After my car's front bumper suffered some light damage, I went straight to Kniesels to get it fixed. I had the pleasure of having Sean Regnani streamline and uncomplicate this seemingly daunting issue. Sean was very professional, having the team thoroughly examine the car and give me a quote for the cost of fixing the damage. He then quickly ordered the parts and ensured every procedure detail was correct. In the lobby, it was nice having some coffee and popcorn to snack on while waiting for the estimate to be written up. I took my vehicle in a week later, and the job was done in one day. I picked up the car later that day and saw that the damage was fixed entirely, and Kniesels also washed and detailed my car. This was a delightful surprise, and I drove home in a clean, newly fixed car. FYI, before this, I had gotten a quote from another autobody shop that would have charged me more than 4x the price for the same work. I am grateful Sean clearly outlined what needed to be done and ensured I was only charged for what I needed. Overall, working with Kniesels and Sean Regnani saved me from stress and headaches. Not to mention also saving my pocketbook. 5/5 experience.

Natomas site overbooks repairs, you have to check on repair updates, they do not update you, estimate repair date, prolonged.Lifetime warranty on repairs, may be the results of repairs performed,Are not as great as they claim. Make sure you take pictures of every thing on and in your car, exchange of parts like your nice headlights exchanged for some ruined, scratched up one. It s hard to dispute but it happens.

This place is very racist against minorities. I called them to make an appointment to get my car fixed, was ready to rent a car, just to find out when I called to say I was on my way to get my car fixed, I was told it was just for an estimate. Bad communication on their part. Had to cancel the car rental. Then went to get an estimate, the person who was looking at my car seemed very condescending, and sensed that he was not helpful. When I heard them telling a white person that their car would be ready in a week or less, I finally called to make my appointment to get the car fixed and was told by two locations (Natomas and Roseville that I would have to wait two months. How horrible is that? When I went to Gerber Collisions and Glass Repair, I heard a minority lady say that they also told her it would take two months for her car to be ready. It seems they only want to help their own kind and can also tell that because no minorities work at their facility at all. So anyone who is not white, please go to Gerber Collision to get your car fixed because they are very professional, have a diverse employment staff, and very nice people. Your car will get done in about a week or less. I will never tell anyone about this racist place. Word of mouth can make or break you, well I hope this review breaks you.

Sean is awesome, he recognized me by name (which is bad on my part lol) but that being said it s only the 2nd time I ve been here. This time for minor cosmetic damage to my car by another vehicle. Always so friendly and personable! He deserves a raise!

Kniesel's is the best..All the employees were really friendly...The best part they don't leave you hanging...They constantly sending you texts and calls letting you know the progress of your vehicle...Won't go anywhere else...Thanks again...

Sean was great and the work on the Lincoln was good. Need to go back and have them adjust the aim on the Xenn lights as it is off. Also, the front desk are not the most pleasant ladies to deal with, hence the 4 star rating.

