into my car, Rodolfo came out of the service bay and asked if I needed anything. Had he not come out, I wouldn't be going back to this location. I told him what I needed and also let him know that I had an appointment elsewhere within the next 30 minutes. He said he got get my tire pressure checked and get a brake inspection done in enough time for me to make my appointment. True to his word, he located the problem tire and pulled a nail or screw out of it and sealed the puncture and let me know that I had about 5k miles left on my rear brakes. I'll be going back to this location to have my brakes replaced.....but ONLY if Rodolfo is still working there. Rodolfo gave me a terrific customer experience and he was super sweet and friendly! Promote the man and give him a raise! Thank you again Rodolfo!!

Being coming here for years there amazing just got new tires last week always great prices too, and love there kid friendly environment why would you go any where els. Now all my coworkers peers clients family members and friends come here as well. Great job guys keep up the fantastic job

Just called here and asked how much it would be to mount and balance four tires that I already had. First I was told $300 then I was told it would vary by how long it took. Then I was told it would be 1 hour but it wasn't 300 bucks an hour. Then I was told that's not the exact price. Beware of these employees asking for extra money out of your pocket that is not the price that Les Schwab charges

Came in at 8:15am for a tire rotation for tires I brought from them. there was no communication about the 2 hr wait time then lied and said I was pushed back because of appointments when the guy who came in 30 minutes after me had no appointment but was serviced and done before I was. horrible customer service I do not recommend this place at all!

Had a appointment still had to wait a hour and a half..... Never buy tires from les schwab again Just for that reason they wasted a lot of my time... Every tire rotation I ever had I waited hour or two even with an appointment...

I never had a tire go flat on me so fast before and I got myself over to this place fast. The lady told me of the wait time in advance so I was prepared to wait but in no time, Anthony comes back with my keys and he says everything is ship shape! FREE! They even had a staffing issue that day and a lot of people in line. I'm so impressed with the service and I know where to go for my tires in the future. Thanks Les Schwab team! You guys are awesome!

I wish I could remember the techs name. Super friendly guy. He fixed the slow leak in my tire and it was complimentary. I'll be needing tires soon. Definitely going back to get them there. Thank you!

My visit here today was quick and easy, my tech was Rodolfo he was nice and quick about helping us so we could get back on the road. Our issue was one of our tires was low which was giving a warning light on the dash, he quickly got all the tires set to proper pressure and we were on our way Thank you very much for the Top Notch Service!

Amazing customer service! I had just bought a travel trailer and stopped by to get the tires filled. They noticed my tires were getting low because of old rubber air valves. They had me pull around and replaced all of the tire valves with sturdier mental ones at no cost. I will definitely be returning to this location for all of my tire needs.

RED CARPET SERVICE!!!I spoke to Karen about a repair for my deflating tire and she was absolutely delightful.I had just pulled into their parking space when Archie bolted across the lot and asked me how he could help me.This level of customer service left me feeling like a valued customer even though they provided me with a free service!

Absolutely wonderful service and price. I just bought a used truck and felt a little pull in the steering. Called Robert, and he got me in to do the alignment, at 4:00. And the next day they continued, making some more fine tune adjustments. It's a 2005. A lot of work done for a great price and professionalism at a level unseen in today's hurry up, make a buck era.Drives like new, now.Thanks guys.

Excellent place to buy tires, brakes, shocks. I ve had all of this work done same day. Check this shop out. Reasonably priced, great customer service and knowledgeable staff. A 10/10.

I went in because I had a large screw in my tire and it kept losing air and I had to stop every time I passed a station with air. Where I go usually to have any work done on the tire was closing and couldn't get me in. But my friend who worked there suggested Les Schwab. So I went there the lady behind the desk was very nice and said yes they could get me in. I think her name was Karen. Anyway she made up a work order and it didn't take too long to get me in and they did not charge me to pull the screw and plug the tire! Thank you Les Schwab Tony p.

I love my tires, I bought them last year; I didn't want to spend more than $400.00 to $500.00 I told myself when I first went into Les Schwab's sales floor. Then while I was waiting to be seen, I looked through their choices that my preconceptions were in between price points, quality, and amount of month's you (I) want to be covered by the warranty/service. For My peace of mind and better I went for more and I believe I got what I deserved even though I paid twice what my intentions were.

I have found over the years that no matter which location you go to, Les Schwab is the best in customer service. I went to this location due to a flat tire and was honestly expecting to have to replace the flat, and probably the adjacent tire as well. They checked me in right away, inspected my tires, and advised they found a drywall screw. They patched up the punctured tire, leveled out the air in all 4 as well, and then comp'd the entire service just for being a previous customer. I love this company. They are trustworthy, professional, and always extremely courteous. The best and my go to for sure.
