This would be the second repair I ve had done on my Tundra. They did a great job on my rack and pinion and then went back to have a cracked exhaust manifold replaced. Fair prices with nice folks! A+ service

Worst customer service.They do not honor their warranty instead they come up with all kinds of excuses.Had my tires balanced,brakes replaced and rotors replaced. Now the parking brake doesn't work Nad the vehicle shakes really bad. The TPS now is now thinking the front tires have low pressures because they swapped the tires and didint relearn the tps system. They think the customers are wrong.Save your money and headache and go somewhere else.Services: Tires, Auto brake repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

I've been here twice now in two years for a nail in my tire. The first time they were able to patch it up super cheap within minutes. This time they confirmed my suspicions that it was time for new tires and couldn't repair the tire with a screw in it. I was in and out with four new tires in 20 minutes and felt I got a fair price. Super friendly and helpful.

Was good had no problems just they try to over tax you so know ur prices before going and make sure to call on the phone and get the price first because I called they told me a lower price but wen I went in they tried to up the price by like 50$ but then I told them they said the price on the phone then they just stopped trying to argue and did the price and apologized

EZ Tires. For sure one of the best local Tire Shops. Had my Rims and Tires stolen and had some damage to the car itself. Had my car towed and sent here and they ve handled everything with my insurance and brought my car back to its original condition.Services: Tires, BrakesServices: Tires, Brakes

I called from down the road with concerns about noisy brakes, asked if they had time to look and fix it. They did not only do exactly that in a friendly and trustworthy manner, but they also fixed a leaky tire I've been dealing with. All this at a reasonable price, very short time (multiple people working on it at the same time for about 1 hour) and in a no pressure, friendly environment.Services: Tires, Auto brake repair, Auto brake replacement

Has a very good experience they were willing to work within my budget when I needed new tires for my vehicle and when I tell you I was in and out before I realized it. These guys are awesome and quick definitely will be back for breaks and tires again thank you EZ Tires & Auto Repair!

Totally unprofessional, Just bought this truck, allingment was bad so I brought it here to fix it, they did the job, they charged me $80 for the job. Took off from there and it was worse, they then sent me to there other shop just so they can tell me I needed to change my lower control arm, and ball joints. The point is they charged for a job that when I changed the parts I needed to change, I still had to align my truck.... Elsewhere...rippoffs

I was down 10 psi (roofing nail in the tread), drove my car over 30 minutes before closing, and was back on the road in 10 minutes. They were super fast, very reasonable price, and both friendly and professional. As someone who used to sit in a driveway pushing in the patch kit from auto shops, I'm not doing that again as long as I can go here.Service: Tires

I went in to see why my oil was leaking, they told me it was my entire oil filter housing unit, $800 .. I went to the dealership and they said I needed a new o ring for my housing unit $20. Don t trust them at all.

Definitely do not go to this shop if you are female. They charged me twice what they should have, and I know this because I had my mechanic do some similar work on my car about two months prior. Unfortunately my car was broken down and I had already used my AAA tow to get there. They are a dishonest business. Do not use.Service: TiresService: Tires

Went there to get work done on my car. 4 tires balanced and alignment. Got done in 35min test drove the car. It was perfect. Good customer service and good prices. Definitely will go back.

They said they can install my camber bolts and do alignment and charged me 250. They next day when picking up the car they said could not do it perfectly of course I was not happy with it. I went to balance my tires right after test Driving it after leaving EZ. They found out EZ tires had hit and broken my bolt so bad that it was very dangerous to drive especially on free way. EZ kept silent about it and let drive away endangering my safety . Shady place with disrespectful people .

they replaced 4 tires. I had a vibration on the highway after that. balancing was bad. he said that my shock absorber is not working. when there were old tires there were no problems. I had to ask to do the balancing again. they did. but the steering wheel has a vibration anyway. I'm sorry.

I called in for a specific size. They said they had it in stock. I went in and specified the size. The old man that came and grabbed my tire size never returned and told me they were in stock. 10 minutes later, another guy came in to get my keys. 30-40 minutes in, and a third guy came in to bill me. I was about to pay and was told a different size was put on. Apparently, they didn't have the size I asked for and threw on the size that was listed on the side of my door without informing me. The guy, then, told me he'll make sure my size gets put on. He failed to tell me they weren't in stock, and had me wait another hour because they still had to go buy the tires. It took them nearly 2 hours and a half to put on my tires and align my car. Poor communication. I could have save so much time and went elsewhere rather than wasting my time sitting in their waiting room while they ran around like headless chickens.

After the first two places that said they were open 8am on Sunday weren't, we saw that EZ tires were open. Went in, got our tire repaired for $10, and left in 10 minutes. Great Service and saved our Sunday plans!

they did not react professionally, they installed the wheels and forgot the balancing. plus poorly repaired a hole in the wheel! and billed like it's a Mercedes dealer! disgusting! Guys double check everything, better not coming here
