I ve taken my 2013 mini cooper in twice now to german star motors and they never fail to impress me. Eugene and the other staff members are so on top of their work! They are very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. I love that I am able to trust them with my Mini Cooper and I am so grateful for all the work they have done for me! I would definitely recommend checking them out if you need your Mini Cooper serviced.

Worked on our X3 prompt and really like the report sent to us. Tire patch failed and got us right back in to repair. Wish car maintenance wasn t so expensive but this shop does great work.

Eugene and Constantine treated me with courtesy and professionalism. They told all the costs up front and fixed my wife's 2009 Audi TT tail lights quickly. As a matter of fact I had my dialysis treatment that day the finished so fast I could not pick it up. They held my car over night, locking it up in the shop, and I picked up the next day. I completely recommend this business. As a side note, they just don't work on German cars. They work on all models I am taking my 2016 Chevy Equinox there.

Eugene and the crew at German Star Motors, did an excellent job of providing me high quality service at an reasonable price.They went out of their way to find me the parts I needed, and their diagnostics report of my vehicle provided me the option to address other minor mechanical issues, while my main concerns were addressed.I ve recommended this repair shop to my friends and family and I ll be taking my vehicle there from now on rather than the over priced dealership or other repair shops that just don t give me the service I m looking for!Services: Auto exhaust system repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Auto emissions testing, Oil change

These guys are great! I had my front and back VW Atlas brakes replaced by them. The front brakes were still having issues after replacement, and they went out of their way to fix it for me. I ll definitely be returning whenever my car needs tending to again. They were kind, made last minute appointments for me, and fairly priced. If you re looking for a local body shop, this is it!

This location was referred to me by a friend. I have a 2021 Mercedez that started having transmission issues. The people at this location are extremely professional and helpful. They even have a sense of humor. Beware of the sausage smelling air fresheners! Lol joke Please don t hesitate to trust them with your cars, you are in great hands. I found German Star Motors online while looking for a mechanic for my 2017 Jaguar F-Pace. Unfortunately they could not provide transportation back home but they did provide a discount for the inconvenience. I thought that was an excellent compromise. Their overall work and service was excellent! The price was less than half the cost of going to the dealership. Eugene at German Star Motors has been able to fix issues other shops were not able to diagnose on my Audi Q7 and Mercedes E350. They are very honest with their repairs and do a good job of communicating the issues and how it will be repaired. Very happy with their level of service.

I didn t know why my vehicle wouldn t start. I had it towed to German Star Motors and they diagnosed the problem and I had my car back the same day. And they only charged me for the diagnostic. Highly recommend.

Great service, quick turn around, great communication. Helped me stay in my budget by giving me a repair plan that kept me safe on the roads. Will continue my repair plan with them for sure! I wouldn t recommend taking your BMW here or buying a vehicle from these folks. I normally use another shop but used these guys for a extended warranty alternator replacement on my BMW.5 months later, I had not been driving the car much do to Covid(mileage reflects this)but took a trip to Tahoe where the engine began to smoke from the engine at the top of Echo summit. Upon first inspection it appeared there was a leak from the rear of the valve cover.I had the vehicle towed to my family s place in Tahoe and went to remove the engine covers to take a closer look - and this is where things get interesting. I found the rear two engine cover screws missing, and once I removed the cover I found a thumb sized hole in my valve cover- guess where? The n54 valve cover has two screw holes in the rear, and mine was missing one leaving the hole in the valve cover! The last shop or anyone to touch my vehicle was German star motors. There is no possible way to re-install this cover without realizing the screw could not be installed because the hole for it and the plastic around it was missingI spoke with the shop manager who denied them having damaged it, emphasizing they haven t seen the vehicle in 5 months ago(I ve been working from home, again mileage reflects this). I let him know I would be replacing the valve cover in Tahoe and could not bring him the vehicle for him to inspect it. I offered to bring in the parts, photos, and video I ve collected as I meticulously combed through their past work. I found more bad work, including missing screws, clips, and engine wiring not routed correctly. I told him I would be towing the car to my preferred shop in Sacramento for further inspection as I was concerned plastic had entered the valve train and could cause issues. I told him it wasn t possible to bring him the vehicle at which point he told me there was nothing he could do and then accused me of having another agenda .I think the photos speak for themselves. At this point I m into the repair over $700 in parts alone. These guys can t even replace an alternator without causing damage, I d never let them touch my vehicle again.

Just finished paying $3.5k in April, coolant starts leaking again in June. Pay another $150 for another diagnostic only to be told car need $1,200 to $1,500 work done on a pump.I found another repair shop that works on my car. I was quoted $568.That is a HUMONGOUS difference. $1500 compared to $568. For the same part and repair hours.Way too overpriced in my opinion.
