DO NOT USE THEM... they wont fix my car... the tape they used pulled off the clear coat of paint from the roof of my 1999 BMW. they said its old paint (my car is garaged and in great shape) and will not give me their insurance info to contact for a repair. they recommended for a new new windshield to change out my wipers blades, I thought ok, but they put on the wrong ones so when it rained one came off ... they DO NOT know what they are doing... If any one know how to get the insurance info please let me know ThanksService: Auto windshield repair

Best place I've been to yet for my auto glass. Very reasonable pricing extremely kind personnel. Been a long time since the company has impressed me the way this company did. Bravo I will definitely be returning for my auto glass business. I highly recommend Executive mobile auto glass.

Excellent service from a very professional installation team. They showed up on time and quickly installed my windshield with a high degree of expertise. They left my car cleaner than it was when they arrived. The price was fair as quoted and they install mobile with no extra charge. 10 out of 10 Highly recommend! Stan helped me over the phone. He was very empathetic qnd patient with me. Walked me through the steps to make sure everything was a breeze. In less then 24 hours a tech Zach and his coworker were here and had my window done and cleaned so quickly.they were kind and explained everything and it just makes this process so much better dealing with people who care about their customers. I am so grateful for these men who helped me out. My car was broken into and purse stolen, lesson learned. I called 10 places before I found them. Stan gave me a great price and was so quick. Run! Run! Run! Take your business elsewhere. These guys DO NOT know what they are doing. I took my truck to get its back window fixed. I followed their instructions and as soon as the tape came off (I was told they did not use the correct tape and it can cause damage) the Windows started sliding down. Called them immediately and they fixed it . A Month later we got rain, and my whole backseat were soaked and my window was sliding down AGAIN! I appreciate them fixing my window through another company, Capital Auto Glass - Fulton Ave ( Amazing install and service).Now they refuse to pay for the water damages their lack of install has caused. The manager, Thomas and Mario have terrible customer service.Service: Installation

I highly recommend this company. A huge branch broke off and shattered my back window because of the storm we had. I called them that evening and they were able to come out today! The quality of product installed (seals for driver/passenger door) was more than inadequate. The passenger side seal has obvious cuts, holes, and tears which has leaked soapy water onto my seat when I went through the carwash right after the installation. When I called the company to have them replace the defective product, I was told I would have to pay for the replacement. And this only an hour after their installation of said product. Moreover, when I requested an itemized list of charges, I was met with hostility from Stan and subsequently not given the requested document. I would strongly suggest not doing business with this malfeasant company. A formal complaint with both the Bureau of Automotive Repairs as well as the Better Business Bureau has been since filed.

They DID NOT show up for appointment - I took the day off and scheduled a week in advance. They "lost" my appointment and had to reschedule. EXTREME inconvenience. From reviews I thought I was going to be wowed by service. I was not. I thought I was bothering the guy. I couldn't find the shop with GPS as well, so that was also annoying.I wish I was able to get past the rudeness but that is one thing I will not tolerate with a "service" type company. I am here for your service so do not respond to me as if I am bothering you.

These people (or person) are crooks. A business set up just to rip off customers and sell credit card numbers. Do not do business under any circumstances.
