I am so, so impressed. I was a walk-in at this location with a nail in my back left tire. They told me realistically 45 minutes to an hour and it took exactly that long. Store was clean and comfortable, complimentary coffee. They also comped the tire patch because it was my first time in, I don't know if they do that for all first-time customers but I could not have asked for a better outcome. Thank you guys so much, I have honestly never had a better car-repair-related experience in my life.

Their commitment to customer service is unwavering no matter what location I go to. When I talk to someone about my issues with my vehicle I always know that I'm talking to somebody who has knowledge and if he doesn't have all the answers he gets them. Still number one after all these years in my book. Great job!!

These guys installed a leveling kit on my Toyota Tundra and also had them do the alignment on it and now I'm having all kinds of problems. Starting with a knocking noise on the suspension and premature wear on the outside of my tires. I remember when these guys use to do quality work 20 years ago, But now I will never trust these guys again.

Great experience, took car in for a flat repair, tire rotation and balance, and alignment. This was a walk in service so they did keep the car until almost closing. No complaints as I expected this due to the alignment. Thank you for putting the spare away properly.

I went there for adding Air but Edwin found out it s a flat tire, it was 5:55pm but he kindly and quickly took care of my issue and fixed it in less than 10 min. Hope the employer take care of dedicated employees.

A screw in the attire will mess up your day real fast. I came expecting to get my flat tire taken care of, but I didn't expect to learn a few things as well. I feel like I could fix my own tires in the future. I won't, but I like to know that I can. LolI had my car towed in and was checked in by the time the tow truck pulled away. I was greeted upon entry and charged nothing upfront for my one flat tire repair. I also mentioned that the other tires looked low.First, I walked in without an appointment and was helped right away.Second, Tim is a good man and a quality employee. Dare I say, he exudes the Les Schwab ideal to it's core. Kind, courteous and knowledgeable. He didn't make me feel stupid when talking to me about car stuff.Third, as Tim and I were talking about the tires, I mentioned that I did not have a tire pressure gauge and he literally pulled one out of his pocket and gave it to me. That was everything! That gift that he gave me was more than just a tire gauge. He earned my loyalty.Forth, Tim told me about The screw he found in the tire and said I was locking that he was able to repair it and I didn't need a new tire. He also told me about balanced tires and how they can cause issues that I had experienced and had not even mentioned to him so I know he wasn't pulling my leg. I decided to get all the tires balanced, and checked for leaks and $17 a tire.I could not be more pleased with my visit and I'll definitely be stopping here for any tire needs.

I just pulled in right before they were closing and the young lady behind her desk pops her head up and asks if she can help me and I explain that I had picked up a nasty bolt that was big enough to be out of the side of Frankenstein s neck it was so big! So, she smiles and says no problem and her and her wonderful crew stay after hours to make sure that this ol billygoat gets home safe! They stand way above the standard and set their own mark. They are pretty incredible people here in the Bradshaw shop. My car stalled me many times in the span of 1 hour. Towards the end, the battery light came on. I was able to make it to the nearest Les Schwab. They were very busy but I was not ignored. I told the mechanic the problem. He said they'll check the alternator too incase it might be the problem. I went to get something eat and back. Later, I saw my car being driven inside. It was a long wait then the mechanic came in the office and showed me 3 different batteries to choose from. I opted for the $200 including labor. I had to wait another 2hrs as they had to order it. Overall, my car was taken cared of and off I went. Very nice place, clean and friendly staff.j

Very friendly staff. I got a metal object in my tire that I purchased at a Les Schwab. Took over 2 hours to get it fixed. I've been in other locations that do flat repairs right away when they have purchased for Les Schwab.

Very unprofessional. I spent $3k on front end suspension work for my truck here and put my trust in them. I get my truck back and I see one of my abs wire brackets is missing and in place is a brand new zip tie. I also saw a bolt was missing from the wheel hub. The wheel hub holds the entire front wheel attached to the truck with 4 bolts and one was missing after they worked on my truck. It s very dangerous, not only for me but for other drivers on the road if the hub were to fail because of the missing bolt. Talked to the manager and was told the abs bracket snapped and that the hub bolt was already missing. They did not inform me of this when I picked up my truck but they knew about it, the manager himself admitted this. There is no excuse to not inform a customer of such things. These guys are not professional and can screw up your car even worse than mine, which can cause you or someone else on the road to be in serious danger.

Arrived about 10-10:30am. Needed rear brakes and a tire rotation. Spoke to Steve, who was sitting at a desk. Expressed to them I needed the work to be done that day. I work out of my truck and need it for work. I even suggested that I could take it to another shop if they couldn t. Steve reassured me that it ll get done that day. He gave me a three hour wait time before they took a look at my van. They claim that it s a first come, first serve type of service. Six hours later I get a call from Patrick stating that he just finished the brake inspection and that I need rear brakes. I explained to Patrick I already knew this and I had already authorized for the work to be done. Why are you now just calling me? He stated that they got extremely busy, the busiest day ever! I asked about the first come, first serve policy and he started to back pedal and make excuses. They did get busy and they did push my vehicle to the rear of the line. They didn t even rotate my tires or correct my tire light. So my van was there for six hours for a brake inspection, when I told them in the beginning which brakes I needed in the first place. In short, this company are liars and will lie to your face. They will not care about you or your car. Not all Les schwaab s are like this, but the Bradshaw location is the worst and they will lie to you. Another dishonest shop!!

