Unprofessional. Dishonest. I took my car in after I had already plugged my flat. Thinking they could redo it because I don't think I did it properly. They took my tire off and only through some soup water on it to see if it was leaking. Never told me that they could undo what I already did. Try Charge me $20. Didn't do any work on it. Took the tire off to check and wanted $20. End up just paying $10. Thinking they redo the plug...Wow.. what customer service is this... Couldn't redo the plug but still charge me for it... Unprofessional dishonest, the last time I will ever go there.

I went here with my boyfriend to get his tires replaced he ended up needing a whole lot of other work done because the wheel assembly was messed up. The guys here were super kind and took the time to explain everything, got in an extra mechanic from somewhere else, and still had the car done within a few hours, all at no extra charge. I will definitely be coming back here if I ever need tires!!

Just got some falken wildpeak instaleled at this place.They did a good job balancing and installing. Real nice ppl here. Definitely recommend this place. If you need tires and wheels go check them!

Went to get tires for my daughters Mercedes, the guys at Florin Tire and Wheel did us up right. I shopped around and they had the best price by far on some great tires. Nice, clean shop and fast service. On a Saturday and in and out in under an hour. I ll be back again.

I was disappointed with the service we got. They removed the wheels and leaned them against the car then walked away. It took nearly an hour to change 2 tires and it cost nearly 350. And most of the employees barely spoke English which made it difficult to communicate what we wanted.

DO NOT GO HERE! I needed to get the valve stems on my wheels replaced because my old ones were leaking. My car had plastic caps for the lugs and to remove them they used a flathead to pry against my rims to get them off. I'm now left with scuffed lug caps and dented rims. Oh and now my car vibrates going 60-70mph (Clearly didn't balance my wheels which was a service the guy I talked to said was included). I advise everyone to avoid this shop.

Had a blowout on the highway. Not only were they open on Sunday but, the technician also fixed the issue with the bumper that caused the problem (which was from a prior rear end fender bender) free of charge!

I was in need of a last minute flat tire repair. It was 6:22pm and they close at 6:30pm. They were in the process of moving the outdoor displays inside. One of the guys stop and tended to my vehicle. That's awesome customer service. They just received another loyal customer. Many thanks to the crew at Florin Tire & Wheel!

Excellent customer service, prices and work! Can t go wrong with this shop! I have got tires, alignments, rims, suspension work from them multiple times they did a magnificent job! Also have referred a lot of friends and family that have nothing but excellent things to say as well! 12/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Always a great go to tires place for me. Highly recommended. Hardly no long waits. I had all my vehicles service from tires to alignment. I even had my motorcycle tires removed and installed ( balance and recycle not included). Competitive price.....

came here to get new tires for my car and change died TPS they found which one was dead so i didn't need to get all 4 changed.went to 3 other shops before but they turned me down because they had nobody that knows how to work on lowered and aftermarket rims.everyone at this shop knew how to work on my car.they were very helpful and showed my options that was best for my car.

We were in and out for all tire replacement in less than 45 minutes. The service was fast and the employees are welcoming that make us feel comfortable. It is my first time here but I ll definitely come back if needed or refer it to friends and families!

I got new rims from them for Mercedes c300 and got my alignment done from them and they guided me very well pretty chill employees very nice to Costumers and good quality rims with warranty and they have payment plan too! Highly recommend!

I had a nail in my tire, so I stopped by on my way home from work. Glad they have convenient hours. They fixed my tire in literally 5 minutes and only cost $20. Excellent service!

I've been going many shady tire shops that do alignments and what's funny is that they're always trying to swindle you into something that they think you don't know. but when your mechanically inclined that don't work on us. These guys give it to you straight they will align your truck they'll tell you if they can't do it and they'll tell you what needs to be replaced for the alignment to be proper these are good people..

I went to Florin tire and wheel on Tuesday of this week, I had to have an alignment and new tires as a result of a spin out in the rain a few weeks back. We had taken our Lincoln to at least three other shops one of which was Les Schwab and they looked at my car on the lift and said everything looks good but because of the slight damage to my driver door they couldn't do the work so I went to see Sunny and Ali at Florin tire and they hooked us up with our alignment and four new tires for a great price!! my car drives like a dream now, and we were treated with respect and had a very little wait time. The car still drives great and I will definitely be using them in the future as well as sending them my referral.
