My recent experience at the Land Rover dealership left much to be desired. Despite the courteous demeanor of the staff, the overall process fell short of expectations. Rushing to purchase a vehicle just an hour before closing, I didn't have sufficient time to thoroughly inspect the car.Upon closer examination post-purchase, I noticed significant issues, including a noticeable scratch on the front bumper and a substantial bump in one of the tires. These were discrepancies I hadn't observed during the hurried inspection. Despite bringing these concerns to the attention of the dealership within five days, I was met with disappointment.While the dealership does boast a seven-day return policy, their response time to my concerns left much to be desired. Despite assuring me they would follow up, it wasn't until after the seven-day window had elapsed that they reached out, effectively rendering me unable to return the car as per their policy.This experience has left me feeling dissatisfied and disillusioned. While the Land Rover dealership's staff were pleasant, the lack of resolution to legitimate concerns regarding the vehicle's condition post-purchase has tarnished what could have been a positive experience. Moving forward, I advise prospective buyers to thoroughly inspect any vehicle before finalizing a purchase and to seek clarity on the dealership's policies regarding returns and customer satisfaction.

Friendly and helpful staff from beginning to end of purchasing my Range Rover sport. Edgar was very attentive and easy to work with. He communicated and shared information in a timely manner while always making sure we were comfortable.

Review is for Service. I had a fantastic experience, from the moment I hit the lot. You don't get a Customer Service experience like this very often. I was treated with the utmost respect, and all of my service questions were promptly answered WITHOUT mansplaining. Every person I worked with was great, from the beginning to the end of my appointments.

Beautiful new facility and fantastic salespeople! So polite!! I dropped off my third lease return today and they ordered my Lyft to get me home. Thank you!! Seems like a small gesture after nine years of leases but I was prepared to get my own ride and was SO appreciative!! It s the small things.

Sacramento Land Rover had the vehicle we wanted. We made a call. Worked out a deal and they delivered the vehicle to us. This was a fast and efficient transaction. The sales staff was great. We highly recommend this dealership.

I had an excellent experience with the sales staff and finance manager. They accommodated every single concern I had and acted so much faster than I expected. I have been working with Brandon Tripp (sales advisor) for the last couple of weeks. I went from leasing my car to financing my car and Brandon took great care of me. He answered all of my questions, he was honest, and he went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable with my decision to finance my current car. Brandon's customer service was outstanding!

I've worked with several different Land Rover Dealerships in different cities. Not all are the same. Niello Land Rover Sacramento is by far the top of the class. The whole team at Niello Land Rover went above and beyond accommodate my wife and I on the purchase of our new Range Rover. We could not be any happier with Philip and Abe. They went above and beyond to get us exactly the car we wanted with exactly the right financing (not an easy task). We were frequently updated throughout the ordering and delivery process. Never once did we feel like we had to call to figure out the cars whereabouts or the status of financial documents. Frequent updates and questions answered within minutes gave us the peace of mind we needed to have a stress free and smooth transaction. I look forward to doing business again with Niello and their various dealerships. I am looking forward to the opening of the Porsche facility in spring of next year. Thank you to everyone.

I was involved in a 3-car pileup that resulted in my car being totaled. It took me a couple of months to find the right replacement vehicle, and I eventually came across a beautiful burgundy Honda CR-V. I intended to make a significant down payment or pay in cash. However, that decision turned out to be a mistake. The financing manager at the dealership was incredibly aggressive, unwilling to listen to any of my suggestions, and became overly pushy. He demanded that I write a check for the full price of the vehicle instead of considering any negotiation. Unwilling to tolerate such behavior, I walked out after he slammed all the paperwork in front of me. Despite feeling unlucky in that moment, I know as a customer that it's best to walk away from dealerships that don't value customer input or negotiation.Update: Nissan Elk Grove offered me a great deal on a Rogue! It turned out to be a much better offer than the one from Honda. Thank you!

