Let's change it up a notch! Paul gets 5 Stars one each for Honesty, Integrity, Flexibility, Expertise, Excellence in Service!He doesn't overcharge and considers the concern before giving an estimate. Anthony his lead mechanic is awesome with a positive attitude, knowledgeable and attentive. I have taken my 2001 Porche there and only there outside manufacturer warranty expiration and any issue has been always detected without repeat service. I am blessed! Thanks! J

I've been taking my BMWs here since sometime around 2001. Paul is very knowledgeable and completely trustworthy. He's kept my cars in tiptop shape (the last three have all gone 220 - 250K mile), and if you know BMWs, you know that proper maintenance is crucial to keeping these cars reliable. One quick anecdote from years ago: I took my car in because it was making a loud ticking noise and I was afraid a valve was going. When I told him what was going on, he opened the hood and had me start it up Within about three seconds, he said, "Loose spark plug, probably #6. Go home and tighten it up. And you might want to invest in a torque wrench." If he'd wanted to, he could have soaked me for a $2000 valve job and I'd have been none the wiser.

Extremely rude and threatening owner. Threw me off his property when i was performing routine work in the sidewalk adjacent to the property, threatened me and said he d have me towed. Didn t need to be vulgar and threatening. Could have asked nicely. Be wary of this guys short temper.

These folks are amazing. My car has been absolutely plagued with issues for a while. Because of the virus, I haven't been driving at all so I just kept putting the issues off to save up. These folks helped me figure out what things were going to cost and the best order to get them done in so that I could have some piece of mind while using my car as well as get on track to fix all the issues.They made it a priority to make sure that I wasn't wasting my money by fixing problems that didn't need fixing/testing things to make sure that they did the right repairs.Out of nowhere, I got an incredible job offer out of state and I needed to get the remaining issues fixed with my car so that I could make the trip across the country. European Sports Car Garage REALLY stepped up to make sure that my car would be safe to travel. I'm literally moving across the country so this was a major concern, and frankly I didn't know if it could be done. They came through, and everything works as good as new.I cannot express how grateful I am to this team for being there for me. Over the years I've done a lot of minor fixes on my own and I've gone into shops in several different states for bigger jobs. These guys absolutely blow everyone else out of the water in terms of honesty, integrity and customer service. New to California, this place was recommended by my coworker/manager. Dropped in for a 60k mile service for my 2012 VW Passat 3.6, got the car back on the same day. Paul, the owner was very professional and courteous from drop off to pick up. He took care of my car excellently well. I am writing this review after driving my car for a week. I feel the driving quality has improved, the suspension feels better although it was a routine 60k mile service and nothing extra.I will service and repair if any in the future at this shop as long as I own an European vehicle.

I have a BMW i3 Electric car with a 650cc gas generator on board called a range extender. Paul not only was able to service this vehicle he knew it inside and out. He is honest and friendly and courteous. So far he has been able to take care of everything the dealership can do except not at dealership prices. While my car was being worked on I walked about a block away, hopped into a app based rental car and drove a Chevy Bolt around town till my car was ready.

To whom this may concern..I visit European Sports Garage and had the most honest experience about my car from Paul...He spent time looking over my car and gave me good advice what I needed to address first..As I was waiting I notice others were coming in to pick up there car and was very pleased from what I over heard...I recommend any body the mechanic Anthony is the Dr. of fixing cars that come in you'll be ready to roll out satisfied..Indeed,Mr.Satisfied..

Excellent experience at European Sports Car Garage. I needed an oil change and a brake service done on my BMW. Paul was able to squeeze me in and get that done for me. Great place, my only beef is that I wish they would call me when my car is done. They never do. So I'm left to either bug them by calling and asking, or wait till the next day to call. It's tough when your family is a car down, it's not as easy as just "going to pick it up." A heads-up that it's done would help people plan on how they're going to juggle their family around in order to go get the car. Otherwise great service and great prices.

It was my first time at this repair shop. I called in for a check engine light and reduced power warning, they took me in same day gave an honest diagnosis, fixed the problem at a reasonable cost and had my car back to me by the end of the day. Very professional staff, clean shop and top of the line equipment. Definitely coming back.

Around year 2009, after 12 years i remember, do not let them fill your windshield washer bottle. I questioned the guy and told him if he is not going to fill with a antifreeze mix don't fill it. He said he is using an antifreeze mix. A lie. I went up to Tahoe and hit the washer and NO antifreeze, the raw water in the washer system froze and the windshield went blank with ice. Had an appointment for Wednesday. Mechanic decided not to come in. Needless to say my car did not go up on the rack until Thursday around 3:30. Now here we are Saturday and they are only open Monday through Friday and I know absolutely nothing. The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars is they are affordable.

They don't even diagnose a problem correctly. My Audi A3 back indicator light was not working. Niello Audi diagnosed it saying it's a wiring problem and was charging high. I went to this shop and they said indicator light has to be replaced...gave an estimate of $1200. I was curious and took my car to IPB Autosport. They fixed it for $375. Infact, it is a wiring problem.

Paul's service is great! VERY AFFORDABLE! I got his number from my mechanic/ good friend in LA (Culver City) over at AutoTech, named Ronny Benor. I knew Ronny would send me to someone great! He was very nice, American, clear, explained everything before he did the work on my car and worked very quickly. No wait at all. I was in and out in less than an hour. PAUL, THANK YOU FOR YOUR GREAT AND AFFORDABLE WORK! You really helped me out! I am recommending you to 3 of my good friends here in Roseville. One of them will be calling you shortly for a transmission flush.

I like the people here and their cars are definitely in top condition. They are expensive but you get trouble free cars.
