Excellence lived up to their name. A group of professionals They repaired my Audi Q5 after I hit a deer and they had to repair the front of the car and the right rear where I rushed up against a rock when I pulled over to check my car out to make sure it was drivable after hitting the deer so they had to repaint the side and back bumper the car came back looking better than new I would highly recommend excellence to anybody they did the work in a timely manner and the car was detailed inside and out looks shinier than it ever did and The staff was very friendly, very knowledgeable. My wife and I were treated great. so again, I would highly highly recommend excellence

MY CAR LOOKS BRAND NEW!!! So happy with their work, my car looks better than when I drove it off the lot. Aracely was so wonderful about keeping me updated on the status of my car and even had it taken to their other location when it was finished to make picking it up more convenient for me. Highly recommend!!!

We had the absolute best experience with our car here. It was our first time in an accident and they went above and beyond to walk us through the process from the insurance, breaking down price points, and keeping us in the loop with the process of the car. They made a very stressful experience seamless which is all you can ask for when you are going through a stressful time having to deal with an accident.They have the best staff all around and everyone puts their best foot forward to provide a great experience. Our car looks wonderful after getting rear ended on the freeway. If we have anything go on in the future we will 100% be going back. Thank you for the Excellent service truly sticking to your label.

Enrique and Syd and everyone at Excellence Auto Collision was extremely pleasant to work with. I never before received the amount of care from any other body shop before. I recently had my car repaired at Excellence Auto Collision and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and professional. They explained everything clearly and kept me updated throughout the repair process. When I got my car back, it looked brand new - the craftsmanship was exceptional. Plus, they made dealing with insurance a breeze. Overall, I highly recommend Excellence Auto Collision for anyone in need of collision repair. I ve never been more happy getting my car painted in my life. My hood looked like crap and the guys made it look better than brand new. Even touched up my mirror that was scraped up. All in all Wonderful customer service, stellar craftsmanship, and very timely. I proudly recommend this business to all my friends and family. Now you do the same!! Max Pain Approved!!

I hope my vehicle never requires repairs again, but if it does, Excellence is the only shop I'll choose. Their customer service was excellent, and they did an amazing job on my car. Due to my work hours, it was challenging to pick up my car, but Syd arranged for an employee to deliver it to my workplace and pick up the rental. I'm particular about my vehicles, and I was nervous about the paint matching, but Excellent did a fantastic job my car looks beautiful.

If you're like me, you look at these reviews to help make a choice of what services to get. Excellence auto collision did a great job at fixing my car. I had someone back into me and pushed in my front bumper and broke a few other things but Excellence auto collision made it look like it was new and like it never happen. What was more important to me was the dodger license frame which got bent, and was a gift to me from a friend that is no longer here. They made sure to save it for me, fixed it and put it back onto my car. The fact that they didn't have to do that but they listen to me to me on how important it was to me, fixed it and installed it meant alot. If you're looking for quality work don't hesitate to bring your car to excellence auto collision.

I was in a little fender bender and this was one of body shops recommended by my insurance. I am SO happy that I chose them! They were amazing! They kept me updated the entire time my car was there waiting for the parts and to be repaired. Whenever I called to ask questions Danny was always very helpful and made me laugh every time I called. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked my car up, they had detailed the inside and outside! It seriously looked Brand new again! I would recommend this shop to anyone that needed repairs done to there vehicle!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

If I could give these guys 6 STARS I would.Having my car hit already sucked, big time! Searching for a reputable body shop just made things worse. Good thing I asked the guys at Niello who service my car for advice. They referred me to Excellence Auto Collision, the folks they trust for paint and body.Syd and Danny at Excellence walked me through the process from start to finish.They answered all my questions, even the stupid ones. They kept me in the loop by text and email. They took the time to explain things in a way even a hard-headed, difficult customer (like myself) could understand.My biggest concern was them being able to match the paint on a sixteen year old car. Not only did they match the paint perfectly but they delivered my car to me looking better than before they got it.My biggest thanks and utmost respect goes out to Syd and Danny and all the hard working people behind the scenes at Excellence.Don't settle for less, if you love your car as much as I love my E46 M3, take it to Excellence.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This body shop definitely offers 5 star service! I was heartbroken after my 2021 corvette was hit in an accident but Excellence Auto lived up to their name and did an excellent job with repairs and customer service. If you are near the Sacramento area, I highly recommend using this shop. They beat other shops on every level (and trust me I called a few before finding them). I recently had my Subaru repaired by Excellence Auto Body. The entire process was easy and seamless. Most Importantly, The repair looks like nothing ever happened. If I am unfortunate enough to get into another accident, I will be returning and will recommend them to any and all!

