This place is great! Family owned and operated. Honest and reliable diagnosis every time. They aren t the cheapest, but wouldn t you be willing to pay for quality work?? I would!! Highly recommended!

This auto repair shop is really one of the better ones in the South Sacramento area. They make sure you know exactly what needs to be repaired and how much the cost will be. No surprise, additional cost once they set the repair price. Very good and friendly customer service. I would highly recommend this repair shop!

This place is Amazing! They are all so friendly and helpful. Very upfront with everything and explains details in a plain way, so I can understand what's going on. I'm not a car expert, and barely know the basics. So I love the fact they take time to explain so we are all on the same page. Customers Service is amazing. Every time I call, I get a live person to talk to. All in all they exceed my expectations and I always have a great experience with them.

This is the best place in So. Sac for foreign and domestic auto repair. The owner is a business owner with super high integrity. I have had numerous vehicles into his shop for repair. He has been doing business at that location for 45 plus years. That doesn't happen unless you continually are treating your customers right and giving back to your community. Thanks for the many years of quality service that you have provided to me and my family Roy.

Absolutely love them. They feel like a family shop and make you feel apart of it. They held my car for two months when unfortunate circumstances came up financially. They are friendly and really work on the repore they have with customers. A plus

HORRIBLE customer service. I am simply going to state facts and quote the answer. After our truck was at this shop for 3 (which is what earns our living) 1 week longer than expected, we are finally headed to pick it up. We are happy and released to finally be back in business after having to cancel multiple events, to earn to pay some bills, we committed to events for the following day, we are ready to roll! So we walk in with plans already lined up to start prepping and getting ready when... the truck is not ready. Our mouth dropped. We asked why and when and the daughter of the owner replied Do you want me to have them stop working on the truck? You all need to get out of here . I am still in shock! I rest my case.

A heavily loaded Chevy diesel truck breakdown over 100 miles away from Sacramento pulling a fully loaded horse trailer and moving to Oregon was worth the tow back to Sacramento. I have known about and trusted this company most of my adult life as well as have family and friends. The honesty of operation and technical knowledge available to their customers is beyond compare. Needless to say, the tow was worth it. The frightening symptoms diagnosed, explained and rapidly repaired at a very reasonable cost. I could not have afforded to pay them what the peace of mind and knowledge I was in good hands, let alone the quick turn around back onto the road was worth to me and my family. Thanks a million Roy and TEAM!

Honest value and speedy service. Brought my Tanger in because my repair failed. Was scared it was going to cost a fortune to fix. Was surprised at the value I got. Vehicle runs great. Will be taking other vehicles in there that need some attention for sure.

I drove in with my Toyota 4Runner with no appointment while traveling thru California on my way to Cabo San Lucas, BCS, Mexico pulling a trailer. Within hours they were kind enough to squeeze me in for a radiator replacement, motor and transmission oil change, and new coolant hoses. Back in Mexico and zero problems. Best repair shop ever. Mucho gracias.

Had my transmission removed and replaced. Very nice shop with fair and reasonable labor cost. Very pleased with the work performed by Florin Automotive Repair. The owner was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Leah, front office, was also quite knowledgeable and thorough. Presently I need to drive the car more miles to reteach the control module. Presently idle RPM is cycling between low and normal (rolling) prompting the check engine light and error code P0508 (low idle speed). Plan on reteach accelerator pedal then drive some more to insure the control module have enough driving condition to reteach. If this continues I'll clean throttle body, check TPS and IAC. A bit surprised since they had been working fine. Stay tuned.....Just reseated MAS, TPS, IAC connectors, retaught accellerator pedal and took the mustang out for a drive (1 hour). Idle is steady at 600-650 and accelerates much better now. Guess it's a slow learner. All's well.
