They do a good job and will try to make things right. My tire sensor keeps going off because it requires an original manufacturer, and they can't seem to get my sensor in stock, so getting parts is an issue here. No popcorn ever, not even on weekends, and coffee is a thing of the past.I would trust them over any local mechanics in the area.

Took my Toyota Tundra to get brakes and tires checked. Sat in waiting room over 2 hours and the "mechanic" never checked the rear brakes -said he couldn't get the drums off. I showed him a YouTube video how to insert 2 bolts which would ease the drums off. He says "I don't have time, I've got other cars to work on, you wanna make an appointment and come back another day"?. No Einstein, I set time aside TODAY to get this done, I knew I should've went to Pep boys!I called the Corporate Office and at first they were all apologetic but then they started making excuses for the "mechanic".I swear to high heaven that neither myself or any of my family members, friends, acquaintances, neighbors, etc will ever do business with Les Schwab!!Did they come running out? Heck no they could care less when I pulled into the lot, had to wait at the empty counter over 5 minutes just to get help in the first place. Unbelievable!

Made an appointment online for an alignment at this location because it was the closest. I got there 10min early walking in wasn t very welcoming. There was 1 other customer in there beside me and 3 staff. They all saw me and ignored me for 15min. Then another customer came in the lady staff immediately help them. So by then I felt like I was being discriminated on. Finally some older guy 20min later comes out from the back and ask if needed help. Of course I need help why would I be there if I didn t! Anyways I told the guy I had made an appointment for alignment. He ask me why do I need one that it ll cost $120 for just the fronts and there are no refunds and such. Ok cool whatever I continue to do the job. I sat back down at the chair and waited prolly about 2hrs. This is the longest wait I have waited for an appointment I made. I rather go to precision a little further away without appointment and they are also very busy in and out 30min. Les Schwab at this location failed. Sorry will never go there again no matter how close.

Great Service and Joey is very Hospitable. He repaired my tire for Free after the storm left so much debris in the road that were unavoidable. Bless him and his Family. My paycheck is 10 days away and this was a blessing. Thank you immensely.

I just have to give a shout out to Daniel and the staff here. I have been to a lot of different shops especially dealing with Nissan Dealerships and my experiences there was not good. I came here last minute after calling in for help and Daniel assisted me from beginning to end. He was honest and so kind and professional and just helpful beyond words. It means ALOT to me because ALOT of other places I go to try to swindle me because I am a woman coming in alone so they think you re stupid. But this place was so different. Everyone there is nice they provide exemplary services. I will not go anywhere else for my car needs again. If I need anything fixed again I m coming here only. If I could give Daniel and this location 10 stars I would. They have the best customer service experience hands down. Thank you again and God bless you all

Our trailer blew a tire on the freeway 25 miles from this location. We called and Daniel came out and had us back on the road in less than an hour from when we called! Huge thanks to Daniel for his courteous, professional, and prompt service. We are so grateful to you for saving our weekend!

Great service but you've find issues with the car afterwards. I had an appointment last week and I found out yesterday that they disabled my horn. I can no longer honk at anyone so more accidents liabilities. And they just tell me oh there's no way we can have a done anything to it. Huge coincidence that was working fine before I went to the shop and now it doesn't.

THE INSPECTION HE GAVE BY COMING OUTSIDE N GETTING ON HIS KNEE'S AND LOOKING ?. THIS GUY GAVE SPOT ON INSPECTION !. JEEP LIBERTY A SATURDAY ME N MY BROTHER LEFT MADE A RIGHT TURN ON FRANKLIN 100 FT TIGHT TIRE POPPED JEEP DROPPED WE SKIDDED N STOPPED . INNER RIM WAS CHEWED IN PIECES N LOWER JOINTS A ARMS ALL CAME APPART !!. LES SWAB THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR ADVICE !!. AAA TOW TRUCK DRIVER SAID IF WE WOULD HAVE WENT ON THE FREEWAY WE MORE THAN LIKELY WOULDN'T BE HERE RIGHT NOW ?. T.U.

