I just arrived home from getting an oil change here. I would only visit this location for 3 years straight for my oil changes. However, I stop coming here 4 years ago after learning they have a military discount, yet never offered it to my even though I was always in uniform, because I was serving on active duty.I was in a pinch this morning, and I literally live around the corner, so I stopped by today. I asked Marcos if they still offer military discount, which he confirmed. I told him I'll show him my military ID, and as I was reaching for it, he said, "No need Sir." Even though I have no problem showing my ID for a discount, which I'm grateful for, it's nice to know a Soldier's word still carries some weight. Thank you Marcos, and keep up the great work.

Manager is very stupid guy!!! When I just arrived, the guys told me that ok, we will change your fuel filter for 200, you can wait, after I lost 30-40 minutes in line, a stupid manager comes out and says that he cannot change it for me today!!! I think he was too lazy to do it!!!

I was a regular customer at this location. I brought my Audi in for an oil change a little while back. After I left a bunch of the warning lights came on. I took it to the Audi dealership and they said that all kinds of things were taken loose. The worse part is is that my Prada sunglasses were stolen by one of the techs at Jiffy Lube. I m pissed about that. I hope my prescription gives the thief a headache every time they try to wear them.

The guys that work there are awesome and very funny. They make sitting in your car not so bad haha Definitely would recommend this location and jiffy any time!

Came here for an oil change, the big guy in charge recommended tire rotation. While doing a tire rotation they cross threaded one of my wheel studs. The big guy that was in charge here said it wasn t their fault. He said it happened somewhere else s. I m a mechanic also, today was my day off and I didn t feel like working on my car. I know what a cross thread look like. For the record 1/19/24. How hard is it just to rotate a tire? So simple! The big guy that was in charge kept trying to manipulate me saying "it must ve happened somewhere else. Cross thread is a Big Red Light for beginners.

I waited 3 hours for my oil change. Only to have a employee lie and say then checked my tires. I sat in my car the entire time. When the cashier asked the tech about it. He called me a stupid lier. As I was driving home. My car started smoking and looked under my hood. Oil stilled all over the the cap wasn't on correctly. This is completely unacceptable. You just lost our business

I am very disappointed with over all service. I lived in a neighborhood and first time I came to this jiffy lube thought that it is close to my home so my oil change for my car I will come to this location very often. I have four cars. When I called to the location Ryan one of your employee told me that for oil change it will take 45-60 mins if I come now. I stoped my work and arrived the location in 10 mins. Just for oil cage it took 2 hours and 15 mins which is not acceptable. Top of that I told them to check all the liquid and tire pressure which you guys do anyway. When I paid lady show me the screen and told me that everything is ok we checked all water and checked tire pressure and all tire pressure have 35psi. When I started the car and on my meter I checked the tire pressure it was not 35psi and your technician forgot to check the tire pressure at all. What kind of service is this? The paper I got at the check out all checked but in reality it was not checked at all. How I will trust jiffy lube? Than they put some air on my tire after I told them that they did not do his job. The technician told me that he forgot to check the tires pressure. I paid $150 and not satisfied at all not sure if he out the the right oil which I paid for it.. Very disappointed .

I always went downtown due to prior negative experiences at this location. However, today I was in a rush and tried to give them another chance. I was pleasantly surprised at the positive change in staff s approach. They were friendly and timely. The new manager Kam who helped me was articulate, expert, and competent. I will be going back to this Natomas location. Thank you to the awesome staff.

Standard oil change. They do attempt to assist as much as they can. Only draw backs is the TIME...if you come here block out at least 2 hours. The timing here is not the best and i hope that with this review they can improve their timing. If not plan go to the dealership instead since it's going to be a long wait time at least they have coffee, snacks, and you can look at the car models.

After going to this location for a year now I will no longer bring my car to this location. First bad experience: I left after getting a full synthetic oil change & as I m driving down the road I hear a scraping noise so I took it right back and they didn t put the screws back on that holds the skid plate and the undercarriage was hanging. Second and last bad experience: Had a full synthetic oil change a few weeks later I kept hearing a metal/rough noise when driving. Took it to my mechanic and he advised me that I had very low oil and could have blown my engine. How is this possible when I just received an oil change from Jiffy Lube and my car has no mechanical issues. I will NEVER go back to this location or any Jiffy Lube.I advise everyone to go elsewhere for your oil change !

