Very kind interaction and quick fix for my O2 sensor. But I still need to have more done for my car so I might be back soon.Side note I like this sign/poster in the waiting room.

Super fast, reliable, in N out, they got my truck done in 1.5 days I got a full performance lift kit with wheels and tires I would highly recommend this auto mechanic shop, great customer service and very knowledgeable and respectful workers.

Great service! I had been dealing with an insurance claim and a poor experience with my first auto shop. Since I was still having noticeable issues with my car's performance, I got a second opinion from Julio, and he was able to identify the issues immediately, where the other shop had failed on multiple counts. Not only was he able to turn things around for me, but he performed and communicated with such professionalism and care. Hands down the best experience I have ever had from an auto shop. His experience, work ethic, and credibility are unmatched, and I will be recommending him to my friends, family, and community. Thanks JCR Performance!

First came here about 3 months ago to install a aftermarket horn after my stock one started to sound weaker they got the horn installed in 30 mins a lot sooner than I was expecting & the price was reasonable overall a pretty professional experience I had will be coming back.

I'm glad I found these guys.I'm very satisfied with JRC PERFORMANCE, the team helped me get my fuel pump replacement installed. My visit was timely, I was in and out under 2 hours. Technician explained everything so that I understood. Also I really appreciated the compassion shown, I'll definitely be back.

I am very happy that I took my car here. I have a regular shop that I go to, but my car kept dying, so I decided to give JCR a try since I really need someone new to tell me what's going on. I can say, it was worth it. My car is running well and no longer shakes like crazy. They replaced what I suspected were the problems. I can tell the owner really want to make sure my car was taken care of as it should be. Saved me from getting another car when you're broke and don't want a new car payment. Lol

5-25-22 Julio, owner of JCR Performance, is knowledgeable about all makes of cars and believes in old fashioned customer service which is missing with so many businesses, including the dealerships. His shop has serviced my 2009 Ford Fusion for an oil leak and my 2017 Chevy Silverado 2500 for electrical issues. The shop prices are fair and the job is done when promised. Julio takes the time to provide a precise estimate of the work and thoroughly explain what is needed and how to fix it. They can t seem to grasp the understanding that turbo cars don t need back pressure. i Called to see if they could cut my resonators off and they said no because the car will loose back pressure. Even though it s a twin turbo car and every where you look it says turbos need the least amount of back pressure for the most performance. SMH don t take your car to these people who don t know nothing about cars. Crazy how stubborn they are too after I tried to tell them many times that back pressure isn t needed on turbo cars. Just a Bunch of old heads that don t know nothing about new cars. What a disappointment smh.
