My vehicle went here after i looked at there ratings, they were able to get my factory parts for my rare car. The black paint came out great every thing was attached and aligned perfectly and no one was out hot rodding my car. Will absolutely go here again and recommend them to others!!

This was my first experience with Fix Auto & I could not be happier! All the staff was friendly, courteous & professional. Tim was AMAZING!!! After repairs were completed, my vehicle looked better than when I bought it. I was/am elated with not only the service I received but the attention to detail in the repair work. This is a shop that has honesty, truthfulness & integrity. I will recommend Fix Auto Capitol City to anyone I encounter needing repair work done on their vehicle. They took a negative situation and turned it 180 degrees to a positive situation, THANK YOU to everyone @ Fix Auto.

Fantastic experience and the business is well run. Top to bottom customer service, friendly and good communication. No double-talk or fuzzy explanations. I had great luck, the parts came in earlier than even they expected. So my car only took about 4 days, as opposed to the two weeks estimated. They even detailed the interior! Most appreciative!

I have had the pleasure of having three vehicles repaired by this company. The quality of service is unmatched by any I have seen. These folks know their craft, and are professionals through and through. They have gone the extra mile for me each time, and I see them do that for everyone who walks through the door. Their attention to the smallest details is remarkable. I nominate them for Sacramento s Best !

Fix Auto, and more specifically Kim in the front office, did an amazing job at communicating with me and my insurance company! I was sent pictures and updates of my progress as key milestones occurred or if there was an anticipated snag. When there was a possibility of an extra day due to unforeseen complications they started to set up the rental car option with my insurance to make sure I wouldn t have an interruption. Fortunately we didn t need it but I was appreciative that they were thinking ahead about my needs. The folks doing the repair work did a great job making it look like nothing ever happened. I couldn t be happier with my experience at Fix Auto.

Hunter and Tim were honest, extremely professional, and thorough. They kept me updated every step of the way, and ultimately provided me with beautiful results. This was my second experience with FixAuto, but my first with this location. They took great care of my WRX the first time; this location did equally well with my 2015 Sierra. A hit and run on a 2 lane highway left us with no driver side mirror, tons of deep scratches and dents across the driver side.After they fished up, the truck looks great! Color matching was done exceptionally.Thanks, Tim and team!

A couple of months ago I got into an accident that caused some serious damage underneath my car. Fix auto was so kind throughout the entire process of getting my car fixed up! Kim was always on top of communicating what the status of my car was!Recently my car started making some gnarly sounds, so I came back to get it checked out and they were able to diagnose the problem quickly and get it fixed within a couple of days!I really appreciate that they seemed to genuinely care about my needs and they also explained what was going on with my car in terms that I (as someone who knows nothing about cars) could understand. The whole team is so kind and easy to talk to! I could not recommend fix auto capital city enough.

I am happy to enthusiastically recommend Fix Auto Capital City. Unfortunately my car was involved in an accident and was first towed to another body shop after hours. The first place wouldn t even look at it for two weeks. I called Fix Auto and spoke with Tim, who was knowledgeable and empathetic. He accepted my car that same day and kept me informed on how the insurance company claim was progressing. He had an estimate promptly. Unfortunately the damage to the engine and other car parts added up to the car being totaled by the insurance company. But an unpleasant situation was made more tolerable by Tim s professionalism.

I have used Fix-Auto on several occasions since Jessie and his gang of very talented technicians and office staff have opened their doors.Fix Auto goes above and beyond when it comes to fixing your car, on the last visit they buffed out my headlight lens so it was clear like the recently replaced lens.They buffed out a door edge gouge and a couple of dings on the other side of the car from where it was being repaired this is extreme serviceWhen I picked up my car it had been washed and the interior detailed.I live two miles from another well know shop, but I will always drive the 5 extra miles to use FixAuto Capital City because of the high level of service.Most importantly there auto body and paint skills are unmatched in the greater Sacramento Market.

My insurance was trying to send me here to repair my Audi. These guys called me and asked all the right questions and when he realized that Audi would not sell him some of the parts that I needed he stepped up to the plate and told me that could only do approx 80% of the work because they are not Audi Certified . I was appreciative that he told me that and I had to give them a 5 star review.Thanks!!

Very friendly staff and professional. I took my vehicle in for bumper repair from suggestion by my insurance company. Tim did an excellent job communicating and promptly returned my vehicle going above and beyond with additionally touching up my vehicle s dings and chips. I would definitely recommend this place and would use their services again.

I had a very positive experience with Fix Auto. Tim was fantastic in providing updates on my vehicle's extensive repairs. The vehicle looks so amazing you'd never know it had been in an accident. The paint matches perfectly, they repaired items we would never have thought of (until they weren't functioning properly) and they even cleaned the vehicle inside and out. They truly went above and beyond. I've dealt with other body repairs shops in the past and Fix Auto is by far superior. I highly recommend them.

Staff was excellent, not only did they fix my car to the point it looked brand new, they fixed my safety belt which was unrelated to my accident, not to mention cleaned the inside free of charge, i haven't liked my car this much since I got it from the dealer.