Too bad Ryan, who is approachable and knowledgeable and polite doesn t run the place.The missing front desk person, Libby is rude, condescending and probably was irritated that she was asked a question as she was no where to be found.Anyway, tried to request pricing, or even to se if a fuel filter could be changed. I was told that she can not use the computer because her supervisor is not there.She is the front desk person and she is not allowed to use the computer to get pricing. (Read again in slow sarcastic tone)Nuff said.

My husband is the store manager of 384 and my car died on me in my college parking lot while he was at work and he sent me to 656 northgate store while I was reluctant since he handles all of my car needs from filling the gas to breaks etc. I m so happy with my service from pulling up being greeted to check out! I realize the Jiffy Lube Shop on Northgate in Sacramento needs more staff, but a 1.7 hour wait for my oil change was not a Jiffy.

We stopped into the Jiffy lube on Northgate Blvd in Sacramento yesterday for a quick oil service. The young lady that greeted us was very nice and actually made us feel like they appreciated our business. We had no coupons so she showed us where to get some.We were given the cost of the service, waited a few minutes and pulled it in. From start to finish it took about 20 minutes including having the cabin air filter changed which in our vehicle is kind of a pain.The crew was quick and professional making sure only to do what was agreed at the check-in. Ford requires a couple things for a service and they brought it in and made sure I was aware before hand.All and all a good experience which these days is rare.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

They really wasn't ready for a Volvo. First it was $180 for a oil change. Second that wasn't with the premium synthetic oil. Third it took way too long, several cars were serviced during the time my car was in the bay. That's what I get for trying to save money

If you want to pay for non-existent services, then you are here. A disgusting organization with an obviously fraudulent service scheme. I wanted to pass a Rideshare inspection. In the end, I paid 126 dollars for air I asked them not to change my oil and not to touch the filters, but they still pretended to change my oil and even included an oil filter in the bill, which no one changed.

I typically will do my oil changes at a shop closer to home, however on some occasions, the need for an oil change comes up before I even realize it and I end up scrambling around to get it done. On those few occasions, I have gone to Jiffy Lube and based on my past experience, I never really expect much, but this most recent visit far exceeded my expectations.I was one of the first customers that had arrived at this location shortly before they opened. I was able to drive up and was given the option to stay in the car or wait inside. I opted to stay in my car, which was an option I loved because I have at times gotten oil changes elsewhere and my steering wheel and the inside of my car were left dirty by workers who have worked on my car.While sitting in the car, I was able to see how the team worked on my car efficiently. Each member of the team performed certain tasks and communicated with each other during the entire time I was there. They did inspections where they checked my lights to ensure they were operational, completed the oil change, and surprisingly, I was even offered to have window cleaning while the work was being done.After all was done, I drove my care out while I went inside to pay for the service. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience here. Jiffy Lube was always really just a backup for me in case I forgot to time my oil changes right, but now they may end up being my main spot. I do pay a little bit more than I normally would elsewhere, but it is definitely worth it in my opinion.

I waited 2 hours for them to tell me to take it to an specialist because the filter cup wasn t coming out they even show me how they did it and told me they couldn t change my oilSpecialist mechanic twisted the right way and took it off in less than 1 minI felt like they gave me an excuse to let me go without changing my oil after I waited 2 hours I know it was a busy day but I really don t appreciate the lack of knowledge and going to a mechanic that charged me double

Great experience! In and out in no time. The girl at the register was so friendly as was the intake girl. Work was done to my satisfaction. Customer service a huge plus. Overheard manager talking to a dissatisfied customer on the phone - and it was delightful. All in all a very good experience.

What a great group of people! Friendly and great service! Emily was wonderful and took care of me. Unfortunately they couldn t service my truck because of how massive it is and recommended a place down the street who could safely and appropriately torque the bolts down. She made sure that my fluids were topped off and that I was safe to leave the location. Glad she could help me out. Highly recommend!!!

They broke my passenger side front light then commenced to lie about it and not fix it. I felt treated poorly.
