The whole crew here at this Firestone has always been so professional, friendly and accommodating. Yesterday I went in to the store in need of 4 new tires. Verna helped me find the best deal for the size tire I have, and shipped some in from a different location. The tires arrived by this morning at 10am and I was able to get my car in and out in a 2 hour time frame. I appreciate the quick turn around from the tech team and the customer service. These guys work hard and definitely don't get enough credit! Thank you.

Very friendly and fast service. I was far from home and wasn t comfortable driving. I called and they told me to come right in. I was back on the road in 15 minutes! I was so relieved. Thanks for the courteous and speedy service!

Went in yesterday around 5:50 pm because I ran over a huge nail. The air in my tire was leaking fast. I only take my car to Firestone and when I saw the Firestone on Madison I immediately parked and went in. Even though there were minutes before they closed, they took a look at my tire to see how bad it was. Once they saw the bad shape my tire was in and that my spare was not going to be suitable, they said they weren t going to let me leave like that since my tire was unsafe. They swapped out my tire and in addition to that they checked and put air in the rest of my tires. Firestone saved me yesterday! Thank you!!

Nate here is amazing! He has always been so nice and never tries to rip you off. I went to this one after going to the one on Greenback where they had told me I needed $5000 worth of repairs. Came here and it wasn t even half that. He treats you well, has great customer service, and gets you taken care of. He always applies any deals they have that he can. Overall I have never had a bad experience with him or this location since coming here.

Had an oil change. Upon arrival at home we noticed a part on our driveway, directly related to the oil change process. I called and was told they'd take of us, upon arrival our concerns were discounted and the part I was holding in hand was termed as insignificant or not a big deal. No matter what a shop says or feels about a part being important it is not up to them to make that decision, a protective plate literally came off our vehicle and this shop was responsible. Getting upper management contacts were denied. We were told to leave the vehicle with them for "a while". I do not trust them. I made contact with another Firestone and will have our vehicle serviced corrected and we have reached out to upper management and will follow thru. I do not recommend this shop to anyone. Careless and dismissive. Unprofessional. Being polite while not doing the job properly, as well as dismissing customers concerns doesn't make it ok or professional. Beware.

The tire pressure warning light of my car was on, so I thought that it was time to refill my tires.The tire pressure was pretty low, like 22 or 23 (the recommended psi is 33). The technician did the work professionally and quickly, explained what he was doing, and told me that he inflated my tires to 35 because of cold weather.I visited Firestone Complete Auto Care several times, for tire replacement, oil change, battery replacement. All the staff are very polite and professional.

Called to make an appointment to adjust my truck s alignment and was told that if I bring it in now they can do it immediately. Jumped into the truck and drove the 3 mile/ 7 minutes. When I arrived they said people with appointments come first and I would have to wait 90 minutes. When I complained and repeated what I was told, the manager was flippant and said this is how it is and told me I should have made an appointment. This is the second time they showed no respect. The first time I came with an appointment and waited 90 minutes before they even looked at my car. Horrible service.

My daughter ran over a set of keys as she was driving home from work in the pouring down rain. Since the tires were purchased from Les Schaub we took it there for fixing. It was only two pm on Saturday but we were turned away as they were too busy . After we put air in the tire and proceeded home we saw a Firestone tire company at Madison and Auburn blvd. We pulled in the parking lot and were greeted by Nate. He checked the situation, said he will take care of us, and he did. I have never in my life done a review like this but I truly appreciated Nate, his crew, and Firestone tires.

I paid $10 for a full diagnostic to see how the mechanics work. And I knew in advance that my brake pads were completely worn out. But the employees of this auto repair shop told me that the brakes are in good condition and I should not worry! I can only tell you one thing do not trust this repair shop. Brakes in a car are yours and someone else's life!!! but they don't care!

Wow - was really impressed with this facility. Took my vehicle in to ask them about the car AC. I had to wait cause it was my only vehicle. Not only did they find where the leak was, but also asked, then fixed the damper (I knew it was needed) on the drivers side vent. They were concerned that a necessary hose wouldn't be found - then came back 20 minutes later and said they found it, but it wouldn't arrive until Tuesday.I came back Tuesday at 10 a.m. and it still had not been delivered. They were told by FedEx (just prior to my arrival) the part wouldn't arrive until close to 5 p.m. I totally understood, and requested if the part came in sooner, please call as I was about 10 minutes away. Around 11:30 a.m., they called and said "parts in, tech is waiting for you". By 2 p.m. my car's AC was totally fixed and running great.The following week, my car began to "growl" and I immediately took it back to Firestone and asked them to check it. About 45 minutes later, it was pulled to the front. I was told the brake fluid was really low, so they also checked the other fluids - topped everything off - then checked the air pressure. When I asked what I owed - they said "nothing".That is called 'CUSTOMER SERVICE'. This shop is totally honest, straightforward and fair. Will take my car here from now on for repairs.

