Very easy transaction buying a car here. Gave a little discount which I really appreciate. Charlotte is very sincere and helpful until after purchasing the vehicle. She made it very easy buying the vehicle. I will definitely buy again here for my next family vehicle. 5 Stars!!!

Had and STILL HAVING THE WORST service from Enzo. They were so quick to take my $10,000 down payment and after the transmission went out on the 30th day, they won't take my calls nor to respond to my messages. DON'T LET Charlotte's sweet little voice fool you, she's just trying to get that money out of your pocket.Don't believe what Eddie tells you either. He doesn't know squat about the condition of any car. Apparently my car was in excellent condition. They Lie... They Lie, they lie, they lie!!! I'm looking to take legal matters. They shouldn't be in business.

These guys are true professionals. I bought a car from them. Their service was excellent and the deal was amazing. They have a big inventory, which allowed me to pick from many different choices So I was able to make the best decision with the discount offers and promotions that they have. They also offered me a very fast approval loans with a great interest rate. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend checking them out.

Great customer service. Charlotte is a gem. Helped us with the whole process even though we financed through our bank. Their prices are typical cheaper than other used car competitors, but they re not paid on commission so there s no sales pressure. We used the CUDL system with our bank and we were in and out within an hour which included test driving the vehicle and signing papers. We would buy from them again.

I recently purchase a Ford Fusion SE with low mileage from this dealership. Staff were very helpful and friendly and transaction went very smooth and satisfying. They gave me the best rate possible and let me tell you this, I was very content and happy with entire experience. I m from Modesto and was checking everywhere for a reasonable used car price and ended up driving 70 miles plus to this dealership. Worth every penny and time.

I have had my vehicle for a year now, and I still love it!Eddie and the staff at Enzo Auto Sales made buying a vehicle easy and everything went smoothly. I am 76 yrs old and I live in Pioneer, CA and lost my car when it was crushed by my snow-laden carport on 3/1/2023. After searching online for many days, I saw a picture of a little car at Enzo's on the Carfax website. Charlotte and I talked a few times and yesterday my daughter drove me to Sacramento to buy it. This 9 yr old car had 29 Service Records and 103,000 miles - and I didn't even blink! I also bought a 20,000 mile Service Warranty. The price was outstanding so I didn't haggle over it one bit. Charlotte is a total rock star - if I was still managing businesses I'd be trying to steal her! Perfect car! Perfect transaction.

Yooo... If you know what you want, this is the place to look. I worked with Eddy for a quick and seamless purchase experience. I got all the information I asked for upfront, plus I got to take the car for a full inspection and test drive before purchasing - because that's how I roll. Signing was a sinch! I got the car I wanted, in the condition I wanted, for the price I wanted, without having to haggle. Enzo Auto Sales knows what they are doing. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Normally, I dont do good reviews. Usually if things work well, I just go about my day, but Enzo auto is awesome. They are very friendly and helpful. I definitely recomend them to friends, and family.

Absolutely wonderful experience buying a car from these guys, Charlotte was by far one of the friendliest and most professional salespeople I've dealt with. I was in and out within a few hours from test drive to papers done. Nobody tried pressuring me into the car or any extra services (warranty was offered but not forced upon me)... Even better the vehicle I bought was brand new and already priced quite a bit below what the Ford(Fiesta ST for those wondering) dealer wanted for one off their lot. Overall I'm extremely happy buying from here and would recommend this place over even a dealership just because of how easy the whole process was.

I came from out of town to purchase a Grand Cherokee V8 Hemi that I had been eyeing for a while! The car was clean title, low miles, no body issues and it barely had interior damage. Despite being a 2009 model, it felt like a brand new model! Charlotte helped me through my process and she gave me her personal card in case I had any further questions.

Great cars at very reasonable prices. We stopped by to get the vehicle we saw advertised. It was actually in stock. Most other dealers didn't have vehicle's in stock. Enzo's had everything in stock and we left with a really nice SUV with low miles for my parents. I'll be back for more vehicles in the future and will refer others. No need to negotiate, their prices were already set below market value.

