The staff was friendly, inviting, informative, and very charismatic. They had my car done and ready in less than a time they quoted me. Everything was very smooth and seamless. Highly recommend anyone that needs a quick oil change and check up Jiffylube is the place to go.

I don't recommend this location unless you have two or more hours to wait. Even with a short crew they should push out one car at a time. Instead workers are jumping from car to car in the bays. It doesn't make sense to not tackle one vehicle as a team. I definitely won't be back.

Wanted a simple oil change. Waited 10 Mins to be acknowledged/directed where to park. Then tried to approach a sales person/mechanic named David who curtly said he'll check me in in 2 minutes. I went about my business for another 15-20 without him checking me in. Tried to get his attention, had to ask another mechanic if could check in so that I could run an errand and come back, at which point he said to ask David. Pretty sure he should ask David, esp since he was actively ignoring me. Decided to leave. It's reasonable to have to wait to get your oil changed. Not reasonable to wait 25 mins before you can even speak to someone. Been to many jiffy lubes where you're quickly checked in and it may take an hr before you get your car back. Not a big deal. It's simply basic customer service to say hello and give people estimated times.

Oil service as I ve done before. Second time where within a week I ve had all new car troubles that I never had before. 1st time over a year ago, different vehicle, had an oil change done and not 4 days later did I need a new turbo because it burnt out due to no oil. This past Sunday I went with my newer car, oil change topped fluids the whole normal service (which I appreciate) and now again 4 days later my car overheats with 0 coolant in it. Took cap off and inside my rad it s dryer than the Sahara Desert. Unfortunately there s nothing Jiffy Lube can do for me unless I prove there was negligible actions that occurred to cause my new found problem. Thanks Jiffy Lube, for making me realize it s worth paying more for a real and better service. Will recommend to my family, friends, significant other that all Jiffy Lube locations are not to be trusted. That s what happens when you want quick and easy instead of done properly by real train professionals. I appreciate the service, but this is the 2nd time I ve had new found problems with my vehicle just days after a service, and I ll never go back. Wish you and your employees all the best still, and a happy (ha) holiday.

I've been a regular at this Jiffy Lube for about a year now. I have several vehicles for my business, so I'm always rotating cars in to this location, since it's convenient to where I work. I come in about once per month. My experience has been mixed. The good parts are: (1) the staff are generally very friendly, professional, and welcoming and (2) the staff seem like they have good expertise, are very thorough, and I trust them to work on my cars. The bad parts: (1) The Owner, David, is professional, but is not super friendly and welcoming. Even though I come in regularly and I always speak to him when checking in and out, he never seems to recognize me or greet me or learn my name. He also seems very irritated and inconvenienced when customers use coupons or gift cards; (2) the wait time can be long at times (hit or miss); and (3) it seems like EVERY time I am there, they always upsell the engine air filter and the engine coolant. I usually pay for it, but it makes me doubt whether the car truly needs these items or whether they are just seeking extra profit items. Overall, I trust their expertise, but I think they can work on being more welcoming and really creating that "wow" experience for the customer.

They re really nice and helpful when I go. I usually have great service every time I visit. The only thing that got me a little disappointed, they said they vacuumed the inside of my car but when I got in they didn t. Besides that it s nice location to go to.

Best jiffy lube I ve been to! Went in for a oil change and was done quickly I was greeted by the manager and he was very polite and respectful Im coming to this location from now on

Overall had a good experience at this JiffyLube location. I had called before heading over for an oil change to see what the wait time would since they are a first come first serve location. I was told 35-40 min and that estimate was spot on. As soon as I pulled in I was acknowledged and greeted. I was attended by a young man named Ryan. I was impressed by his knowledge and great customer service. I explained why I was there and he made the whole experience very pleasant and comfortable. He explained to me the options of service I had along with prices, and never felt pressured into getting something I really didn't want or need. He also noticed my check engine light was on and offered to help me with that as well. He even let me know to check out the website for coupons that I could apply, and I thought that was extremely awesome. I decided to take a short walk while I waited for my car to be done, he even called to tell me that I really didn't need my tires rotated since my better 2 tires were already in the front, and about a minor problem that came up and my options with the prices before he moved forward. When I got back to the shop I only waited a few minutes inside before my car was done. I did notice the floor being kinda dirty, it could've had a good sweeping and mopping. I usually try not to be to picky on that kind of stuff when I rate and review a new location for the first time, because I understand that it could have been a busy morning and there was no one available to get to it. If I do notice it again on another visit then I'd have to take off a star for cleanliness. Other than that, I was Very happy with the overall experience largely due to the wonderful customer service I received from Ryan, I'd definitely bring my car back there again. I drove away happy and confident about the work that was done.

This JL has been a rough visit in the past, so i was reluctant to come back. But the staff working when i was there was on point, a good group of people who seemed like they enjoyed their jobs and each other, good vibe and still professional service. Will be back!

Thank you so much for the help everyone was pleasant and service was prompt and thorough! Thank you to David my advisor at the (Downtown Sacramento Capitol location) for being thoughtful and explaining all the work done to my vehicle as well as doing a walk around with me at the end to show me what was done and ensure the work was good before I left. This was a very impressive touch!!

