When you work with honest people and trust that they will do the right thing, you can t go wrong. The staff at the store cares about their customer and the job they perform for you. The team works together as one, they are polite, and courteous. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment with these people for your car care. Honesty is the best policy and you get it here.

Got here at 10:50am and asked for a inspection for to see what brake pads I needed and didn t leave until 2:30pm. JUST FOR A INSPECTION took around 4 hours. They did properly inspect the car , but didn t couldn t give me a proper estimated time it would take. VERY INCONVENIENT and seem they OVERLY took there time.

Raiz (last name), Shawn, and Eaireal were all amazing! Great great customer service throughout at this Firestone! I was able to get in quickly and they were super flexible in getting me in. They did a great job getting tires on my truck and even did it through the VA program! If I could give 10 stars I would!FYI: just read a review below and I had a complete opposite experience! I was able to get in within a hour for a new tires. Despite squeezing me in a was still in and out. They all are very efficient and if needed the manager was willing to help as well.

The beginning was a scheduling issue as I wasn't offered a weekend appointment. However after I requested a weekend a Sunday was granted. After that service was smooth sailing with just a lil bump in the road with my wipers not fitting. Added a 15 minute wait. But I was able to watch the game while doing so! Thanks Sean for being a great customer service agent!

I had a need for a wheel alignment for my 2016 jeep wrangler. I called and coordinated an appointment with Danny. There was some issues with a previously installed part by me. However, Julian and Shawn along with another Alignment tech guy got on it ASAP. They identified the issue and ordered the right part and installed it. They did the alignment and were great at calling me to update every few hours. I feel like I was treated good at this place, don't understand other negative reviews and ratings. They were reasonably priced and Danny took good care of me regarding pricing. My review is an honest reflection of my very recent experience at this shop. I sure recommend them for your tire, oil change, and wheel alignment needs.Service: Wheel alignment

The gentleman at the front counter was very helpful and and explained everything very good , even though I couldn't do the repairs at this time he was willing to go the extra mile for me, that's a good employee. I will go back for the service as soon as I can thank you

Stopped my highlander for oil change and asked them to just check the brakes where the minor sound comes from. They called with brake oil issue with a 89 $ then called me oh it s not going to happen . We have to replace something else all together would cost me 750$ I disagreed my car was drivable I had no issue of the brake doesn t work, However, it ended up with no brake at all and they asked me to sign the paper which was telling me the car has no issue. I was told to tow the car, vs I drove it to change the oil. Last time no more

The employees at this location are great. I would come back to this location just for that reason alone. Also, lots of places within walking distance to eat and shop while waiting.

I need to put air in tires.They did it for free.Never had a bad free service there.Some places you go to for tire check. They give you aditude.

I forgot his name, but the guy at the counter was super friendly and helpful - I've always really liked the staff at this particular Firestone (Marconi, Sacramento) because they've always been very friendly and helpful.

Idk how the service is because you can never get in this place. You need an appointment like 3 days out so if you ever have a flat and need a quick fix or want to get here first thing to get new tires don t come here! Just go to a locally owned tire shop with adequate staffing and the ability to work on more than 2 customers at a time. Im sitting here looking at only TWO mechanics working on one car & a parking lot full of people

My wife's car needed a new odometer. Shawn explained exactly what needed to be done.We both feel he has excellent customer service skills.He took the time to locate a used odometer that didn't cost as much as a brand new one.Thank you Shawn.

Purchased 4 new tires from them in June 2020. Picked up a nail, went to have it plugged. Told they couldn't plug because tread was too low. Offered to sell me more tires. Not willing to address why tires under mileage warranty have tread below plug limit.Complained, and suddenly the nail was too close to the sidewall. Another tire shop repaired no problem.This place is not going to stand by their product and will just try to sell more tires. Corporate suggested I drive around on the leaking tire for the 2 days it would take to have a manager call me back, or buy new tires. I already spoke to Corporate, so any response to this will just be an attempt to seem more caring than they are.Summary: low quality tires, don't stand behind them, don't do repairs other shops do and tell you you need to buy tires when you really don't. Avoid at all costs.Service: Tires

I went in to get a quote for tires . They see me pull up. And I see them in the shop. I'm waiting... weird that they aren't even looking inside the waiting room ...Like,, you just saw me walking in the building... But. Don't take a break from talking to each other....I didn't end up buying tires cause they were very expensive. And no options but they did finally throw in my spare. Soo there's that'. Just super annoying watching them bs in the shop.. Until they decide to come say hi

