I brought my Mazda CX5 in with my passanger door rubbing.g the fender for an appointment to see what it would take to fix it. Omar looked at it and said it would be an easy fix. He took my car to the bay and adjusted the door and fender. Brought my car back to me all fixed and ready to go! This is why we are repeat customers! Thank you so much for taking care of us!!! I definitely recommend this place!

Everyone was very helpful and quick. When I called they were able to get my car in same-day with a diagnosis. I had my vehicle back in less than 24 hours and when I picked it up, it was even washed. I wasn't able to pick up my vehicle before they closed, so someone even stayed late for me. They also let me now about the warranty on their services. I hope I don't need anymore repairs, but if I do, I know where to go. No fuss, just professional and efficient.

I was in a collision recently and was overwhelmed by the negative impact in every sense of the matter. I worked so hard to keep my 2016 Scion in tip top shape so that the resale value would remain at the top of the scale. I was so devastated when this happened. Not being originally from the area, I had no idea where I would take my car for repairs. So my insurance recommended Kniesel's Collision. As skeptical as I was, I went ahead and researched Kniesel's and found outstanding reviews. At arrival I was greeted by Omar Hernandez. Talk about positive energy, Omar made me feel at ease. He answered all my questions, was not pushy, arrogant, etc. By the time I left, I was still a bit skeptical but I felt confident with my decision. Omar kept me in the loop in every aspect of my car repair. This type of employee is really hard to come by these days and I hope Kniesel's know what they have. Kniesel's really does stand by their "Core Values". I was amazed with the end product. My car looked brand new when I picked it up. I would recommend Omar on behalf of Kniesal's to my family and close friends. Thank you Omar.

My mother has a brand new nissan, something happened with the door frame which has been setting off the alarm system for months. For months the dealership has been gaslighting her. Today I followed her around to different repair shops. We came to the store, the guy looked at it and said hey I'll fix it I'll fix it right now and did it in 10 minutes!Tell your friends and family!

Omar s original estimate was extremely accurate. Nadine was so nice and helpful to me when dealing with State Farm s mobile app in retrieving documents, what a sweetheart she is. Alex, kept me updated on repairs and insurance adjustments and approvals. These folks are awesome. Highly recommended. Good luck. 0 stars.I took my car here, got an estimate, etc: they called a wrong number not associated with me to follow up, never got a response from me , and now I ll have to pay out of pocket to fix my car.The person who said they d look into it never called back too.

I took my car in for a repair after an accident, referred by my insurance company. Ray was very kind and professional, as well as very thorough and informative. Worked with my insurance company and kept me informed the whole way every step. The service was top notch, more than any other body shop I've gone to after an accident. For the first time ever someone considered the functionality of the car rather than just replace a bumper and the car still shakes or pulls to the left or something funky still after an accident. Not at this auto body shop. They did an alignment and everything, even detailed my car! I would highly recommend!

The workmanship was over and above what most shops would do. Ray was a true Angel on earth!! He helped make sure that my car was taken care of from start to finish. They checked my steering, wheels, bumper & more. I will recommend Kniesel s to all my family and friends.

I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Thompson's Collision if you ever need work done. Ron and his whole team were all super helpful, quick, and went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle got fixed. The repairs were all amazing and they got my vehicle fixed quickly. They kept me updated throughout the entire process as well. Super professional and overall just an awesome experience!

The plastic piece under my bumper needed to be replaced. They were able to replace it in a short period of time and even cleaned the outside of my car. There was cement on the paint due to roadwork. I was surprised and happy to get by car back so quickly and sparkling clean. They were friendly, honest and very accommodating.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Went here so they can evaluate my car and give a damage estimate as part of geico's claim process. It took well over a week to submit a few pictures and a guess on how much repairs would be. Honestly it could have been done before I even left the parking lot. This delayed repairs on my car for over a week

Ray helped me with my g35, I had been rear ended. Ray showed me the damage after the car was taken apart, explained how they were going to fix it. I thought they did a real professional job with my truck everyone was really nice when I got my truck back there were things that were done that I didn't even ask for and I appreciated everything that they gave me. They vacuumed out my truck they washed my truck they replaced my antenna which the antenna really wasn't part of the deal and they went ahead and replaced it anyway I was really happy about everything that they did just couldn't believe the company could go that far to do so much to make you happy.Service: Body & Trim

This is the best place ever for repairs.you are kept up to date on progress daily.Ron is such a pleasant fellow.their service is that of 20 years ago. When the customer and vehicle were top priority. You don't get service like that nowadays.this place rocks.when suv was finished.they washed it and delivered it back to our home.No need to look further. Thompsons is the place to go.thankyou Ron and your staff.if I could give you 100 stars I would.i will recommend you always.

Constant car alarms blaring at all hours and the tow trucks in the backlot often operate throughout the night with backup alarms and sporadic crashes and thuds.03/14/21After getting a response from the owner of the property and doing more research we as a community have discovered that the company accurate adjustments is a non better business bureau accredited company operating without an accurate business license on file through state documentation. We cannot verify that thompsons collision is not approving operation of this front company from their property and have no evidence to show that such a company exists at this time.Thank you concerned citizens:)

If you want your car to be held hostage for almost 2 months for repairs then yeah bring it here. Ridiculous and honestly they make it seem like its your fault too. Horrible

Very unprofessional, came in to do a simple estimate of a damage to the car and they showed all kinds of attitude because all i wanted is the estimate, not repairs, but the estimate was being payed for. Do not recommend

This is a great body shop. I have had several cars worked on over the years and all have been returned in like new condition.
