Had a great experience with the Team from start to finish. Everyone is very helpful and I appreciate it a lot. Not sure if it s Mohammed or if I spelled it correctly but I would definitely recommend anyone to buy a car at the dealer. But please remember it s a used car lot now new 0 miles car. Before driving off the lot do your thorough inspection like I did and bring it to the team s attention they will take care of you. Over all I give them five stars and will be back soon.

We had a great experience at GASC (General Auto Sales Corp). We found a truck we wanted online on their site. Despite us living out of state, the owner of the corp met with us over the weekend and made the deal! Signing process was as easier than ever! Financing was easy, our trade-in was a fair trade. Nice, professional people! Would go back if we need another vehicle. They have very nice cars in their lot!

Honestly I thought they were good but to be honest there shifty and won't ever fix a problem makes it worse there unprofessional never in my life would I send people here or ever go back they do not keep there word and honestly it's ok already been speaking to a lawyer. Lesson learned .

Great service and great selection of cars. Mohammad and his team are very helpful in getting you what you need for a great price! I wasn t in the greatest of conditions credit wise and they were able to get me approved for a car loan with some money down.

I bought a Suburu from Mohamed after looking at 20+ different cars. Came in thinking that I'd be welcomed with the typical "used car salesman" persona but Mohamed was very honest, helpful and quick to respond.His dad was also in the office when we were making the sale and I was very surprised at how pleasant the experience was. I know I wasn't the most pleasant person to work with when negotiating but Mohamed was calm, friendly and ready to make it work.I recommend this dealership.Pro Tip: Remember to ask for the second key if you're buying it used. I almost missed this.

I had such a GREAT car shopping experience! Mohammad and Jorge were SO great and helped me pick a great, reliable car and handled all the paperwork! They were so great, I was dreading car shopping after my accident and they made it so smooth and I feel confident in the used car they sold me. I would for sure recommend this place to anyone looking for a car

After agreeing on a price and about to sigh, I was told that it is not smogged and currently will not pass until another 200 miles is put on it. This after I was told 2 times there is no Machanical problems. They refused to go down on price. Not impressed.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I purchased a car from here and the next day, THE NEXT DAY. my driveway was filled with oil spots. Then on the second day the car overheated. I was told to take it to the shop we're it would be ready in 3 days. Well it was not. Iv waited 2 weeks later and the check engine light is on and they wanted me to fix it myself. This guy will sell you the biggest story how his cars are inspected twice before selling. That's a lie. He doesn't know anything about the cars he is selling. Even the carfax he provided says nothing is wrong with the car . It says everything was inspected. It was a lie.

Hi My Names is Maria and I give General Auto Sales Corp. A 5star Hands Down All the way Its One of the BEST CAR LOT I have been going to for a while and they are great really happy, kind and hard working workers and very patience when it comes to have your kids with you. They try there best to get you in and out as fast as they can with your approval loan the same day so you could drive out with your new car when you are in need of a car just even to get to work. But don't get me wrong they have alot to look at Trucks, Family, sport, worker trucks , small, big , or SUVs or just to have a nice car for yourself to reward yourself for all that hard work you've been doing. Well I highly recommend you to go to General Auto Sales for your first car they work with credit no credit or first time buyer. Muhammad and Ale will go out of their way to just try to get you what you need and not have to do too much or put to much down so you could drive out with your new car. I have gotten 3 cars here and never had a complain or have had to return a car back because of not working or something going wrong with it and if there is any or little issue with it Muhammad and Ale. Will take care of it right away and I'm Really Happy to know that so just stop by when your ready for your new use car and I know they with take car of you like they did of Me. I wouldn't come here to buy a car. As past experiences,why would you spend your hard earned money that's over $10k or more on a vehicle that they can't answer messages on the "selling apps" that the vehicle is listed in?Furthermore, why would I attempt to buy a car, when the phone number listed on this google page and their website isn't a working number? So many clues to avoid this dealership and no matter how much I want that $13k car, I'll be patient and keep looking at higher rated dealerships

The owner didn't seem like he wanted to make $money$. I was going to pay cash straight up on the spot and he had no desire to negotiate price. So be it!!And I'd like to mention that adding a $1000 to a $6000 vehicle as a flat rate for tax, title, and licensing fees on top of vehicle that is competitively, but firmly priced only on the high end is ludacris. Also, the other competitors vehicles were not a previous rental, unlike this one, and all their windows worked, unlike this one, and didn't have 3+ owners either. The fact that the owner wasn't willing to budge on the price at a small used car lot in the middle of the ghetto tells me he's more about filling his wallet rather than the welfare of his customers.

First time buying a vehicle, so a little nervous, to say the least. I could barely remember my own name, let alone his. Looking back, I notice that he made it a priority to keep that from getting to me. He could have taken advantage, and railroaded me, but instead, made sure I understood everything, as we went along. If there was something I didn't understand, he had no problem with explaining it, as simple as necessary. This is how car buying should be.

2006 Dodge Dakota- Good Price Perfect truck for me- Mohammod went out of his way to make sure things went smooth during the sales procedure.Had a problem with the truck when I got home (Santa Rosa)! Mohammod sent his staff to pickup the truck and repaired it then returned it to me in Santa Rosa all for no fee. Plus he gave me a extended warranty ! Best service I have ever had from a Car Dealer.

My husband traded in his old car and bought a new one here. The workers were very nice while we were looking/test driving. We found one we liked and started negotiating. We couldn't come to an agreement, so we left. A couple days later, my husband couldn't stop thinking about this car. So we went back and did a little more negotiating and we ended up buying.We are out of state residents (military), so we wanted to register the car in our home state. Muhammad told us we would have the title in 7-10 days. We waited a month and never got the title. We called multiple times and we never got a straight answer. Finally almost two months later, we are just now getting the title... and my husband's name is spelled wrong. Also, the title states that the fees were paid and the paperwork was filed over a month after we bought our car. So Muhammad lied when he said we would have it in 7 to 10 days, because he never even did the work. Now we have to pay extra fees in our home state because we weren't able to register it in the 45 day time frame. Thanks General Auto Sales, you really know how to keep a customer.Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else to buy a vehicle.

I have bought both of my vehicles from him.He is a honest business man with integrity.I know when he says this car will last you forYears he means it.I bought my Acura TL from him last January. The only thing I have had to do was a transmission flush. That he already told me it needed. Other then that I haven t had to work on my car at all.I m crawling back for more lol I m picking up my Denali from him Saturday. For my work truck.I can not wait.It s a Pleasure doing business with you Mohommad.

Worst dealers ship ever, don t ever buy a car here. We bought a car 3 days ago it broke down on the way home. The dealership said they would give us a new car instead, we agreed they took the broken car and never gave us a vehicle. We have to take them to court now. Do not ever buy a car here!!!!

Terrible experience went to look at cars at this dealership if you can call it that. the owner never left his desk to greet us or even talk about the car. Later on did research and found out it has frame damage and would cost a ton of $ to fix in the long run. 3+ owners but the dealership won t tell you that. DO YOURE RESEARCH BEFORE YOU PURCHASE.