Kniesel was one of my insurance's preferred shops and had my Tesla from 12/28/22 to 2/3/23 waiting on a part for the suspension. Ana finally got the part from their sister location as it was back ordered with no ETA on Tesla's website. During these long weeks, they replaced the bumper, fender, front light, and a passenger door. The impact was on the right front wheel/passenger area. The wheel was never changed. From what happens next, I suspect it was not properly inspected - strange since this was location of impact. The tire and wheel were left alone and the car returned to me as having been fixed. Most importantly, they let the new 9V battery die by not plugging the car in during the 5-6 weeks they held onto the car. I informed them of this and of the need to plug in teslas for the 9V battery to remain alive (according to the tesla mobile repair tech who came out to replace it). If they're a Tesla-approved collision center, I would hope they would know this already. When I drove the car, it was veering to the right side instead of driving straight. Would change from left to right lanes if you kept the steering wheel straight. This was missed in their test drive, if they did one. Took the car back, their mechanic test drove it with me and agreed it was veering. The front passenger window was not properly fitted so there was a loud air leak from it too. They kept the car until 2/9/23 to fix the window placement, and upon further inspection of the front passenger wheel where the impact of the crash was, they found it was bent/nicked and "pulling" the car to the right. They swapped that wheel/tire to the left front, put in a new wheel/rim, and gave the car back. Now it drove straight, but this tire/wheel showed 37psi when the others were 42psi. I contacted Ana and the current plan is to fill it up with air, and if it drops in psi and a leak is suspected, she'll get us back in for fixing it. Great customer service by Amanda at the front desk. Ana is also nice and very kind, though maybe a bit overworked as it took us leaving a message with front desk daily for 3 days to get a call back at the end of January. That is understandable given how short staffed most places are. So set your expectations for communication delays in this post covid era. When we did connect, she was thorough and explained things nicely. When I was upset about having to bring the car back because their workers put in the window incorrectly and didn't check the wheel initially, she remained calm and reassuring. I felt guilty about having been upset, because things happen. I felt that the workers could've done a more thorough job and having to take the car back and get another rental was a big waste of my time. Regardless, many kudos to manager Blake and Ana and their team for fixing it right away and providing a rental for that duration. The CDW insurance on the rental is not provided, and you cannot use your credit card's benefit for the CDW waiver since kniesel is paying the daily cost. So you do end up paying $17/day approx for that even if they pay the $25/day rental cost, but that's okay. Would I use kniesel's again? I think so, because of the good customer service. Do I wish the work was done right the first time? Who wouldn't. But do mistakes happen? Sure. Infallibly human, we all are :)Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I called for a quote to get my roof painted on my GMC Sierra 2500HD. Receptionist said I needed to come in for the estimate. Drove to the shop, receptionist said I needed an appointment! Why didn't she mention that on the phone? Went back home to use online estimation tool, but the link provided by the receptionist was not working. Tried to text my photo instead and said I was paying out of pocket, but never received my estimate. Receptionist was not helpful in anyway. I was a loyal customer and this is not the Natomas team I remember. This experience was very frustrating.

Sometimes the measure of a business is what they do, and how they handle them selves, when things don t go according to plans. We had some challenges. They were honest, took care of me, and made me whole. In the end I had a quality repair and left with respect for Kniesel's as a business. Well done.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Not impressed at all. Had an appointment and showed up ten minutes early. The person who we was to meet just left to lunch. The secretary tried to get another employee to assist us and was heard on several attempts doing so.I then noticed several high ranking staff members going in and out of the front office area. One manager in the side office had his lunch brought in by an employee to him. But instead of this manager checking the front area for any concerns he shuts his door. Now, we have been waiting for twenty three minutes in the lobby with the secretary still telling us that someone will be with us shortly.I left the lobby to get a water drink from my vehicle, my wife then walks out behind me with one of their team members. I later find out that this team member was who we had the appointment with. He now tells us that he had been in the backroom for several minutes and that the secretary/receptionist who was new didn't inform him that we were there. He looks our vehicle over for an estimate. The inspection took less the twenty minutes. He was good on his word with getting us details on the estimated services and quote. If you have a scheduled appointment, wait for your appointment to show. If the appointment doesn't show, take lunch or have it delivered.

I used this location after seeing it was a recommended shop per my insurance company for Tesla repair. I was rear-ended by a person with low limits so I had to claim it on my own insurance (through Tesla). I would never recommended this shop to anyone. I have many more details to back this up, but the bottom line is: one star and do no recommend.Service: Body & Trim

I was rear ended on my 2022 Tesla S on May 5th. My insurance company recommended this shop because it was a Tesla approved body shop. It is now September 15th and my car is still at their. I have been told for the last three months that the car will be done in 2 weeks. It has been 5 months. The car is still at the shop. I still have a car payment that I am making. This kind of service is unacceptable from a reputable, insurance approved body shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was rear ended on the freeway and had my car towed to this location. Had exceptional service throughout the process, including daily updates on progress. Rented a car through Enterprise, who is partnered with Kniesel s, and was able to leave them my keys and they took care of returning the rental! If I ever need repair services again, this is where I ll be going!

