Super happy with the work HQ did on my Tesla model 3! They re friendly, professionals and knowledgeable. Their top priority is customer satisfaction and excellent quality. I highly recommend this shop. Location is not that great but their shop is super clean with huge tv and nice seating area with a billiard pool, very comfortable to just lounge while you wait. I can t wait to bring in the rest of our vehicles. Thank you Tru, Toussaint & crew for an amazing job!

Took the car in just to get the tint removed, and had a great experience all around. Scheduling was super simple over the phone and the gentleman I spoke with was very frank with how the removal would go and showed real care and intelligence. Will happily take the car back here when we want to have the tint done again. Thank you so much!

Used HQ to tint windows and they did a great job. The guys were professional and the windows look great. I paid a little extra for a lifetime warranty, which I feel was a really good price. Will definitely go back for my next vehicle.

Great job on my windows! Very happy with how long it took to complete the job and the finished product is exactly what I wanted. The team was very helpful and friendly. They have a great waiting room area too.

I went to HQ to get me car windows tinted because they are open on Saturday. Had it done with in a couple of hours. Found bubbles in some of the work and scratches on one of the windows. Call that same day. And they were willing to fix it that same day. But I had things to get done. So took it back a couple of weeks later without an appointment. They took it in fixed the windows without any problems or hassles. Would recommend them to everyone. Got full windows tinted. There were bubbles after 2 weeks in the port and rear windows. So I brought it in for warranty fix. Called and the lady on the phone confirmed appt for 11 a.m. Sat 2/5I get there and the workers tell me 20-30 min. After 1.5 hours of waiting they tell me I wasn't in the system for an appointment. Frustrating. I have better things to do on a Saturday. The workers were nice enough, but the quality and customer experience was bad.Service: Vehicle window tinting

I went to this place on 11/16/2022, these people lie about the price they said they would beat Groupon price which is $149.00 which is 57% off of $350. They charged me Double Price then Groupon Groupon price of $149.00 they charge me $350.00 the full price. They didn t do the work right and try to raise the price two hundred more dollars on me. Don t use this company for anything done on your car.Service: Vehicle window tinting

I waited a month until leaving this review, just to make sure everything held up. The film is in good shape and done nicely, so definitely check this place out. I found a lot of shops were only open Mon-Fri when I was at work. These guys work hard, everyday, and don t stop until the job is done. On top of that, I walked in to see what pricing is like and they did the job the same day!

Really impressed with the quality and speed of this location. The gentlemen that greeted me quickly made sure the price and how long it would take were accurate with the quote over the phone. It was less than an hour for the two windows I needed done. They were very cool and polite. Called got estimate on phone, set up appt. Paid $280 for kia sorrento, was $50 cheaper than any other place. Did a great job and only took 1.5 hrs.

I was hesitant at first since they didn't have many reviews but were better then some other shops in the area I decided to give them a try though overall the tinting looks nice minus the obvious smudging from them putting them on though I've never heard of tinting inside only of the car though I'm assuming it's good quality that's why though apparently I have a lifetime warranty but not sure what that covers. The waiting area was clean and cool they had tv for customers and nice comfortable couches as well. My only issue is a customer brought in a dog that apparently is racist and or just not people friendly because it kept growling and trying to bark at customers , the staff including me and my child that are poc Though didn't bark at someone the shade of their owner. Only service dogs should be allowed in buildings not regular non helpful pets because it can prevent lawsuits in the future if the animal attacks someone. Hopefully my tints stay in good condition as some reviews are doubting their skill would recommend to a family or friend.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Great job tinting my car windows. They took much time explaining the different tints and what was best for me and my concerns. They said it would take about 3 hours, however, it took 5 hours. Be prepared to leave car for a while. They were very busy.

Really wanted to give them 5 stars. Service was great, tint looks good minus one small issue. Got my car back with a gash on my hood shown in the pictures. There are others I noticed, but don't have previous pictures of them. Contacted the owner, said he'd look through video footage, haven't heard back from him in 3 days. Don't go here unless you want to your paint cut.

I bought on Groupon deal for 149$ all car tinting (5) they never explain or mention on groupon if you want al 5 front should be 70% because is illegal in Cali , but for 40$ they can do it legal 5-10% whatever you need,I think they have to mention it on description, of course I m not ok with 70% on the front, of course i paid 40$ moreTotal 195$ make sure ask them everything before you come in.On the end they did a good job Thank you

These guys are to be commended for their professionalism, from the phone call for the quote with Josiah to the returning my keys they were very kind and professional and they were very busy but really handled the situation well, I heard that there was a tool that broke and one of the guys who had already went home for the day came back, not to drop the tool off but to help his colleague finish the work and that definitely is commendable. I would definitely say that I would recommend this place to others in the future.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Would be nice if somewhere on the website it stated they DO NOT do automotive tinting on Mondays. Drove all the way down here (1 hour plus) to find out they are closed. Will BOT be doing business here. You had your one shot. You re done.

They did an amazing job on my Acura TL! Not only was the work amazing but they also recommended me that the option of tint I was getting will be bad for my car cause of my sound system so they suggested another tint that will work out didn't mind the extra $$ just wanted to say you guys are awesome keep it up I might just be coming back if I have another car or just recommend my friends and family to this business

If you love your car and value your money, avoid these guys. Unprofessional (hood style), very bad attitude treating you like they are doing you favor. Also they do not keep their word or do not stand for their word; when we discussed price, i mentioned to one of them that the other tint shop i deal with charges me significantly lower price for the same job and the same type of tint and same warranty. The guy said this is not true implying i am lier straight up like that, and he said if i prove this he will price match, well. We called the shop and he confirmed. But these guys did not stand for their word like men. That just made me hate the shop already. Anyway, this is not the worst part, the worst part that one of the windows, the tint peeled completely after a few months. Just avoid. Period.

Not bad a bit of a wait, got there at 1 pm per schedule and ended up waiting an hr before I went to the mall because they still didn't start on my vehicle. they told me 2 hrs but later told me 4 hrs. They were really busy though. And i did show up a little early. All and all appointment was at 1 pm and they finished at 6:30 pm. Be prepared to leave for a bit.

July of 2019 i got my 2016 Altima blacked out all around with Ceramic tint film and it had came out perfectly, have another appointment coming up in 4 days and the set up was easy and prices are great.

Despite the name HQ (High Quality), you won't find that service at this location. They will meet and greet you with friendliness and open arms. Until you become dissatisfy with the work done on your vehicle. Ex: I called in for an estimate, was quoted $150 from the receptionist for the service. Upon bringing my new 2014 Toyota Camry to the shop I was charge $208. I didn't mind that part, what disturb me most was I even purchased their Lifetime Warranty that covers defects to the material. After two weeks, I noticed streaks of bubbles on the tint job and scratches on the back of the passenger window. I arranged to redo the tint job. They made me wait over 1:25mins just to notice they replaced the scratch window and try heating the other windows to blend in the bubbles. On top of that, they scratch the window panel on the replaced window. When I brought it to the owner attention he tried to change the conversation to steer away from the concern. He didn't even apologize which could have made the situation at ease. Then he told me, "their is no such thing as a good aftermarket tint." I had to get it reevaluated from another tint shop. This has been the worst experience ever. Save your money and go to another tint location. The workers here are rookies but claim they have years of experience and professional skills.

Scheduled an appointment, installer was friendly and cool. Took about 3 hours from start to finish, it's been over a week and tints look good. Definitely recommend this establishment.

HQ has done all of my vehicles. (BMW,Audi and GM). They are efficient and the price is very competitive. I've been going for years and will continue to go back when needed.