Worst Les Schwab Tire center. We live close to this location but have not had the best experience when attempting to get routine maintenance or quick service here on multiple occasions. We keep trying, out of convenience, but the service is subpar at best, and their wait times are always outrageous when they don't even seem to be busy. Perhaps they are super short staffed?? But 3 hours to repair a nail in my tire? When I opted to go elsewhere, I was told "good luck finding a faster location." To which I absolutely did! (Thank you, Meadowview location! In & out in 30 min!! And they had cars I'm every dock, were indeed short staffed that day & had 5 people waiting. Still friendly & quick service!)Everyone we've encountered at this location (different people every time) seems to hate their job. They are not friendly or welcoming at all. It's as if customers coming in for the services they provide are a burden. I don't know why we keep trying... Maybe because when you have a flat tire you should go to the closest center to avoid driving on it. I'd rather drive to a further location & pay for a whole new tire than go to this location.Meadowview & West Sac locations have always been friendly & will get you in & out as quickly as possible OR go out of their way to give you a ride & pick you back up if necessary!!

I have been taking my fleet vehicles to this location for the past few years. By far the best Les Schwab Service station in the Sacramento area. The team works hard and the repairs are top quality. I am leaving this 5 star review for the guys at this location. Great job Florin Rd. Les Schwab Team.

Excellent place so far - Terry, one of the managers, very quickly converted me to a Schwaber with his and his team's tremendous customer service and promise to take care of their customers.He's already followed through with his promise by making a stressful car incident go away - and he gave me a part and replacement complimentary of the shop. Unreal follow through!!Highly recommend!

Great experience! Very professional, speedy service. I called at noon to see if they had my tire type in stock, and was able to stop in, have my tires replaced and an alignment done in less than an hour and a half. Terry is a pro, and I was thankful for his help.

Absolutely amazing service! My low pressure light came on and I stopped by to have my tires filled up. When the gentleman came to fill my tires he noticed a bolt in my tire. He took care of me right away!! We were in and out in less than 10 minutes, and best of all it was FREE!! I offered to pay for the service or give a tip and he declined both!! Always love the service I get from this Les Schwab!! Great people and management!

Awesome Customer Service. The gentleman stopped what he was doing came out yesterday asked no questions and he proceeded to check my tire's air pressure and Very sweetly said ok ma'am your tires needed a little air your ready to go didn't see a name tag But that's why I Love this place fast service

I love this store, the service I always get from the staff. They always find away to go above and beyond with customer service.I been coming here for years now, and it is hard to try and bring my vehicles to another store.I personally would like to give thanks to Daniel (Store Manager), Rene (always coming through when I need tires and rims), Whitney (hope I speld that right, she always very nice and helpful).You're guys customers service means alot to me and I am forever thankful!

I took my 1999 Toyota to get the brakes checked on 6/2/2022. Dan checked them for me and found that I didn't need new pads or drums as other places had told me with an estimate of nearly $1000. They just needed to be cleaned. WOW! Was I surprised! Thank you so much Dan.

Rene did a fantastic job in fixing my mother's car alignment. Although he had to fix it, due to another employee not doing a good job the first time. I also recommend Rene to any Spanish speakers and he has great customer service etiquette, unlike his coworker.

My tire light went on so I dropped in after work. All my tires were a little low, which happens in the fall. The Les Schwab on Florin Rd topped off my tires with only a 10 minute wait. We are loyal customers, because they have such great customer service.

Tried to sell me a $140 tire saying that was the cheapest they had. (in srock?) On line prices show 2 for less than $100. Won't shop Schawb again

Was on a road trip had a TPMS light come on so we pulled into this tire shop. Manager was super friendly and understanding of having a baby that was not going to handle that long of a wait. Went outside and made sure it got done. Was in and out in 30 minutes with a complimentary flat repair. They will be getting my next purchase of air bags in my diesel truck

What amazingly friendly and great service! We d blown a tire on our trailer on the freeway and Daniel jumped in a truck and came and took care of us. We have used Les Schwab many times before, but never this one, yet Daniels kindness, speed and professionalism was what set this store apart. Highly recommended!!
