I showed up without an appointment and the guy was still willing to do my oil change in a short time. He was polite and didn't try to sell me any other work I didn't need immediately, which I appreciated. Having him not attempt/ 6 lto make me spend more was a welcome plus

Marcus is honest, hardworking and very knowledgeable about his business. He never tries to take advantage like most automotive shops do. He's always looking to fix the real problem, not add them to add the dollar amount. You can trust your car in his care. Very trustworthy.

Since March 2016, Knights Automotive has worked with me to make sure I have a healthy car/s. Marcus always stays transparent about his work and does a great job in a good amount of time. His team does well to help. I wouldn't consider getting advice or work done by anyone else. Marcus has great integrity and knows what he is doing!

I'm glad I had my car retowed to Knight's Automotive from another shop in West Sac. The other shop said they found the starter failed in my vehicle and needed to be replaced. Come to find out, the $800+ starter that the West Sac shop was going to charge me to order, turned out to be the starter cable disconnected from the battery. The owner, Marcus and his service advisor, Keith saved me alot of money. I was only charged $110 for diagnosing my car. Very impressed with their excellent, honest, and reliable customer service. I highly recommend Knight's Automotive. Their shop was far from my location, but it's worth the drive.Service: Electrical repair

My car was having problems with a throttle actuator reading .. Marcus ran many test to find the real issue because the throttle body was fine.. He could have easily replaced the throttle body and my PCM costing me an arm and leg but he found it was only a small issue with the wires.. He gave me a detailed receipt with everything he did to find the problem. Great customer service honest business I would recommend anyone to come here. Thank you!

Recently had my Ford E450 worked on here. They were exceptionally kind, and got me back on the road. The 6.0s are a challenging engine, but they got it figured out quickly. It's hard to know who you can trust these days. I wouldn't hesitate a bit with trusting Knights Automotive to be fare and do a great job on any of my vehicles.

Had my front rotors and brake pads replaced at Knights automotive and they did not disappoint. Car doesn't make a sound when I brake now. Also they pointed out a small adjustment they made to the brake pads. Honesty is key in this business. The last mechanic I went to had not mentioned anything. Very happy. I trust and recommend Knight's Automotive.

Gave Marcus challenging fix. Had electrical issues in my van and had work done elsewhere. Same problem existed. Marcus after going down next in order attempts went back to test new parts previously installed and found a bad new distributor. Very good diagnostic skills. Not a easy fix . Many can do the easy but Marcus will stick and fix.

I had my headlight installed and adjusted when Lexus dropped the ball!!!He was more than fair on labor and they are better than when I purchased the car.Thaaaank you Marcus!!!!