Land Rover Sacramento's service department stands out above the other local Land Rover service center. I originally contacted the Land Rover service center close to my house. Unfortunately, they were not willing to accommodate my transportation needs while my vehicle was being serviced. So, I contacted the Sacramento Land Rover service center and it was apparent right away they were committed to customer service. During the booking process, a rental car was arranged as they were out of loaner vehicles. I was given an appointment in the same week to my amazement. Everyone I interacted with provided excellent customer service: Clayton and Mike were great and changed the batteries in my key fobs!! Frank the shuttle driver, transported me to the rental car center safely. I am appreciative of the care each individual took to make my customer experience top notch. I give Land Rover Sacramento two thumbs up and 5 big STARS!

We ,my husband and I, couldn't be happier with our new Evoque! Tony was great to work with, he actually made the entire purchasing experience pleasant. Really appreciate the professionalism and positive attitude Tony and everyone at Sacramento Land Rover has. Will definitely be recommending this dealership to our friends and family! Recently leased a Range Rover Evoque. Was comparing several models and chose this car because of the options and handling. Very sporty to drive and beautiful on the inside! Excellent sales and customer service experience. Turned around a month later and bought a pick up for my husband because we knew the quality of the vehicle would be top notch. Highly recommend Frank and Gina! Made the car purchase process enjoyable!

We went to Sacramento Land Rover because we heard they had better customerservice than other local Land Rover dealers and we were not disappointed. Things I loved: ease of online scheduling, ability to change your appointment easily via text, and customer support:communication via text. They are currently remodeling but were kind enough to drive me over to the other dealership they own down the street so I could wait in the lounge while they serviced my car. Picked me up and brought me back when finished.

I have a 2013 Range Rover and had it recently serviced. I would have a given it 5 stars in fact the service department staff super nice and accommodating. Mike the service person even secured me a loaner because it was going to take longer than anticipated.Only reason I m giving it 3/5 is because my battery completely died about 10 days after supposedly all systems had been checked and no problem found. This included battery health which is marked green on paperwork, I d recommend doing a better job at vehicle health check so the customer doesn t get stranded in middle of nowhere with dead battery having to call in services.Thank you!

I was definitely pleased with my visit; for ALL the needs my SUV was due. Ty, Clayton, for the great customer service and communication! Over 10k, but I admit my Discovery Sport is driving very smoothly! And thank you for installing my already-purchased hitch kit! Close to 5 stars if I was offered a loaner from the lot.

Mr Steven Munoz took care of my check engine light issue including additional recommendations for future services. He's very professional and courteous and l appreciate the work that were done by the service staff. When the time comes that I'd like to get another SUV, l will be looking for a Defender or a Velar. I wish every place I do business had the level of service that Land Rover Sacramento has. It took me 50 years to buy my dream car, a Range Rover and I always feel like the service dept understands and appreciates the pride I have in my car and takes excellent care of it.

My rep was Clayton Krebs. He was friendly, professional, and kept me informed of the progress of the repair to my Range Rover. I think you should give him a raise. If not, at least a day off with pay.

The service advisor was very good. Support personnel were not respectful of my time. Dropping off and picking up took far too much time. I was early for an appointment but waited well beyond my appointment time. There was no sense of urgency when I dropped off or picked up. This dealership could do far better than it is presently doing.

I've been going to Range Rover in Sacramento, CA for over a decade now. Everyone is Always accommodating. The General Manager, Keith, called me on Christmas Eve when I was panicked re: my vehicle breaking down. He was was very understanding and made me feel cared about. The receptionists in the Service Department are also very friendly and accommodating. Over the years...whoever I've come in contact with has made me feel like it's their mission to take care of my vehicle and me. Last but definitely not least is the Service Consultant I had the pleasure of working with, Taylor. He took the time to update me by phone, text, email, and probably would have sent a pigeon if he could. He was Extremely Awesome and really took care of me including my special need like " No latex or fragrances"! I truly appreciate all of the care I've received over the years and look forward to many more with this vehicle and future purchases. Thank you sincerely!!! I only wish you were in Elk Grove, CA where you are Needed at our Automall and hopefully...you will be in the future!!!

Overall my husband had Great experience with Land Rover. Our representative Taylor was amazing. Not only his communication skills are impressive, he was also very attentive to the detail. He also followed back after. We will definitely be back!
