Great customer service, excellent communication, beautiful exterior detailing, amazing repair of damage caused by attempted auto theft. Exterior shine had my baby looking like a pretty penny, almost distracted me from reviewing the work the car originally went for. Which was equally amazing. They didn t put Garage-Pro Fender Liner, battery was loose , they put different battery, it didn t fit 100% . I had air compressor, fast charger , I didn t pay attention first , but after a day , I noticed that they stole it.overall I have to pay from my pocket, I don t know how much , Mybe over 500$ to fix and buy those things.

I brought my BMW I3 to get a few panels bed lined. It came our really nice. I highly recommend this place.

Attached are the before and afters... really great job. My concern was that line above the rear quarter that was dented in...they did a great job restoring it. I do need to come back to have them fix some buffing marks on that side so we'll see how they do that follow up.

What a joke, scheduled an appointment 4 weeks ahead of time, call them the day before and they say "oops our rep who made the appointment for you shouldn't have, we're only taking insurance claims not out of pocket jobs". She then proceeds to tell me I'm raising my voice and yelling at her when that was absolutely not the truth. I then had to coach her to putting me on the phone with a manager since she wanted to sit there and make frivolous accusations. Learn to deal with conflict, not accuse people of lacking the emotional intelligence you so very clearly lack by immediately making accusations. "I can't deal with difficult business conversations so let's just tell the customer they are wrong, we wasted 4 weeks of their time and stop yelling at me". Gerber 1. Learn to operate professionally 2. Hire conscious help and 3. Adequately train that conscious help when you get it and fire that immature broad I just dealt with on the phone.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Picked up my Toyota Hybrid today. Flawless. I won't let my husband or son drive my car, ever again.. They didn't have my car ready as projected, but it was worth the wait. It looks like a brand new beautiful car. Owner very helpful. ~flora s.

Had my vehicle for a week and did not even begin work. I was then told they didn't do "guaranteed" work, which was a check already made out to them from my insurance company for 5 Gs based on their own estimate! The car was beautifully repaired by another shop for the exact amount. I'd give no stars if I could; one week passed and I visited the shop to see the progress. No phone call or anything for a week. Nope, not acceptable. Beware!

Worst place ever. Car doesn t take almost 4 months to repair. Always getting the run around , next week it will be done , two weeks , couple days. It s ridiculous. They can t even get the alignment done right which is the last part ( supposedly) that s needs to be done. And still don t have the car at the time right now. Overall did a great job with the fix of my car. Everyone there is really friendly, they also kept me updated and answered any questions I had.

Wow, fell in luv even tho I had a huge booboo on my car to get fixed. Even tho I thought my estimate was high (neighbor is paying for fallen tree damage) experienced, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I recommend!

They did a great job fixing my car, but the fact they drove my car around bugs me I took a picture of the miles on my car before I put in the shop and it only had 59,000 miles and some change on my car I got it back 4 weeks later than they quoted and it has 60,322 miles on my damn car the radio was tuned to a rock station doesn t make any sense the only thing that should of happen with my car is the damage get fixed not add miles and touching the radio smh never again
