The service was good but just don't break down when you call the receptionist she will lead you to believe they can give you service but then will put you on hold only to come back and say you have to try again by calling the next day once they see how there regular schedule program goes I broke down at Amazon good thing tech was coming that way anyway then this was on turkey day another time right after that same weekend she was saying the same thing again what's the purpose being 24hr for Amazon when you don't want to help the common folk?!? Would've gotten 4 stars but nah you did it twice to me.

Thank you KTR and especially, Gary, for helping my friend and I, tonight. We had a dead battery and called AAA for assistance but after almost 3 hours of waiting, the help never came. Gary took my call and even though they dont offer roadside assistance for regular vehicles, he came out of his way to help jump my friends car. Did I mention, free of charge?I dont know much about commercial vehicles but I know if I had one, I'd take my business to these guys. Gary was professional and very sincere. Once again, thank you!

Showed up 45 mins pass estmate show time. Did not have equipment to bend mud flap bracket back in place. Technician very friendly and knowledgeable.

They got me back on the road but mechanic was pretty rude and they didn't show up when they promised they were 2 hours late and they never called me to say they would be late I had to call them wanting to know where they were