Great experience with this location. Efficient check in and texted status updates. Had a problem with warning lights on the dash and these were fixed promptly. They work with Enterprise RAC on Northgate and I was able to drop off my rental and pick up my car simultaneously. Work is detailed and flawless. Thanks!

I recently had a tree fall on my car during a severe 24hour rain storm. After going to a different shop and getting less than subpar customer service i told my insurance company i was going to get a second quote and opted to come here. From the get go the service was awesome, they were able to get me in the next day, and had an actual estimator complete the intial inspection. Anna walked me through the whole process pointed things out and answered my questions. It was near the end of the day on a friday and i didnt feel rushed and felt like she actually listened and cared about my concerns. She was suprised i was still driving the car and made sure to document the water damage a week and a half later (something the first shop refused to do.) She said i could leave the car if I wanted however I didnt have a way to get home that day, so I opted to bring it back the next business day. Before i left she had her tech secure to moon roof so no additional water would get in and broken glass wouldn't fly out. The car eneded up being totaled (gotta love water damage!), when i went to get the few remaning things in my car Anna was quick to get a tech out to help me get the few things that required tools. I would reccomend this shop and Anna on customer service alone. If management sees this, Anna deserves a raise!

Excellent service! I would recommend this place to anyone. They did a great job with my car and it came out looking as good as new. They took some time getting everything done, which was frustrating at first, but their customer service really made up for it. They kept me well informed of what was going on throughout the process and were very accommodating the whole way. They even brought my car to me at work instead of me having to find time to leave my job and go pick it up. Thank you guys! I will definitely recommend you to anyone in need of a repair!

My experience at this location was limited to getting an estimate only. Had an appointment scheduled, came in on time and waited about 30 minutes before someone came out. After a 2 minute inspection I had to wait another 30 minutes before someone came out again to give me an estimate (instead of sending me on my way and sending the estimate later). I usually go to the Rocklin location with no issues, however the reason I went here is because Rocklin suggested they might me quicker here so I figured I'd give it a shot... I think I'll stick with the Rocklin location. Maybe it was just one of those days here, maybe not. Hopefully your experience will be better.

We have had our car worked on by the Kniesel team twice (separate incidents). The staff was professional and friendly. We were communicated with every step of the process. They were fair and transparent with their pricing. Hopefully we don't have to use their services (since that means we dented our car) but if we do we will come back to Kniesel Natomas. Blake and his team have exceeded our expectations once again. We would recommend their services wholeheartedly.Service: Body & Trim

I was very pleased with the "outstanding customer service" I received when I brought my vehicle in for repair. They were very "consistent" in updating me on a daily basis the status of my vehicle. Doug. Anna, Hannah, Joe and the rest of the staff at 1200 Del Paso Rd., you all were great. Keep up the outstanding customer service. I will definitely recommend Knielsel's Collison to family and friends. Thanks!

7-7-20Kniesel's Natomas - This was THE most outstanding service of just about any kind EVER!This was private pay so I was quite worried about price and the estimate was MUCH lower than feared. The office kept in contact with me about a small delay in a part arriving, no problem. They were able to use an existing part rather than a new one so the already low estimate ended up even LOWER! The work was done on time, looks excellent and they not only Drove it to My House, but they had WASHED it! I will definitely go back if ever I need anything done to my car and I will absolutely recommend Kniesel's Natomas to anyone I know who needs work!Thank You!Rebecca F.

