Can't even thank them enough for AMAZING service and such understanding!�! I called for a second opinion on my 13 Civic Hybrid on the 1sr Knowing either the battery or the IIU would HAVE TO be ordered and take time Not only were their prices and abundance of knowledge BEYOND PERFECTION, but they held my dead in the water poor car a week when they could've turned me down She is already back in the garage running like a champ again two days before originally estimated I've found my new hybrid specialists for life!�!

My 14 year old Honda Civic Hybrid was stumbling and the main hybrid battery was on its last legs. I found Greentecauto online and reached out to them through their Chat. Cindy, their battery advisor, informed me of the several options I had and stated I could take the car to one of their many locations throughout the U.S. or they could send a technician to service the car and battery on site. I chose to take the car into their Sacramento facility. After a diagnostic check of about 15 minutes, it was confirmed the hybrid battery was bad. The technicians installed a new battery pack while I waited in their comfortable waiting room. After about 35 minutes the car was complete and I was informed that after the technicians tested the vehicle, it was ready to go. Cindy kept us apprised of all events during these transactions and made several suggestions regarding battery types, warranty plans and payment options. Driving the 75 miles back home was a joy. I noted at least a 50% increase in the calculated mpg on the dash, the car does not stumble and all of the charging indicators are normal...not like Christmas tree lights on the dash.Excellent service, professional work and super people to work with. I only wish I had another hybrid to take to them... Enjoyed doing business with them. Highly recommend without any reservation.

I got my Hybrid battery in Dec of 2016 and still running strong. Great price for my Prius Hybrid battery and a 3 year warranty, the Toyota dealership can't beat that. In addition the whole process took roughly 1h 15 min while I was waiting, did not have to leave the car all day long like at the dealership. Greentec Auto is 100% better than going to the dealership when it comes to pricing, warranty and wait time. I hope I never need another Hybrid battery, but if I do I will definitely come back.

This is an amazing company with amazing service. They came out to replace my hybrid battery. And they came back out again a second time to replace burned out components from water damage. They didn't charge me anything additional for coming out again or for any of the parts it needed to run. I'm so incredibly impressed. I can't recommend them highly enough!!!

Very Honest business. Cindy and Chris operate in extreme integrity. Was prepared to pay their sales cost on a hybrid battery with install for a little over a thousand. They did a diagnostic quickly and told me my battery was fine, that it was just a bad connection with the small battery. They fixed it and charged me nothing.I m a returning customer, got a battery from them at a good price in 2014, and it s still running well. I pray God continues to bless this business and their staff and families in Jesus Name.

The dealer wanted almost three times as much as Greentec to replace my hybrid battery. I was thrilled to find Greentec on the web and that they had a location near me that actually came to my house to replace the battery. Greentec was professional, communicated great, and offered a three year warranty.

Great group in Sacramento here. Came out and replaced a bad hybrid battery on my Prius. Cost was $1200 with a 2 year warranty. The other folks were offering $2000 with no warranty.A month in, a code came up, and I found myself stuck on the street. Because I was near the shop and already a customer, Greentec sent Leo out to have a look. That alone, is over and above warranty work. Leo found a loose connection to the 12v battery (not Greentec's fault) and fixed me up. They refused to let me pay for the service call.A week later, another code was thrown, but I made it to Greentec's shop. Greentech read it for me, determined it was a problem with the hybrid battery, and replaced it (free), and had me back on the road in under two hours.Wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

This was my second visit at Greentec Auto and I will continue to go there to have my prius worked on. The first time I came was because my hybrid battery was going bad. Not only was Greentec Auto able to replace it for a much lower price than the dealership, the battery came with a four year warranty. The dealership only offered one year for the battery. This past visit I needed a new 12v battery for my prius, and yet again Greentec was one of the few places that sold that specific battery. The price for the battery and labor was less than the price for just the battery from the dealership. If you don't believe me just call and ask lol. This place is the only reasonable way to go for those of us who own older hybrids and can't/don't want to pay the unreasonable dealership prices. Small shop run by very friendly people.

Kudos to Greentec Auto. The great service experience began with customer representative Cindy Shackleton. She provided me with all the information needed in order to make a sound decision regarding a replacement Hybrid Battery for my daughter's 2009 Toyota Camry.That great service transitioned to the Tampa, FL facility. Here, Izzy Sosa and the staff at Greentec completed the transaction by going to my daughter's work location and installed her battery & test drove the vehicle. Everything was perfect.My daughter and I are completely satisfied with the quality of service received from Greentec Auto. Great price and great service. Highly recommend.

Greentec Auto is a company that is unique in todays world. Thier customer service is outstanding! I own an Automotive repair shop on the outskirts of St.Louis Mo. We purchased a hybrid battery from Greentec Auto and installed it into the vehicle, after the installation the system would not charge. We spent some time resetting the system and troubleshooting the problem with no luck finding the issue. We called the technical support team at Greentec Auto and they very diligently tried to help us over the phone. When we could not seem to resolve the issue, they totally shocked me when they told me that they were going to send a thechnician out to troubleshoot it on site. The technicians drove 5 hous from Kansas City to St.Louis and spent 3 hours troubleshooting the vehicle and found the problem and then drove 5 hours back (on a Saturday no less). I have been in business for more than 20 years and I have never had a company to go to such lengths to help me resolve an issue. It turned out to be another problem with the system and was not a problem with the battery that I had purchased from them. All I can say is that if you want an outstanding company to do your hybrid business with this is it! Thank You for your outstanding support Greentec Auto!

Service doesn't get better than the team at GreenTec Auto. We trust our 2006 Prius to no one else since Dennis has been taking care of our car and saving us $$$. He has kept Frankenprius, with 325K miles, going with replacement battery, transmission, engine, multi-function display and steering wheel for much less than any dealer. So if you own a hybrid, GreenTec Auto is the place to bring it for honest service at a very fair price.

Chris came to me while on Jobsite here in Santa Rosa. Very professional and made it a point to get the work done in a timely manner so as not to effect my work schedule. Very considerate and knowledgeable. GreenTecAuto is highly recommended. Don't let the Dealerships take your money!. Freeman Toyota in Santa Rosa quoted me $4,400.00 to replace my 3rd Gen prius hybrid battery. Just call GreenTecAuto and they will take care of you at an affordable price.

Greentec Auto replaced my prius battery. I called them on a Friday night and my battery was replaced on the following Tuesday. It would have been sooner but I called around to get a second quote. The technician arrived at my house at the agreed upon time. He was excellent. He was done in 45 minutes. He took away the old battery. My car works like it used to and all the blinking warning lights were turned off.

Great warranty customer service. We bought refurbished batteries and before the warranty expired they had problems. I called and within a couple days the technician was at my house replacing them. The whole process was easy and quick.

I really loved my experience. Cindy was wonderful to communicate with, and Chris, in the Hayward section, really knew his work. He, like Cindy, were very professional. It was very reasonable and the work was excellent. Thank you Cindy, from Sacramento and Chris in the Hayward Greentec.

I would like to give my thanks to Jeremy in the Phoenix office. He was so professional and really knew what he was doing, all I can say is that he should be considered a very valuable employee and whatever you are paying him isn't enough! Excellent customer service and expertise -almost like a surgeon! Great guy-please pass this on to management

They rebuild batteries but cannot test the battery while in the car. I was willing to pay them to test the battery but they don't do it, they only check for codes ONLY!
