Came for full service oil change, Ash helped us and has helped us in the past. Ash has extraordinary customer service, super friendly, personable and welcoming. We return to this location specifically for his amazing service! We were in and out in 30 minutes! Kudos to Jiffy Lube for having such awesome employees! 5 stars, 10/10, 100% recommend to anyone looking for an easy, outstanding experience.

The wait was long, but the approach by the staff was friendly and they communicated effectively so I didn t even care about the wait. The front desk associate helped suggest which oil change is good for my car as well as offered me water and directed me to the bathroom if I needed it. Great shop overall from start to finish 5 Star!

Came here for an oil change. Arrived at 12:07 and didn t leave til 2:08. Was told everything would take 50 minutes and I ll be on my way in those 50 minutes. There was only one car ahead of me. However, no one came back to my car til after an hour and 40 minutes of waiting. A car that came after me was seen before me. I heard one of the workers say it was his mistake and that I should've been seen first but they didn't do anything to rectify the situation. I was there for 2 hours for an oil change. Not once did anyone apologize for the wait. They gave me $24 off my oil change but I don t think that's nearly enough to make up for the time taken and the disrespect I received. Also, no one came and asked if I wanted my filter cleaned or anything topped off like they usually did. And I know I needed my filter cleaned. Never coming back here again

I got my oil changed there but I am pretty sure they didn't even changed the oil. All of my fluids are way low . I don't think they did anything but blow off my engine and cleaned the oil filter so it looked new.That's all they did

I typically come here just for oil and filter changes. This includes the cabin air filter too. They are usually quick and they review the work performed when they hand your back your car keys. On-line coupons can be kept and used for other cars and future visits.

Good place for oil change. When I arrived there was 3 cars ahead, it took over an hour to get to me. I came for just an oil change. The people here are friendly and helpful. Overall good spot.

Cregan who helped me out was a great help in educating me on whats going on with my car, any recommendations said and reflecting on everything that was done and being able to teach me how to properly do certain things so that way in the future i can be aware of what to look for and what to do. An amazing employee and hard worker. Another crew member (didnt get name) who originally checked me in also helped show me how to use a certain function on my car that i wasnt aware of. staff team there in Sacramento at this specific location i went to were top tier and deserve not only raises but should be recommended for bonuses (if thats a thing) thanks for the great service and knowledge given to me!Service: Oil change

My experience with Jiffy Lube was very simple and straight forward. The staff were knowledgeable and positive. They were a lot speedier than I thought and appreciate the maintenance done on my vehicle. Thank you Jiffy Lube staff!

The folks at Jiffy Lube on Fulton Avenue were fantastic today. They were busy but two team members came over to make sure I knew what would happen, the wait was about what they said it would be, and everyone was pleasant. I'd been having a few problems with my car and my daughter recommended the Jiffy Lube on Marconi/Watt Ave. She's always commented on their helpful and very professional service. She was absolutely correct. In a world we're professional behavior is not the norm I was pleasantly surprised. They were very informative and although they could not repair the issue with my car, they gave me a free (check engine light) diagnostic which helped me resolve the issue with my car. Can you believe it? These guys are great. Due to their honesty and professionalism I'm going to throw all of my business their way and I'll be telling my friends about them as well. I'll be going back for the services they do provide brake pads, alignments, wiper blades, etc...I definitely trust the crew at Jiffy Lube with the maintenance of my car.

Didn t explain I have to pay even it s not pass or if I have to fix something I ll have to pay twice the fee.Just inspection, I was told 20 minutes but took me 45 minutes, and anytime I go there they ask me to pay for something. Bad thing they said well, either I have to change it here or I have to pay twice the fee, even if I have to come back in 10 minutes. I got charged 20$ on a single wiper which is 7$ No more business here.