This place knows nothing about pricing estimates for vehicles. After my accident the insurance recommended this place, and it's no wonder they did. The estimate didn't include the actual cost of some parts, nor were they willing to include the cost of framing. They didn't even count in the price of the paint for the paint job or the cost of the alignment, I would basically have to pay out of pocket for those. Why am I required to pay out of pocket for an accident that was not even my fault. Seems like this shop is working with the insurance companies to offer the lowest possible estimates. I went into the dealers and the actual price for all repairs was approximately up to $2,500, the estimate that they gave me was $1,098. I would have to pay the difference. If you ask me that's ridiculous! I would rather go to another body shop for an estimate instead. Thanks for not considering the customer, you won't get my business there!

09/11/2017 *****UPDATE*****:I have to upgrade my review to five stars as Kniesel's truly created (as my psychology friends would say), "a corrective experience." Justin Kniesel did call me the following day. He offered a sincere apology, offered the portion of profit they would have received the repair for the trouble AND offered to do a full and complete detail of my car on the weekend for all my trouble. This truly does exemplify customer service.I can honestly say Kniesel's went above and beyond what I expected to make things right. Thank you, Kniesel's, and if I ever have to get repairs done again, I will return and will also recommend you to any who is looking for repairs. This is my third time coming to this Kniesel's location for repairs. My first time didn't go so well (see previous review). I did give them a second chance and it was a very good experience. Today, was not a good experience. It started well, but did not end well. Here's my story: Scheduled to have the work done on my car on Wednesday. Received a call later in the afternoon from estimator, Blake Gilpin, that the car would be ready by the afternoon. I told Blake that I wouldn't be able to pick it up until the morning and he said that would be fine.Since the car would be ready Wednesday night, my expectation is that I would get there first thing in the morning, have the run through, pay and leave. Since there were no other customers, it shouldn't take so long.Well, the car was not ready. They asked if I had 10 minutes to have the car detailed because it didn't get done the night before. I couldn't because I'm on a tight schedule and I had to head to a meeting. The front desk person, who is very nice, said I could come in and have it detailed later. Since they only do it Monday-Friday, I said I couldn't do it unless it was done on a Saturday--which they don't do. I asked the front desk person if they could knock something off the bill (since I was paying all of this out of pocket) and she said she'd ask Blake. She also informed me that she was waiting for Blake to printout the final paperwork and he'd be right out.Another five minutes passed and I asked the front desk person if she could let Blake know that I am late for a meeting and I have to go. Blake comes out apologizes that it wasn't detailed as he said one of the detailers got hit by a car. I expressed sympathy, but also told him I was disappointed that it wasn't ready. Blake also said that they were making little profit on this job and that he couldn't give me anything off. I told Blake I don't believe they could not even take $20 off as a business courtesy (mind you, they saved money by not cleaning the car--that should offset any discount). If Blake said, I'm knocking off $XX so you can use that towards getting the car detailed on your own, that would have been fair.Honestly, if Blake had called me last night and said the car would not be ready as planned I could have made other arrangements. Another thought is that they could have had someone come in 15 minutes early to detail the car (since they said it only takes 10 minutes) and then this would have been a non-issue.I didn't get a chance to even look at the work or have them go over it with me so I don't even know what the finished product looks like. I was late for my meeting which caused me additional work issues (thanks Kniesel's!!!!) When a simple phone call last night would have been all that was needed to avoid my angst.Blake did say that he would talk with his manager to see if they could give me a discount and they'd write a check to me. I told him I hope to hear from him, but until then, I needed to share this experience on Yelp so others know what/what not to expect. I also said that I would not be able to recommend Kniesel's to any of my friends or colleagues. It appears Kniesel's needs additional training on customer service.

Lead estimator & job consultant did not follow up on overall inspection of job completed. I had to go back for missed details such as mounting screws for bumper missing; interior upholstery not tucked properly when car door panel removed, third light bulb broken and not replaced; new side mirror scratched upon installation; vinyl wrapping scratched when rear bumper removed; interior trim parts not aligned properly upon installation; door panel for electric windows & mirror switches loose and not replaced, properly installed upon removal. Mounting screw post broken and left in vehicle floor board, not sure if part was replaced given broken screw mount.