My mom took her car for tire rotation twice because this came included when she purchased her tires here. Once in September and she was told it wasn't necessary. Second time about 2 weeks ago, she was told that one of her front tires had a nail in a spot that it couldn't be patched and that she had to purchase a new tire for $199 and they didn't do her tire rotation. She took her car to another tire repair place and they were able to take out the nail and they even told her that she was lucky the nail was in a spot that it didn't cause any damage to the tire. Firestone you are THIEVES!!! Saw an order woman alone and wanted to take advantage of her. SHAMEFUL!!

I have a leaking air vent likely due to a clogged drain in the evaporator reservoir. The main reason I know this is because Firestone's website explains it, explains why its an issue that needs to be fixed IMMEDIATELY, and then says not to worry because Firestone can clear out the clog. Well today I called, got put on hold for 10 minutes, and then was told they can't clear the clog. They can full on repair and replace and A/C system, but apparently unclogging the reservoir is beyond their abilities.I was apprehensive calling them at all because they overcharged me to replace my headlights in the past. I'll just avoid them altogether now that I know that they can't even provide the services that their website claims they can.

Highly recommend this place!! Shafil and the others working there today, (9/9/23)got me in and out in a timely manner on a courtesy check for my alignment with the Info i needed! Treated me like any other customer even though I only came in for one of there courtesy services! Just goes to show you not all shops are trying to make a buck off you!Service: Wheel alignment

Firestone has a deal that if you apply for credit you get a free oil change and it truly came in handy. Nate greeted me with a warm smile and a realistic time frame. Definitely a comfortable and clean shop plenty of seating and outlets even complimentary chargers of all sorts. What made my experience great to outstanding is Chef went out his way to put on my brand new plates and tags. I will be back and recommend anyone who asks. I know the other reviewers say they were sloppy/ lazy on the inspection but $9 u can t lose. With any car shop you want MULTIPLE opinions anywayService: Oil change

I can not in good conscience recommend this Firestone location. Back home I went to Firestone for everything.I brought my mustang here for an inspection and to get repairs done. The manager was there and told me it was no issue etcThey called me and they said your car is too old we can t get parts and your car will sit here forever then the guy said I could come pick up my car and hung up on me.I called back and he said you will have to take your car somewhere else we don t work on cars like this The inspection they gave me was not a full inspection which is what I paid for.They left my car in the lot with the windows down and unlocked .Overall the experience was less than satisfactory .Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I ve been taking my old truck here for its maintenance for the last 4 years and I ve been thoroughly impressed with the crew that works at this location. The technicians always handle my truck with care regardless of the repair type, they are quick and thorough with everything I ve had done, and I ve had a lot of maintenance on my 20-something year old pick-up. I ve not had one complaint about the service my truck has received which's rare these days. The service manager Nate is a straight shooter, who always tells me what my truck needs without embellishments like some other major chain repair shops are known for It s super refreshing to deal with this level professionalism. Go to this location if you want your vehicle to be treated with care. You ll also be treated with friendly honesty.Their water fountain has really cold water, too

The job was to replace both right side tires. The back right tire was cracked and the front right was worn.The left side was to move to the front and the new tires to the back as to prevent the car from being lopsided when driving. The location messed up and moved the cracked back tire to the front. Im looking for a replacement, but they want to charge me to replace the tire on the job that was botched.Service: Tires

After a disastrous flat on the way to a funeral, we were towed to Firestone in Sunnyvale, CA. Many miles from home and worried about hungry animals. The General Manager was kind and understanding of our concerns. He said let me take a look at this. 15 minutes later he said you are good to go?!? His team unbent the rim that was causing the flat, filled the tire, and recommended new front tires. We made it home thanks to this amazing experience. Firestone is lucky to have such a great guy on their team.

they serviced me several times to change the oil, the last time they lost my spare part from the car, because in addition to changing the oil they also checked the battery, although I didn t ask and I didn t need it. the next day these guys bought and returned the spare part to me. these guys were honest with me. To be honest the only reason I go to this location is because it's walking distance from where I live got breaks fixed and still grinding took my car back two more times now my car is wobbly. The fat white guy that works on cars is just sloppy