I will not be going to Jiffy Lube ever again. I did not get my oil changed or the top off I originally went in for. The guy was rude said that we had to wait 45 minutes to an hour. If you ask me the system is broken they should have 1 person be able to do top offs so customers can get in and get out real quick instead of waiting for full service oil changes 4, 5, or 6 cars that doesn't make sense to me. Also we wanted to stay in the vehicle and pull it in like most places do since covid and he said now we had to get out of the car. Anyways long story short I will not be returning to Jiffy Lube. I believe they had shorted me oil and in the first place I had Full synthetic oil in my Buick enclave and the guy told me when I first took it there for the first time that he never serviced a Buick before so he wasn't sure about anything I should have drove off then. Live and learn.

For the past 3 years, we have been coming to this Jiffy Lube and always had great service until today. We arrived at 7:25 am and checked in at 7:30. We were told that they did not have our oil filter. and they would have to order one (2013 Cadillac). Our filter arrived at 9:30am. We left the station at 10:00am. Our car was the only one that was not immediately serviced. They serviced serviced all of the other vehicles that came after us. When the filter arrived, they were going to drive our car around and place it at the end of the waiting vehicles. When we complained about the additional waiting time, they backed our car into the bay and installed the filter. I did inventory for my father when he had his auto repair shop, I can not believe that they do not complete an inventory list when the item is running low.

I arrived at a great time and was in and out in about 30 minutes. Good price for and oil change, tire rotation, and filter change. Go to Green Rider Auto Service instead. Faster service for about the same or lower price. And it's a mom and pop shop. For a place called "jiffy" lube, I'm never there for less than 30 minutes.

I always go to Jiffy Lube Today went into the downtown location Checked in by Robert Great customer service so nice and friendly I was checked out by Jose again great service they all thanked me for coming These guys are great I must say that this is the best Jiffy lube I've ever been to This will now be my forever oil spot Thank you guys

About a month ago my wife went in and got an oil change. Robert told her that her battery was testing very low and showed her the test. We couldn't afford it. Today her car wouldn't start. I am out of town so she was stuck. We live by JiffyLube so she called and talked to Robert he came by and jumped the car. She went right to JiffyLube and they replaced the battery. She offered Robert money for gas he refused it. He said we were part of the JiffyLube family. There's no place that gives service like this. Robert is the best. We will always go to JiffyLube. Thank you for the great service

Crew couldn t figure out how to remove cowling to get at air filter. Dip stick was not fully seated after service, which cost me $150 for diagnostics after it failed a smog inspection later that week.

Always great service and attention at this place. I had a minor after-service problem, and Roberto the manager jumped right on the situation and fixed it immediately, with alacrity. Well deserving of five stars.

They were pretty timely, busy workers. Whoever was working on my car broke my parking break then wrote on the paperwork that it was already broken when they started working on the car. It was not. They also "cleaned my windows" but the windows were more dirty after said cleaning than before i brought the car in. I still tipped the employees because i could tell they were working hard, and were probably all under paid and just overall trying to do so their best.

Came in for an oil change today, was told it would be about an hour & a half until my car would be done which was no big deal at all, I had no where to be. They ended up having it done within an hour so that was great! Super friendly staff as well. I ll definitely be back :)

I highly suggest going anywhere but here. After they told me it was about 45 for the service. I then waited 2 hours!! The extremely rude gentleman by the name of David said not sorry but too bad we re busy. I informed them several times that I needed to get my son from school and they just blew me off. Horrible experience. Worst customer service and its was $200 dollars for the oil change!!!

I'm normally hesitant to use quick-lube places, but I decided to give this place a try since it's so convenient. I ended up being really happy with my experience. The employees were friendly and professional, the waiting area was pleasant, and they had me out in less than an hour. I double checked the oil level, splash guard clips, etc. after the service, and everything looked good. I'll be back for my next oil change.

David was nothing short of a gentleman! So happy to see him when I get there.Its nice to run into employees time and time again who genuinely take pride in their work. Their sense of pride leaves the customer with the sense that their car is in good hands. Kept me updated throughout the way and always informs me if there's something more I might want to consider or when my car is in tip top shape! I hope that David is taken care of by the company as well as he takes care of his customers. He even made a point to hold open every day. It's the little things that add up to a great experience.Thanks guys I'll see you in about 6k miles!

ATTENTION LADIES!! If you must go to this place, please go with someone. Not alone! I was at work and my girlfriend went there for an oil change and was harassed by an employee by touching her and asking her personal questions! If you can avoid this place please do so. If the manager sees this please deal with your employees! Unacceptable.Service: Oil change

Oil change was fine, but they could not rotate my tires. Not 100% sure as they had done it at this location before. Since I usually have my tires rotated when I have the oil changed its likely I will go somewhere else that can provide both services.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Hands-down the greatest experience that I've ever had happen quick efficient and very very very friendly. This Jiffy Lube over here is definitely want to come to I haven't been to many in Sacramento but this one I'm definitely coming back to they were so polite and so hospitable to me and my girlfriend

I brought a 2013 Isuzu NPR here and they had me wait in line for an hour. When it was my turn to get an oil change they informed me that they couldn t bring the car up in the jiffy lube system and declined service. Big guy leaving his shift said they ve done a bunch of them in the past and that they d take good care of me. When I asked why they didn t check that before I waited in line for an hour she threw up her hands and said I don t know. Massive waste of time, super unprofessional.