The customer service at the Jiffy Lube on Fulton in Sacramento is excellent! Every employee was friendly, professional, communicated clearly and succinctly. I was greeted as I was pulling into the parking lot, which was great since I usually feel lost or overwhelmed or in the way otherwise. I really appreciate how Jiffy lube makes it a point to include their customers in the process, and I had every question answered satisfactorily. It was very refreshing to have an efficient and pleasant experience at a business in Sacramento. That is why I always take my car to Jiffy Lube on Fulton in Sacramento! I started taking my cars to Jiffy Lube 10 years ago and I never stopped. I have lived in the Sacramento area for the past 5 years. This location in Sacramento off of Fulton is by far the best I have ever experienced. I use a lot of their services and I never have any regrets. I have tried locations all up and down the West coast and throughout the country. I really appreciate all of the employees at this location. I always leave feeling at ease and it is always a pleasure interacting with the people at this location. I bring all 3 of my vehicles to this Fulton location and I have never experienced an issue. I even tell my friends and family about this location.

Not sure why it took 2 hours from start to finish when I arrived before they opened and I was the 3rd car in line. I called the day before to get a quote on how long it might take and they said the first car in the bay is usually out within 15 minutes. The second car, 25 minutes. The first car was finally out in about 45 minutes minimum. The second car was pushing an hour. My car was finally brought into the bay at about 1.5 hours in.Not sure why My car took almost 45 minutes from start to finish. I saw a ton of just hanging out and chatting. My car say there untouched and unoccupied for 10 minutes before he decided to vacuum it and then 10 minutes later drive it out after a few more conversations. One thing they don t do is breaks.. I called prior to bringing my car in if they did breaks & was told yes. I paid wayy more than they would ve charged me at Econo, 1 minute away from this store, which i ended up having to go to after my appointment here. The workers had a ton of people & were seen walking around with Red Bulls & snacks.. this wouldn t bother me normally.. but they were just messing around with each other. They had two cars up at one time & would start working on one only with 6 workers? On one car? Few of them were literally just standing there. Beyond irritated by my experience. You would think for a family owned business they would fight for the name.. YOU ARE WASTING YOUR MONEY HERE.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs, Oil change

Came in to get oil change and wiper blades, the team told me about their top it off program, if your oil was too low. Mine was fine, and all the other fluid levels were checked. Thanks for spotting out that one of my belts was cracked. Honda never cared that much, to go above and beyond. Thank you Ashley and Team! See you guys soon.

I went to the Jiffy Lube out here in the arden area and they were prompt with the cars that they had in line before us. Oil change was fast and they went above and beyond for my car, they added a little complementary vacuum service, (I was in dire need of a power vaccuum), topped my power steering fluid, and put air in my tires and cleaned my winshield. They were all sweet. They are my new go to spot to service my car in the near future! Thank you guys and blessings.Service: Oil change

Today I went in around 8:15 looking for an oil service. I was greeted immediately with no wait time. I was told the prices with each oil, and was told they would look at my car to see if anything else needed to be fixed. I waited for about 15 minutes and they toldMe the minor things needed (coolant, air filter, new wipers) I told them what they could do and then they proceeded. The 2 gentleman who worked on my car provided excellent service and I am very great full during these times. This was my first experience ever at another place besides my usual car dealership. These guys were faster than they usually are and incredibly prompt. I was in and out in about 30 minutes with one car ahead of me. I typically get great customer service and the team here is good at providing that. Offered to rotate my tires and when they heard I just had that done, were kind about it.My only complaint was lack of mask usage by patrons indoors. A family was there and they struggled to keep their masks on during my visit and I opted to sit outside.Overall a good experience.Service: Oil change

I love this location on Fultin in Sacramento. The staff is always very nice. The waiting room is always cool and clean. My wait time was reasonable. They always give an accurate wait time. I was quoted 38.95 for oil change was charged 85.95 because they rotated my tires and I didn't ask for that!! Never going back again. Also got there at 9am told him I need to be gone by 10am if they can't do that I'll try another day. He said yes of course no problem! My truck was done at 10am the manager was too busy talking that I didn't get out of there till 10:35 am!!! Worst place to go if you are a woman

Seldom do I give such a rating. This crew deserves 5+stars! I always focus on customer service and trust with repair shops. They provide both here along with efficiency. Skill, teamwork and appreciation displayed won me over. Great coffee also.
