No doubt the biggest expense most people deal with today, 2nd to housing, are auto related costs. Those who are looking to stretch out the use of their current vehicle are also looking for a trusted relationship when it comes to their vehicle maintenance. If you are reading this review, you are one of those people who cares about the same. Well trained technicians are one of the things you are concerned about and I'm just one person that can attest to the fact that this Service Center has them. However, this review is about another factor to consider, which is consistency. This means that your satisfaction does not come down to the chance that you get that one tech that you can always count on. What happens if you show up and that tech is off that day? The Bottom Line is that after a couple of visits, you soon understand that the management here has made the "consistency" of good service as important as the "technical" aspect of that service. And that is the basis of a trusted relationship where "your" vehicle is concerned. This has been my experience and it's worth taking the time to say so. Chris is very friendly, fast and professional. I had taken my vehicle in for a tire repair expecting that things would be done by the end of the day. I don't think it was any more than an hour, he is calling me to say it's done. I really appreciate the help and fast turnaround. Thank you!

I had somewhat of a unique request. I was purchasing a truck from an out of state seller and had scheduled the seller to go into the dealership so they could inspect the vehicle. Andy was awesome and sent videos detailing everything. Andy went above and beyond to look over the car and ensure peace of mind before making my purchase. I d highly recommend using them they were fantastic in my experience.

I used to take my Ford vehicles to downtown Ford because I liked working with David Hall, service manager. When he moved to Future Ford we followed him because he is knowledgeable and no nonsense. I ve been very happy with the work done by the service department. David Hall continues to give excellent customer service and he s supported by a service department that does reliable work in a reasonable time. I have recommended David to friends and family because I trust that he and Future Ford service will take care of things.

Kevin Palmer is the best ! I called on a Wednesday and he had my Bronco Badlands 2021 in the shop the very next day. He fixed 4 recall items in a matter of hours. Plus they rotated the tires and did all of the scheduled maintenance required at 30,000 miles. I had the runaround at Future Ford of Roseville Lincoln where I left several messages with no return call. I had a really bad experience at Folsom Lake Ford where they wouldn t replace a part that got wet during 4 wheeling their Bronco that s made to go wheeling ! So this was a breath of fresh air.

My experience with Future Ford of Sacramento has been a pleasure. Nick is always great at taking care of me as a customer and I appreciate that. He has gone the extra mile to make sure I m satisfied. If there is any negative comment to make, it would be the time waiting for the service to be completed. A smog or oil service should not take 3+ hours to complete while waiting on your vehicle.

Kevin is always amazing and makes taking in my vehicle so easy. I want him as my service advisor every time I go in. He is always courteous and easy going and answers my million questions I have even though he s answered them multiple times in multiple different ways. Kevin is the reason I bring my truck to Future ford for service.

I highly recommend them. They have the best salesman as well as the best mechanics and technicians to keep your vehicle running tiptop shape I travel three hours just to get my truck serviced by them. I m very happy with all my vehicles I ve gotten from future ford

JR and the team at Future Ford of Sacramento were able to squeeze me in for a mandatory emissions recall with limited lead time. They handled the recall quickly, but with care, and had me on my way with limited interruption to my week.I really like that they called and check about temporarily disconnecting some aftermarket equipment installed on my truck before they did it.

Place is a complete joke. Word of advice to Ford, get the salespeople out of the service dept. A water pump replacement is about a $750 job and they wanted o turn it into a $4k job after telling Chris point blank that I'm not spending more than a grand on the thing. Scare tactics and pressure selling have no place in the service dept. Every word out of Chris mouth was aimed at maximizing Ford's profit margin with no attention at all to what my disposition was about my ford and the service I wanted done. It was like communicating with a door to door vacuum salesman. I knew I was doomed from the start when I dropped it off and told they would look at it and get back to me in a week bc it was the end of the month and they were soooo busy. Next morning I had a VM saying they had a detailed report of the trucks problems so right off the bat I'm getting lied to. I could go on but not worth my time... Nor yours, or your bank account, do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

Christopher Buckingham provides nothing but top notch service! Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and honest! I refuse to work with anyone else after getting the pleasure to work with him. He goes over and beyond with his customers. I ll never work with anyone else or go to any other service locations as long as he is around! By far, he is the best in the industry!

David, my service advisor at Future Ford of Sacramento did a great job to redeem my FordPass rewards for my vehicle oil change and 40 thousand mile recommended service. Also he provided a free ride home, which saved me a lot of money. So happy with such level of service!

I love taking my car here. I have a 2023 Mustang Mach one and never had an issue with the service. They even give me a ride home so I don t have to wait long and then they sent me a Lyft to come back. They are very friendly and informative. I am very satisfied and highly recommend.

Absolutely horrible, went in because i had a tire that would lose air. They did a multipoint inspection found nothing left and came back because my air oressure was low before even leaving the lot. And they check again and dont find a thing with a team of mechanics.I go to a tire shop with a 19 year old working and he finds a screw im my tire causing it to be flat. Best 150 dollars soent at ford

Had a issue with brakes on a used Ford truck that I bought there. Took it in and they addressed the issue with no hesitation. Fast and friendly. Highly recommend them. Will go back in the future for service and when I need another vehicle.

Christopher Buckingham at Future Ford made it easy to get our 2019 Ford Explorer serviced. It was my first time, so I wasn t quite sure of the process. He greeted me. Answered my questions.