I came in for a nail in my trailers tire. They asked me to drop it off because they were booked for the next 2hrs. I came back after 3hrs and to my surprise they got it done.I have heavy-duty 10ply tires and had a "good-size" screw stuck in it. Yet; without any problems, and without being able to move my goose neck trailer, it was completed for only $20. They even checked the rest of my tires and topped them back up to 80psi.Thank you!

This is by far the best place to go for all the services they provide. They give free inspections and have actually done minor fixes for free for me. They don't gouge or pressure you to do anything further. I always use them when I need something looked at cause I know they are giving truthful & correct information on what needs to be done. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff! Highly recommend!

Had a horrible very hot Friday afternoon. Run over something on Hwy 50 going east. Flat tire (turned into 2 flat tires). Called road side service only to be told that it would be 1 to 2 hours. Holy moly, sitting in the heat on the side of a very busy highway is scary. A tow truck came by to help or to get us off of the freeway. Turns out that I have locking hubs and no key. Bought this vehicle new in mid January. Called the dealer and they couldn't help. The driver flat bedded the car to Les Schwab on Bradshaw. They could not have been nicer. They kept the vehicle overnight, we went to the dealership first thing in the morning. They said that I didn't buy locking hubs from them...WOW. Long story short, they finally called Les Schwab someone there took a picture of the hub that needed the key. The service dept gave us a key. We ended up buying a new set of tires because they could not match the tread pattern. Only had about 4300 miles on the vehicle...expensive flat. Whatever I ran over ripped the sidewall so could not be patched. It's an all wheel drive so tires should match. Thank you to all the kind people at this Les Schwab. We don't live very close to this shop but it is our new Les Schwab. We ended up buying another set of tires for a truck. I think that the Manager's name is Jeff. He actually gave us drinks out of his own personal stash. (The machine wasn't working) Thank you so very much for everything and making this horrible experience bearable.

White dude Try to scam my son by trying to sell him a new tire when I just needed a patch. He was very rude after my son denied his offer. We went to FOLSOM TIRE AND WHEELS They fix my tire fast and affordable.

Have been taking my family's vehicles to Les Schwab branch on Bradshaw Drive, Sacramento, for brakes and tires, for yearsi Have always been treated well and the staff has always been accommodating.I recently took my car in for new brakes. Unfortunately, this time there was an issue in the servicing of my vehicle. Jeff the store manager learned of the issue and he demonstrated their honest commitment to customer satisfaction and customer service. Manager Jeff was attentive to my dilemma and my concerns and he quickly remedied the issue, fully fixing my car and getting me back on the road.I truly appreciated Les Schwab and especially the store manager, Jeff, practicing what they preach and taking care of their customers. Too bad not all service shops work this way. Being treated in this manner, makes me all the more comfortable in my continuing to entrust my cars to Les Schwab Thanks again Jeff and Les Schwab.

Took my minivan in to get the brake rotors checked and possibly machined. Left it in what I assumed was good hands. A few hours later I got a call from one of their techs, who told me I needed rear brakes done (this was contrary to information I got from another mechanic about a month prior, that all my brakes were in solid shape). I gave them the go-ahead for the brake work, but the tech I spoke to didn't know anything about my original request regarding the brake rotors. The second call I got several hours later was from yet another tech, who told me I needed new shocks and struts, which would cost over $1,000. At this point I refused and said I wanted to get a second opinion, despite this pushy technician trying to convince me otherwise. Took my van to a different shop that I trusted much more, and was told the shocks and struts could be replaced but weren't in particular need of that.Safe to say, this place will upsell you on anything they think they can convince you to sign off on. Do NOT trust their advice on what does or doesn't need work on your vehicle. I will never visit another Les Schwab as long as I live.

Went in because my entire SUV would wiggle and jiggle when I drove over 60. Can't remember the guys name that helped me, but he was super professional and did a free diagnostic. He was able to figure out what was wrong and my husband was able to fix it from there. The employee was super understanding that we were going to self fix. Would recommend.

I came in today with a flat tire, they were able to fix the tire with no charge! The staff was friendly and quick. I was in and out in less than an hour. The Mechanic Chris also took the time to explain some other things I may want to look into for my car! Thank you for the great service!

They got me some tires that I really needed the size is not a common size they got me in and out and fixed a couple of other things on my car I recommend Les Schwab to anybody and everybody customer service was great go check them out at this store...

OUTSTANDING customer service! They were able to remove my over torqued lug nuts that were installed by another shop. They even took the time to wrap my old wheels in plastic so they wouldn t make my car a mess. I highly recommend this location.

What's not to like about a free puncture repair. It was busy but I made an appointment and was out the door about 45 minutes later. They will try a no-pressure upsell for other goods, but since I am in the market for new tires, it didn't bother me to walk out with a quote.

STAY AWAY!!! They used to be a reputable place to go to.... NOT ANY MORE!!! I specifically asked and paid for an alignment while purchasing 4 new tires, so my front tires would not wear on the outside like the old ones I was replacing... 6 months later, the outside front tires are worn just like the old ones and they want to blame it on lack of rotation As if somehow moving the front ones to the back in the back to the front would not just wear the other ones unevenly too they didn't properly align it you can see with naked eye the front wheels have positive camber and won't even admit it! They are just scammers Stay away!!!

Assistant manager has no customer service skills. Argued about redoing my rotation and balance. Called corporate and went to the Sunrise store where they told me they won't honor my warranty because I bought elsewhere. Had to call corporate again. Finally got it done. What happened to Les Schwab ? They used to deliver excellent customer service. Les.schwab left a bad taste in mouth. Unfortunately people remember a bad experience rather then a positive one. Les Schwab just lost a Loyal Customer