This shop is a joke. I damaged my differential and couldn't get my truck far, so I called ahead to see if they do differential work. They said they do everything aside from transmission "certified mechanics". They ran through the truck and told me differentials and everything was good aside from exhaust hangers missing which they said was causing the noise. (they also said my batteries are dead, outside of them taking an hour to swap two batteries they put in bad batteries) I went to leave the shop after being assured it was safe to drive and as soon as I left the parking lot the truck stopped moving while turning into traffic. I let the manager know and he said there was nothing they could do since it was transmission and that's why they missed it. Took it to an actual mechanic instead of tire people. It was the differential that failed and was made worse because it kept driving.. Firestone completely lied and missed it even though I told them what the issue was almost causing a major accident. I wouldn't trust them with changing my oil let alone changing tires. If you need a cheap shop find anyone else, they clearly cant do their job and will ultimately cost you more money after towing to a better shop.

I called to book an appointment this Saturday to have both my front struts replaced. I received the quote more than 6 months ago. I'm sure there is a clause that quotes can only be honored for so long. I was advised that the price went up for this repair. As I understand it. I do not have to pay the full increase.

Meh. They never called me and took 5+ hours to rotate 4 tires. Closing guy was cool. Manager never called. Great coupon price but they were short staffed at closing time. Eric or Adam? was cool. Danny needs to do a better job at calling customers. If I didn't show up when I did my car would have been locked inside with no phone call, no text no nothing. Communication is important when there are 50 other places to go within 5 miles.

If you want to meet the worst and dishonest person go to this also that is the right area to waste your money and time for nothing. I confirm you will never forget that worst moment. I took my car to that shop they charged me three time s. He charged me about half of my car value. He assured me everything is fixed perfectly. I tried my car for one day but nothing changed everything was broken. I took back my car to him he mad me and never refund my money and never fixed my car.

Just recently had an alignment done. I had an 8 am appt. but the computer wasn't working and it took too long (4 hours). However the staff made up for the delay. Shawn and Danny at the front desk and Julian (the mechanic) were great and hospitable. They discovered a slash in one of the front tires (showed me the slash) and that could be causing the pull. They rotated to the tires to the back and made me aware to get the two tires replaced.

Made an appointment online and it was confirmed through email. This was on a Friday. Went in at the appointment time and the desk guy told me there was no way he could take me and there was no way the appointment was confirmed. He said they were just too booked for that to have happened. He didn t even check the computer. I asked if I could make an appointment while I was there and he said he wouldn t even make an appointment until after the weekend. And it was just for an oil change.

Took my car for a brakes job two weeks ago, they charged me over $470 to change the rear brakes, drove the car and the car was squealing like no tomorrow, call them and they gave me an appointment on Saturday. Brought my car-a car that I use for my business- before nine in the morning for them to check what they did wrong and fix it. Waited till 3:30 pm and they never called. I called them and their rep. told me they just raised the car to be checked. And then they called me to pick the car at 4:55.It turned out that they did not clean the contact points between the rotors and the pads, they did not even bother to do a basic task when doing brakes, but they were happy to charge over $470, the total time I lost fixing the brakes at their shop mounted to near 14 hours.Please take your business elsewhere if you want to safe your time and get a quality job for what you pay.I wish I could give them minus stars. Worst place to do business.

Never go here again.Not trustworthy. Not reliable. I was disappointed to trust this shop. They charged me around 1000+ to replace the radiator. After 2 week s my car stopped again and they charged me 320 dollars for switch ignition. I paid and the car didn t start still in their garage. I brought back my car and have to take it to a next mechanic.

I have visited this location multiple times and really appreciate the professionalism and service that the staff provides. Jeff has been an especially helpful mechanic and has taken the time on multiple occasions to explain what is going on with my vehicles and recommend the best course of action based on my needs. I had bought a set of tires for my friend's 2006 Audi A4 as a Christmas gift. It was an awesome deal to begin with as I was able to use an online deal for free installation. To top it off, they even gave me a 10% military discount! She now loves her new tires and loves the alignment job that they did. I was so impressed I brought my own 2008 BMW 335i in to get the life time alignment. They agreed to take $20 off with my online coupon so it came out to be only $159 which is less than BMW's one time alignment. After driving it off the lot, I noticed that the car was still pulling to the right so I brought it back in the next day. They told me that the casters were off and there were no manufacturer specs for those, so they tried to change the other variables to compensate. The manager, Dan, was happy to keep trying until they got it right. Unfortunately, after the third try, it was still not working. They did the best they could do so I'm giving them A for effort. I see my issue as the exception (since my friend's A4 was perfectly aligned). The manager, Dan, was also happy to issue a refund since they couldn't get the alignment done to my satisfaction. A+ for effort, honest, and top class service! Would recommend this place to friends.