I purchased a car from Enzo in April 2016 and couldn't be happier with the transaction. I live in North Carolina and had been searching for the exact car I wanted and Enzo just so happened to have it. I completed the transaction without ever visiting Enzo and it couldn't have gone much smoother. I worked with Charlotte and she was awesome, from helping getting the car inspected at an independent dealership. to arranging payment, to delivery, and registering it. Wish every car buying experience was this good!

This is my second car from Enzo. First one five years ago still have it and never a problem. I did look around at other dealers and was disappointed not only with the cars but the salesman were pushy and didn t car about what I wanted . I called Enzo s perfect car was waiting for me by the time I got there 30 minutes later my loan was approved car looked like it just came off the assembly line even had a bow on it the sales lady went over the whole car with us answered all our questions and made buying the car a very pleasant experience and the price was right. Got a call the next day making sure we were happy with the car. Enzo s has a customer for life and I will recommend them to anybody looking for a car . Thank you for our dream car.

Our buying experience was pure pleasure. Charlotte made everything easy, and kept us smiling the entire time.At first, we weren't sure about the street and the area, but once we arrived it became clear that this dealership really has it together. The inventory was immaculate, and with prices lower than I would have expected.I'd definitely recommend this dealer to friends and family.

I bought a fun little Manual Pontiac G6 from Enzo's, Charlotte was extremely generous and helpful through the whole process and never pushed me into anything (the car spoke for itself). She actually took it a step further and did what she could to help me afford the down payment on the warranty alongside my down payment for the vehicle. Besides a few minor flaws with the vehicle (which was to be expected as, it was bought as is), I have no real complaints. This was the friendliest and easiest car buying experience I have ever been involved in, so with that, Thank You Charlotte & Enzo's Staff!

I just bought a Honda CRV from them. It was a great price, in excellent condition, and beautifully detailed. We haggled just a little bit on price and quickly made a deal. Eddy was extremely helpful, professional and pleasant to deal with. Turns out there was an after-market security alarm on the vehicle that I didn't want. Eddy/Charlotte sent a guy over to where I work to remove it, free of charge. Awesome! I'll be checking in with them next time I need another used car.

I purchased my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Enzo Auto. Charlotte was who initially helped me, she made the process feel stress free. Due to the car being used it has had it s fair share of issues but Eddie has been a great help through it all!

I want to thank Eddy and Ramin (I hope I'm not misspelling your names too badly) for such a smooth, quick, and pleasant car shopping experience!My wife and I saw a vehicle we liked and sent in a request for more info. They emailed us promptly and let us know to come by. From the get-go they were very hands off and let us tour the indoor showroom at our leisure. Once we picked our vehicle Ramin scanned my DL and off we went on our solo test drive. Came back and started the credit app - Eddy ran the application through the system while we went to the bank (pro tip: check out local bank branches ahead of time for closing hours, especially on the weekend!) and were back within 20 minutes. Eddy was waiting for us with the paperwork. All in all, in and out within 75 minutes, including a test drive of at least 30 minutes.Highly recommend purchasing your vehicle from Enzo Auto Sales :)

Enzo Auto Sales is a great and reliable dealership that will provide you with the vehicle you are looking for. I had the pleasure of dealing with Eddies and he was friendly and transparent with the process. It was a quick and painless process especially if you are using an auto loan.

Horrible customer service when related to their mistake. Car I've bought from them was not working properly. They didn't want to compensate for almost two month of my struggle to fix the car (they had to offer that to me). I'm glad that car had manufacturer warranty (It is still not completely fixed). But what if it didn't? (It would cost me at least $5000 to fix it) Technically they lied to me that car works properly.I would suggest to all buyers - DO NOT TRUST THEM. If you are buying a car from them, find somebody who will inspect the car. Or rely on luck. I trusted them and got screwed! Highly disappointed.

These people sold me a car and exactly 7 days later the check engine light turned on...Long story short I had to pay 7.000$ for a new engine... Ohhh also my registration papers that they were supposed to send out for me never arrived.Would never recommend.Also to add to the above comments they never contacted the DMV in regards to the car i traded in with them. So they think I own a car I sold 1.5 years ago...
