If you want even ANY semblance of "customer service", DO NOT SPEND YOUR LIFE SAVINGS AT THIS DEALERSHIP!!! AS SOON AS THEY GET YOUR MONEY AND GET YOU OFF THE LOT - WELL, YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN!!!

Weird Lazy service mechanics. I went in there today to buy a hydraulic landing gear for my fifth wheel trailer. They act like they never heard or seen such a thing. It looked at me like I was strange. Every old and new fifth will out there has either electric or hydraulic front landing gear. I called ahead about the part I was told to remove it off my fifth wheel and Bing the part into the store. I drove one way and an hour and a half back for nothing.

Thank you to Steve. He's the only employee at happy daze that new what he was talking about. He fixed the rv and remained in constant contact the whole time with progress. Thank you for being so great.

I only come here to get my warranty work done. They are disorganized and have high turnover, suggesting there is a serious management problem. I received my coach about 20 months ago and am still trying to get all of the issues worked out. I make reservations months ahead to give them time to source parts but by the time I get in there, the person I was working with has moved on and the next person seems to know nothing about my issues. Based on the poor service, I would seriously consider buying an RV elsewhere.

My first appointment went really well. Melissa really knows how to provide excellent customer service. I was able to set a follow-up appointment with her. The service technicians were very helpful in hooking up my rig so I could be on my way quickly..... their boss apologized for me having to wait too long.

We were pleasantly surprised with our first warranty work on our RV. We worked with Melissa who was amazing at customer service. From stories we heard we thought our RV would be sitting for weeks. We were in and out in 5 days time. Thank you Melissa and team for making our first experience a great one!

Good people. But to get things repaired in a timely manner and correct is another issue. We bought our 2020 Solitude a year ago and its been there more than not for repeat and new repairs (warranty work) The pointing of fingers between dealership and manufacture makes our heads spin. Just get it done. And get it done right the first time so we can try to start enjoying our RV. Just hope we can get over the fear of worrying about what's going to break, fall apart again, and/or now. Or pay us for rent.. We make our payments on time every month.

Phenomenal customer service!! We were on a road trip and had issues (user error) with our hitch. Called PullRite customer service, then got us in touch with their local dealer, Happy Daze. Jay and Gavin, plus a few more (we did a doozy) had us back up and running within a few hours. Amazing!!! I thought our trip was ruined, but they saved the day!

Mohammed, our technician, was thorough and explained every repair he made educating us above and beyond the call of duty. We are quite fortunate to have Mo taking care of our coach. Thanks to Happy Daze to hiring talented staff!Working with Casey as my service writer was a great experience. she's responsive and delivers on promises made. Super friendly and entertained my dog while i was going thru my coach with our technician, Mohammed.Happy Daze as provided me a positive experience even though I didn't purchase my Tiffin from them mainly due to low inventory caused by Covid.I'm still treated with respect as if I purchased with them.thanks to Casey & Mo!!Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

Happy Daze does a great job of going above and beyond to assist their customers, while navigating the sometimes difficult world of factory authorizations for warranty work. My service writer, Kasey, communicates well and is on top of it. Their repair techs are knowledgeable, thorough, careful and take pride in their work.We found the RV we wanted at Happy Daze, but at the time the one they had was sold and additional units were still a couple of weeks out from the factory. So we made the mistake of buying the same model off the lot of a "World" chain related dealer. We took our 5th wheel back to that "World" dealer for service because the refrigerator wasn't working. It took many weeks to get it scheduled, they sat on it for many more weeks without touching it, then couldn't find a problem with the refrigerator that wouldn't stay below 50-60 degrees.I called Grand Design and they walked me through some options. They recommended we take our 5th wheel to Happy Daze in Sacramento, so we did. It was a little time before Happy Daze could get us in, but once they got our 5th wheel, they got right to work. They quickly determined our refrigerator came from Dometic with a faulty compressor and ordered replacement parts. The parts were delivered damaged by the shipping company so Happy Daze rejected the broken ones and reordered the compressor. That didn't stop Happy Daze, they put the refrigerator back together so we could take a previously planned trip while they were waiting for the backordered parts. We knew the refrigerator still wouldn't work right but the "World" should have fixed it months ago. As soon as the parts were in Happy Daze called and scheduled the repair. They also replaced the TV mount in the living room. It would swing out while we were driving so the "World" wrapped the catch in electrical tape to tighten it up. The "World's" "repair" of course failed and the tv tore up the cabinetry to boot. When Happy Daze fixed the mount, they also replaced the damaged wood work. With the leftover wood they repaired another cabinet that I had accidentally damaged and didn't charge me for the work.Even with this giant review, after dealing with a few other dealership repair facilities, I can't say enough good stuff about Happy Daze Sacramento Service Center. Thank you Kasey and staff for your hard work and dedication!

Worst RV service center ever. Had struggled to get warranty work done, parts ordered. They changed managers and lost everything. Was able to get some repairs done. The then ordered a light which fell apart. They never called back, then I called them. Service adviser had been replaced and they can t find anything. I gave up and will not be sending anyone there to buy a new rig again. Buyer beware.

I tried to get my rv fixed. But they don't fix old rv. So lazy daze RV repair won't fix your rv if it to old.

I was kind of sent down the road from one rv place to the next. I ended up where I started from.