They did an excellent job repairing our Lexus CT200H after it was involved in an accident. There are no sanding marks, orange peel, over-spray or other imperfections. Such was my greatest fear of having the Lexus repaired. Furthermore, the staff was extremely professional and supplying weekly updates.

I dropped in at Excellence without an appointment and was not only helped immediately but received a thorough estimate for repairs within moments of leaving. (Another local body shop took days to send my estimate and only after having to call and follow up myself!)If this is how my experience is from the start, I will definitely be using Excellence for my repairs!

Very professional and courtesy from the time i walked in the door!!! This place is awesome. my car got hit and i took it to Excellent Auto & collision. My car came out so beautiful . you cant tell it was hit. the paint job is beautiful, black and luxurious like a new car. SYD and Maria were wonderful keeping me posted when i had concerns. they let me know the whole process. They even provided lyft when i didn't have transportation to get there. it took a few weeks but it was well worth the wait. Im very satisfied. and will go back if needed.Service: Painting

There is no place I would ever go. Everyone at Excellence is friendly and helpful, starting with the owners and throughout the team. I have brought several cars in now and I am delighted all over again. Excellence has repaired our nicer cars, cars we use all the time, and antique vehicles that are special to us. They have fixed work that other collision shops have done badly, I can tell you the work here is truly excellent. They stay in communication at all times, and they will deliver your car back to you nicer than it has looked before! -100 Star Rating if I could!! I had to Contact BAR on this company because they returned my car with a bad paint job, dents on the new doors, they removed my VIN tag and never put it back on. Left Gaps in between the doors that were replaced, they charged for things they didn't even do. My car has a tracker and it's connected to my phone. They continuously drove my car around town when they shouldn't have and at high rates of speed!! I was left with a big dent under the car like they hit something. I also noticed when opening my hood they didn't screw my bumper or fenders back on, they had left the screws and a parts laying in the engine bay. They messed up my window tint and messed up a few parts inside my vehicle, left a lot of lose parts around the inside of my doors and forgot to re install a few parts back on! My doors now leak water inside because of the gaps they left and because they didn't re install the weather strips! Avoid this place!!

Amazing !!! I shouldn t be surprised, from the moment I dropped off my vehicle to the time I picked it up, everyone at Excellence Auto has been amazing!!! They walked around my truck and I was shown areas of repair and provided complete details of the process, the only thing better than their customer service is their quality of work. I have been using Excellence Auto Collision Center for almost ten years now. After my first visit I was thoroughly convinced that this is a trustworthy place and would do quality work. They were upfront and honest with everything and made me feel a lot comfortable leaving my car there. Well when I went to pick up my car their quality of workmanship proved I was correct. Ever since, this is the go-to shop for me. So much so that I took my Tesla there few months after my purchase when a tire shred flew and hit my front bumper damaging it. Because of delays in getting parts from Tesla they normally don t do Teslas. However, I told them I will accept the delay if they would take the car in. Well it was worth the wait. The car came out better than it was when I took delivery at Tesla (as the fit and finish was a whole lot better than the original). I highly recommend Excellence for their great customer service and excellent quality of work.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

This body shop is amazing! The quality of their work was impeccable and my car looks brand new. The customer service and communication was the best I have experienced with any car work or maintenance I have done before. The guys at Excellence did a great job on my car. I had two incidents back to back and they were able to take care of them at the same time. They coordinated payments from the insurance company and from a private party with minimal input from me. They kept me up to date on the repairs and got them done in advance of the stated time frame. THEN they detailed my car. It looked like the day I first bought it! Great experience. I would recommend them and use them again.

I had body work and radiator replaced after an accident. I was completely satisfied. The Excellence Auto crew are amazing they all go above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied. Was excellent from my phone call to picking up my truck at home to delivery. Danny/Syd both kept me up to date. Did there level Best to get my vehicle done ASAP. There was a slight hold up, not there fault because of parts shipment . But only a day and one half. I am back on the road towing my truck behind my RV and I have driven it and I can t tell so far that it was in an accident would recommend them anytime and will return if and when needed.
